Thanks for posting the link. I'll add this to the FAQ.
I started to type out the highlights but really every question had an answer that people should listen to.
Artificial Intelligence caught me off guard. I don't think that has ever talked about.
AI is a hot area. I know a number of fortune 50 companies that are investing big time in AI solutions like RPA.
I can give a guess at where AI will come into place with AI, but will wait for Rory to provide more tidbits in future updates. AI within interactive videos would be a DOOZY!.
Sorry about that. I guarantee I won't buy any more at .42 but couldn't resist. As others said, I'll at least keep buying to a $1 when I can. Good ROI when the stock uplist.
@ ronskierl - First welcome! Feel free to ask questions but also look at the FAQ. I did type up a long answer to your question only to have it disappear (my fault) and getting too tired to rethink what I wrote.
As CG03 mentioned, we've compiled the info from nFusz and other longs here and turn it into a Q & A to make it more readable. Some of them are real questions, but many of them are anticipated questions that new investors may ask. I have interjected my technology POV into some of it, so take that with a grain of salt (or ignore) and focus on the links and what the company has said.
Best advice is:
Watch the videos. Watch the videos. Watch the videos.
Do your own DD. Do your own DD. Do your own DD.
I would love to see one new investor that says. Hey thanks for all the info and the links. I invested 3-8 hours into all of it and I've decided to... vs. I read 10 message on a messageboard and are going to take a flyer. Those are the ones that get scared out of their shares at the drop of a hat.
Do consider what other company is giving shareholders THIS much information. Answer is NONE. NONE want to go on that much of a record only to come back and have to make 20 excuses. If you go back 1, 2, 3, 4 months you'll see everything Rory spoke about HAS HAPPENED. I think we all know on the OTC, that DOESN'T HAPPEN as many companies are about forward looking statements that keep getting kicked down the road.
When I first started looking at this board, great nuggets of information would fly by, buried by 100 posts. Try to find that message or link that talks about xyz the next day, week or month later was a real chore. For most companies that release a PR once a month or update shareholders at best quarterly, not a problem. But nFusz has change how companies communicate with shareholder and there is way more to absorb that a typical messageboard format can handle.
Enter FAQ.
The FAQ was an idea, a bit of an experiment. Thought at first I'd look pretty stupid introducing it, but wouldn't be the first time I've tried and failed and not the last. The MODs here and other Longs have been very supportive. We've morphed it from time to time and likely to change in the future but think about what other stock you own has an updated daily FAQ by shareholder. And for a limited time only, it is FREE! jk
Rory talked about it again on the Radio show today about iHub and the passion the shareholders bring and how they are willing to help in anyway they can. While I've invested in nFusz 6 months ago or so, I've only recently returned to iHub a few weeks ago for one reason only. To pay it forward. There are plenty of things I could do with my time, but many here have invested a ton of time into sharing and at the very least I can also chip in and contribute. Sitting on my hands is something I can't do.
I think we all see where this can go, and want to get there as soon as possible.
Really looking forward to the next two months. Best of luck to you and happy reading/viewing!
Typical flipper hoping to get in cheaper. Wouldn't give him the time of day. If the best someone can find fault in is someone using the word folks, I can tell those folks you are in for a surprise.
Keep in mind many have already bought back in and just want to double down before the rise so they continue their nonsense 24x7. Likely getting frustrated the longs are continuing buying the cheap shares. I mentioned I bought more today. Why would I do that if I already bought a lot under .10. Why are other longs doing the same thing. Other longs posted today that they did.
What's funny is the flipper are clueless to who analysts market to. They are not selling bananas to consumers. It's the small, midsize and enterprise corporations. Most from a corporate standpoint understand the culture differences of individuals and appreciate them, rather than poke fun.
