Remember
The SEC changed after the bubble. Chris Cox is their leader, very capable, detailed oriented, law and order type leader. Now, companies entering the pinks, graduating to the BB then finally the NASDAQ are scrutinized more than they have ever been by these lifer attorneys sitting in these SEC and NAS chairs. Their job is to make sure the scams of the 90's don't happen again. Some of these 'lawyers' will toss 100+ questions at the candidate company. After receiving the responses, they'll twist the same questions around and send them back again. Some of these 'lawyers' believe they are doing their job despite not getting it. Think about it - do any of these folks know anything about this science?........ I doubt it. One would think that the company's confirmed and duplicated successes would be enough but not necessarily so. These 'lawyers' are going to continue to ask questions that don't make sense until they finally say yes. A positive from the process is the company stays under the radar while making progress toward commercialization - which is still a couple of years in front of us - and further establishes their collaborations with federal and state governments for research, facilities and drug approval testing and reporting. The BB will happen and I predict it will be soon. IMO.
