Agree. Makes one reconsider the trip. I'm sure we'll hear even more as time passes. Going with a local Chamber of Commerce. I'm sure they don't want a number of their local business people to be the ones bringing it back to our communities and to watch these owners 'go out of business' the hard way.
Has us rethinking our trip to China next year. We'll contact our Chinese Ambassador friend (from China, was here for a year at the Hoover Institute, studying business practices in Silicon Valley) to see what's up plus take a look at our agenda.
If you don't mind, wait until later next week before selling, I'll be ready to purchase your shares.
These viruses hit cruises all over the world. Would be nice to find out what it is and have the solution.
come on .65!!!
Feels good to be on the leading edge with the hounds chasing.
Isn't it interesting how there is always someone or a group from somewhere that want to trash a board. Facts don't matter. If they, personal or organization, were actually engaged in the company on the buy side vs. the short side, one's tone might be much different. just a thought.
Each time I see and listen to him, he seems to get smoother and more relaxed with his presentations. Too bad those on the board don't have the opportunity. It's worth traveling to listen to the presentations when they are available to attend. The Q&A is great as the passion for the science comes out.
My PP shares are Rule 144 and have witnessed the same for other PPs at the same time and since. Everyone I met and spoke with didn't anticipate selling ANYTIME soon. We know that it takes years for any start up drug company to become mature and reach pps maturity. This isn't like the tech bubble when companies didn't have real products or open their doors and the stock shares would go to 100. This is the time of REAL companies with REAL numbers. When there are real $2.5m invested, that should mean real people are really investing in something they anticipate to really happen. Especially since their shares are really locked up.
that's hilarious. if anyone in the world knew/was positive of the value of the drugs coming down the pipeline, they would be scooping up this stock big time. we might see 1M shares a day with 'reality' setting in. Then it would subside to a level far greater than what we see today. with new science pharma (nanotechnology - still in it's infancy), one of the toughest sectors to be in (you know, evil big pharma), investors will wait until it gets closer to taking their product commercial and/or collaborations with govt. and/or other big pharma companies are funded to guarantee a level of success and income. Since we are now approaching the funding by 'big government' and negotiations with the President for Appropriations funding are at hand, I would suggest one might kick back here, appraise their share stash and consider - 'do I feel lucky?'. If you believe in the science and believe they have the potential to 'close the deal' with their government contracts/collaborations and might/will hook up with 'big pharma' until their manufacturing facilities are completed and operating so they can then continue forward on their own, then you might want to rejoice that 'NOBODY KNOWS WHAT YOU KNOW'. If you want shares, these next months should be the last of this 'low' period. If you don't believe in their operation, potential and science, what are you doing on the computer bothering with this 'chat'? And what about the funds that demand a specific valuation level before they jump in. Not there yet either so neither are their dollars. Just a thought.
Vista wouldn't let it work either.
Personally, I want it to go lower. Nothing like purchasing stock as low as one can get it. By the end of '08, no one should be concerned about the pps, one should be concerned that the there could be a strong possibility that the powers that be will move taxes on our long term investments to match regular income rates. That's the promise. And the they have proposed the top rate of 45%. At the end of '08, we'll have to consider how much to sell.
What's interesting is the dedication of those who don't like the stock and trash the company. There is a world going on away from the computer screen. Sun's out!!!! Get some exercise. Exercising personal fears and doom and gloom is a wasteful endeavor and raises questions about the one doing it.
How in the world does anyone believe that in our world of free enterprise and competitive markets means telling your competitors every secret until they have been commercialized and put on the market. Brilliant....... Does everyone tell their spouse everything that crosses their mind?........ lol!!!
Maybe one day, Nano will have the cure for this:

The presentation in Santa Clara was excellent. Previous presenters were grilled especially by one 'Nurse Kratchet' looking lady who apparently works in a research laboratory and was calling people on their tech results and methods. After the NNVC presentation, she was cheering. When people saw the virus cell 'explosion', there was a gasp in the room. Very impressive.
So cash out and go away. Shouldn't be any problem.
Little princess isn't correct, shorts love to trash.
Easy question: If you have no interest, don't you have anything better to do with you day? hmmm......
Those who focus on chat rooms,
Tend to widen their ends..........
Maybe 'linda' is GNLN on level II, hoping to drive the little activity on a downward trend. Wants to scoop up cheap shares since it's obvious that drug companies, especially developing companies, take time to get to commercialization. Let's see - ongoing research, purchase/lease research and manufacturing facilities, establish relationships with the Federal Government, HHS, DHD, DOD, gain contracts and grants, possibly develop long term relationships with states, Universities, develop long term relationships with foreign countries, complete research with them, establish commercialization contracts with them. That's a decent day's work to start. Let's see, just this and much more should take ohhh, about 3 months to get done......... Most extremely successful drug companies take 10 years to reach the full potential. We want it to happen in six months? Whoever doesn't like the company/stock has the freedom to sell their shares. Isn't that right?
If the bid stays at .93, the ask has no motivation.
interesting schwab has the volume at 219K and etrade has 290K.
.93 / 1.00 bid/ask - on etrade.
the pps - could be the short position mm not letting anyone by until his position is clear. real buyers haven't covered him yet. he wants his money.
Remember
The SEC changed after the bubble. Chris Cox is their leader, very capable, detailed oriented, law and order type leader. Now, companies entering the pinks, graduating to the BB then finally the NASDAQ are scrutinized more than they have ever been by these lifer attorneys sitting in these SEC and NAS chairs. Their job is to make sure the scams of the 90's don't happen again. Some of these 'lawyers' will toss 100+ questions at the candidate company. After receiving the responses, they'll twist the same questions around and send them back again. Some of these 'lawyers' believe they are doing their job despite not getting it. Think about it - do any of these folks know anything about this science?........ I doubt it. One would think that the company's confirmed and duplicated successes would be enough but not necessarily so. These 'lawyers' are going to continue to ask questions that don't make sense until they finally say yes. A positive from the process is the company stays under the radar while making progress toward commercialization - which is still a couple of years in front of us - and further establishes their collaborations with federal and state governments for research, facilities and drug approval testing and reporting. The BB will happen and I predict it will be soon. IMO.
Take the BB now. The NASDAQ will happen later.
Personally, I like the BMW M6 more.
The PR seems to tell me this is the leading edge product(s) - possibly the best in the world at this point. Working with Clade 2 in very significant - the best results from the latest mutated virus, multiple sources. Doesn't get much better. Seems the next step is the bb, market maker, analyst recommendations and the most important, manufacturing facilities in the locations where they wish to focus distribution.
Hopefully, the US government is monitoring their product successes now that they are working with the military on Dengue. It would seem they have an ear with them now.