I view the deals from Oracle and Marketo as all the confirmation I need. I think the largest two Lead Management CRM companies know what they are doing.
Great question.
It would have to be a "named" user. Most SaaS companies won't do concurrent users. Most non SaaS companies no longer do concurrent user. Doesn't work for the software company from a revenue standpoint espeically when selling to global companies that are on different time zones that would only need to buy 1/2 the license or a 1/3. If you do find a company doing concurrency, the volume of users would be baked into the price point. So if nFuse did concurrent (which they don't), it would be more like $10,000/yr per concurrent user or some high number like that. Also wouldn't work with NotifiID.
So if you want to sign 1000 people up at your company and give this the capability to create videos, have a NotifiID, etc., that would be 1000 x $10 x 12 = $120K/year.
In a previous update Rory said the Oracle, that one deal could change life for the company and shareholders as they know it.
Just said today the Marketo deal is "extremely lucrative".
BTW: LinkedIn as 500M users. 1% of that audience would be $600M/yr
Don't think it will happen? Many people on LinkedIn ar competing for a job and trying to get noticed. There are people that will say, if I could only get 1 minute face time with a company, they'd hire me in a second. NotifiID will give users the visibility they want and you have the ability to add links already.
The other side of LinkIN is the sales side and likewise, sales people are also trying to get noticed.
Was doing research on interactive video companies. One was $100/mo and the other was $850/mo.
One looked like you were creating powerpoints online with buttons and you had to pay extra if you used more 10 pieces of content. Mostly it looked like you would get a survey out of this tool. The other one didn't look bad, but I don't know how easy it was to make a video and didn't have the capabilities that nFusz has.
With NotifiCRM prices at between $10-$20 you can see why the two largest Sales Lead Management companies are all over this quickly.
We heard companies saying - I look at sales tools all day long and haven't seen anything like this.
NotifiID is explain in the FAQ, but flippers and traders need to be spoon feed so they know when to buy and sell.
I suspect we may hear an update or get a video on NotifiID this week as mentioned in the last update. Oh darn, I tipped off the flippers.
2/5/18 (NotifiID):
https://nfusz.com/super/ajax/ajax2.php?mediaid=h2t6fA==
I get the feeling the only ones their are panicking are other flippers. The shares being sold are from flippers. Funny they are all competing for the same shares and are a bunch of nervous kittens right now.
On the other hand, you have longs, many who have been buying sense under .10, continue to buy at these levels.
For those that aren't familiar with Gartner, they are a 10B company that does research, analysis and consulting. They are the largest as what they do and review and rank a lot of leading tech company in many areas. You want to be in their top right quadrant in the link I shared at the very bottom.
I know there's talk of Saleforce, but Oracle and Marketo are ranked #1 & #2 in the CRM Lead Management space. And both of them jumped at doing a deal with $FUSZ. As Rory has said "I don't know about you but I call that the good housekeeping seal of approval" but he didn't say times it by two (x2)
Q: I know what CRM is (Customer Relationship Management) and see Oracle and Marketo are the top two CRM Lead Management companies. What's Lead Management and how does nFusz fit into their strategy?
A: Rory has said many times there are a lot of great products for tracking customer engagement also known as lead management. Most CRM systems, large and small, track customer engagement, but do not create customer engagement. This is why companies spend billions on advertising, sales teams, etc. A CRM system that can both engage customers AND track customers is gold. To grow a company, you need to add new customers and not just track existing customers.
@ 6:48 "Great product for tracking customer engagement. Does not do anything to create that customer engagement. As a result, we entered into a contract with Oracle NetSuite"

----- FUSZ INVESTOR FAQ v2-28 -----
This FAQ was assembled with the information and help from many LONGS (CUIN2, HIGHPEAKS, yerboss, ki2002rom, SHEEPWOLF, Stockseekr and many others).
Why? Because there is so much information. It could take someone a month to find all of it and this FAQ is meant for anyone as quick reference to links, videos and facts to help you do your OWN due diligence. This FAQ was not created by nFusz. Don't base your buying/selling decisions on anything said on a messageboard.
This FAQ will continuously be updated and all are welcome to add, share, copy and repost the latest version so people can make their own decision to buy, hold or sell.
**************************************
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
**************************************
As Rory has said in every update, do your OWN diligence:
@ 2:09 "Do your own due diligence. Do your OWN INDEPENDENT due diligence. Make an informed investment decision."
http://nfusz.com/super/ajax/ajax2.php?mediaid=iGV9dQ
Don't invest in any stock if you are going to get scared out of your shares a day, week or month later. Don't! Do your DD first and feel great about your own investment decisions.
Q: Found the stock but I don't have time to do DD. I glanced at the FAQ and whoever put that together is either a genius or has way, way too much time on their hands. It all sounds good. Why would I need to invest any more time?
A: Everyone is on the Fusz board to make money. This is not a charity company and no one here is doing volunteer work. While everyone has the same goal (i.e to make a ton of money), there are many strategies (a.k.a. agendas) on how people go about it. This is why Rory said repleatedly, to do your OWN INDEPENDENT DUE DILIGENCE.
Q: Got it, but why are you harping on this? I'm excited about the company and you are telling me to do homework. I hate homework. I never did homework when I was in school and don't plan on starting now.
A: The investor that doesn't do DD will be the FIRST one scared out of their shares. You may was well just put your money in a brown paper bag on the curb and write on the side "Free Money for Flippers".
The FAQ in the Sticky and posted at least once a day with updates, was put together as a starting point. Read as much as you want, watch the videos, but do your OWN independent due diligence.
List of Agendas (uhm, I mean Strategies)
Long-term: - In it for the long haul. Sees the value, doesn't have time to worry about every little nit thing, understand stocks consolidate, but sees a tremendous growth potential long-term. Likely to have bought at a number of price points. Usually likes to share research on the company and help people decide for themselves.
Short-term: - In this for the short-term. May stay longer, but undecided about that. If the stock goes up 10% or more, may seize that opportunity right away and move onto something else. Never will stick around for a 10 bagger, but hopes to get there with many short wins. Might post a bit. Might ask questions, but doesn't have a lot invested emotionally and likely focused on many stocks.
Trader: - May trade full-time or at the very least, invests significant time looking and following stocks that might at least have some short-term potential. Will try to invest at a lower price point and exit quickly which could be the same hour, day or week. Usually professional and in & out so won't post much.
Chartist - Understand the trends of stocks in general and uses that knowledge to predict which stocks to invest or sell. Sometimes they won't know much or anything about the company. What can be unpredictable is when new news will be released, which can substantially change the predicted course. Likely not to matter most as they usually will hold very short-term positions. Usually following a lot of stocks and seeing what pops up on the radar daily. May share a chart or two.
Lemming: Usually don't do DD and think that is too much work. Will flower Chartist and others around investing in stocks for a short-term based on recommendation of who they are following. May not be in a stock for long so may not post at all. Usually two steps behind the person making recommendation so not as successful, but can make money on the crumbs.
Flipper: - Trader-wannabe. Someone that tries to buy low and sell high, but often flips their perspective on the company as well at the drop of a hat. One day (or hour) they are very positive and the next day (or minute) the world is coming to an end. When they are out of a position and what to buy back in, many will try to find fault with every little thing to scare new investors into selling, or at the very least, create enough posts and confusion so people can't read what is really happening with the company. Easy to identify them as they cold have brought all their worries up at anytime, but save them for after they exit and desperately want back in. Typical posting habits of a flipper is not stop. There over-the-top negative post usually get deleted which makes them look pro company when glancing at their flip-flop history. Flipflopper trader-wannabe tend to hold small positions but act like they are selling millions of shares to scare new investors. A telltale sign is they will often post what they bought (lowest point) at and/or sold at (highest point). Keep in mind often times there is no record of those transactions or it was 100 shares.
Short: - People who sell (borrow) the stock at a high point hoping the stock will go down to buy those shares. Many shorts will not bother to post but the ones that do will try to strike fear into new investors so they second guess their decision and sell. The latter will tend to post non-stop in hopes that new investors put in stop loses that can be taken out like dominos if the price consolidates a bit.

Q: When is the company thinking of uplisting?

Q: I know the company has not annouced revenue and it's early on, but what would the stock price look like if they reached $50M in sales as an example?
A : One of the early goals of the company is to get to 20K subscribers. At $10 each, that would be 20,000 X $10 X 12 = $2.4M. To reach $50M would be 400,000 which potentially can happen quickly when the company is selling through Oracle, Marketo, Entourage Package, etc. Here's what it could look like at various PE levels at $50M

nFusz Technology & Innovation
**************************************
Q: Is the code proprietary?
A: Rory: "our source is proprietary and protected by copyright"
Q: Couldn't another company replicate the software?
A: Rory: "I believe it’s now more than 10 million lines of code and it would be exceedingly difficult for anyone to duplicate"
Q: What other applications could nFusz technology be applied?
A: LinkedIn, Real Estate, Armed Forces Recruitment, Dating Websites (e.g. Match.com), Insurance Brokers, etc. The list goes on and on.
Q: I could see how this walk about technology would be more engaging then a LinkedIn profile. How would that work?
A: Here's a video on NotifiID:
https://nfusz.com/super/ajax/ajax2.php?mediaid=h2t6fA==
Q: Someone told me the company is considering blockchain technology and crypto-currency. What's that all about?
A: On 1/31/18, the nFusz CEO shared plans to Disrupt Digital Advertising Through Blockchain Technology On iHeartRadio Talk Radio Show
CEO Money: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQNpCbsfwCA
"The massive revenue stream generated in online advertising is based almost entirely on the number of views a piece of advertising content generates," states nFusz CEO Rory J. Cutaia. "Isn't it about time that we allow the people responsible for generating that revenue - the viewers themselves - to participate in that income opportunity," continues Mr. Cutaia. "Our plan is to create an entirely new ecosystem for the distribution of advertising revenue utilizing some of the latest innovations in blockchain technology and crypto-currency," continues Mr. Cutaia.
Q: THere are a lot of videos on YouTube. Could people buy a subsription to create more engaging videos and post them there?
A: Actually that's how it works. The videos you simply and quickly create are stored on YouTube. They have over a billion of user (almost a 1/3 of the internet) in 88 countries in 78 languates watching over a billion hours of videos everyday.
Q: How would nFusz technology help people who create videos for YouTube?
A: Approximately 20% of the people who start a video will leave after the first 10 seconds. The trick to prevent that is to create damn good intro. nFusz notifiCRM can capture someone's attention right away.

Q: I heard most CRM product don't sell. They just track, but this product is unique in the CRM world and actually helps sells. What are the results?
A: nFuse notifiCRM actually does the selling for you. You can make your videos not only engaging with the simple to user walk out technology, but all interactive with the ability to put call to action (CTA) buttons anywhere on the screen at anytime. 80% of people get distracted long before a video ends and it many cases, that is too late to engage the customer. notifiCRM allows companies to engage potential customers throughout the entire video. Users have reported increases in conversion rates, that projects to customers, as much as 600%.

Q: That's great that the company "thinks" their product is great. What about other people, companies, users, analyts?
A: Richard Bohn said "This one is HOT! A real game-changer (a phrase I seldom use!)". Oracle gave what some would call the good housekeeping seal of approval. The retention rates are over 98% which are the highest in the industry for compaines that don't have "vendor lock in"

Q: I know what CRM is (Customer Relationship Management, but what is an influencer?
A: An influencer is an individual who has the power to affect purchase decisions of others because of his/her authority, knowledge, position or relationship with his/her audience. An individual who has a following in a particular niche, which they actively engage with. The size of the following depends on the size of the niche. It is important to note that these individuals are not simply marketing tools, but rather social relationship assets with which brands can collaborate to achieve their marketing objectives.

Q: I've looked at many of the influences on CRM and they aren't even using instagram and facebook. How the heck are they influencing anyone?
A: Their target audience is not on Facebook nor the selfie audience on Instagram. Many big corporations actually "pay" people like Richard Bohn and companies like Garter, Forrestor, etc. for the research work they do.
The big advantage Mr. Bohn has is he's independent. He can say whatever he wants vs. biting the hand that feeds them like the research companies. Gartner and Forrestor which are the two largest are not going to blast Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, etc.

Q: I'm not familiar with Marketo. I they are small or midsize company?
A: Marketo is a large company. They were sold in 2016 to Vista Equity Partners LLC for $1.8B
Q: Has nFusz launched anything new recently?
A: The company launched notifiCRM Entourage Package for Network Sales

Q:When is the Oracle deal going to be announced?
A: Form 8-K: 1/2/2018 - "The Agreement provides that the development of the application, which will be undertaken jointly by us and ORACLE, will be completed within one year. We anticipate that development of the application, which has already begun, will be completed within 120 days. The Agreement is for an initial term of one year, but renews automatically for successive one-year terms, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the termination provisions set forth in the Agreement."
The development started before the 8K was released and word from the company is they are ahead of schedule. Anticipate development to be competed in the next month.
Q: Has there been any other updates on the Oracle announcment since the 8-K?
A: Rory: “Remember, Oracle has yet to announce our deal. While there are no guarantees in life or investing, it’s inconceivable to me that their PR - about 45-60 days away, possibly much sooner - would not create a level of awareness about our company in the investment community at large, institutional and otherwise, that would drive volume in the stock to levels we have never seen. We will be seen by investors that don’t track OTC companies. If you believe that scenario, as I do, then this pull-back - affecting all stocks on all exchanges right now - should be seen as a buying opportunity. We’ve seen first hand how the SP can move on modest news. The die is cast. People need to take off their day-trader glasses through which they view most OTC stocks and take a fresh hard look at the due diligence material available on nFusz. The sky is not falling, we’re just getting closer to it as we’ve begun to fly.”
Q: How does NetSuite fit into all of this with Oracle? Does anybody use NetSuite?
A: Oracle bought NetSuite a little less than two years ago for $9.3B and added 10,000 companies since (33% increase). How do you keep that market share growing? By adding new capabilities as fast as you can.

2016 - 30,000
2018 - 40,000

Oracle sell 3 Editions of NetSuite:
Limited Edition: companies up to 10 named users and have less than 50 employees
Mid-Market Edition: companies between 11-1,000 named users
Enterprise Edition: companies over 1,000 named users
Pricing starts at $999/mo. for the Limited Edition.
NetSuite comes with standard features including CRM and ERP, but has a number of Advanced large modules that are additional. This is similar pricing model as SAP, Workday and other SaaS providers. Customers are used to paying more for new capability and can add notifiCRM for $10-$20.
Rory: "Oracle, we brought it home and yes, it is a BIG DEAL!
I believe it's going to be a big game changer for existing Oracle Netsuite users once they have access to this tool right from their dashboard
Yeah I think it's going to be very very well received among existing Netsuite users and there's millions of them."

Q: Oracle is a large product, development and service company. With all their resources, why wouldn't they develop something similar?
A: For the last year they've been hiring like gangbusters. They have 1,619 sales openings right now only topped by 1,797 in product development.
That potentially is $250M in product development new hires and another $250M in sales new hires per year.
That's 1/2 a billion $ in new hires. It is a lot faster to partner with an existing company than to try to hiring even more to create a new solution from scratch
Q: Why would Oracle do a deal with a small startup company?
Reuters:
A: Large companies do it all the time when they find great innovation. Here's an example:

Q: What is the revenue split with Oracle?
A: 90-10. 90% to nFusz and 10% to Oracle
Q: I heard a lot about Salesforce being a giant in CRM. Why didn't nFusz do a deal with them first or even SAP?
A: Oracle is under a lot of pressure to continue to drive sales like every company and in this case, to the cloud. Having innovative products from nFusz will help them hit their targets.
What a lot of people don't know is even Oracle's competition rely on Oracle. Having Oracle sales reps market nFusz to Oracle customers is also marketing the company so Oracle's competitors at the same time.
"Let me tell you who's not moving off of Oracle. A company you've heard of that gave us another $50 million this last quarter. That company is Amazon. They're not moving off of Oracle. Salesforce isn't moving off of Oracle. Our competitors, who have [no reason] to like us very much, continue to invest in and run their entire business on Oracle. I don't know who's moving on from Oracle. Maybe Mark knows, maybe Safra does. But Amazon , you think Amazon would really want to move. Let me tell you someone else who is not moving out of Oracle: SAP . They have the database called HANA. They'd like to move SuccessFactors. They've been trying to move off of Oracle for 5 or 6 years. All SAP large customers run on Oracle. Amazon continues to buy Oracle technology to run their business. Salesforce runs entirely on Oracle. Go ahead, you tell me who's moving off of Oracle."
http://www.zdnet.com/article/oracle-q2-strong-on-cloud-saas-momentum/
Q: Now that nFusz has done a deal with Oracle, does that mean they can't do a deal with any of the other large companies like SalesForce, SAP, Microsoft, etc.?
A: The Oracle deal is non-exclusive. nFusz is free to do deals with anyone else.
Q: Why would SalesForce, SAP, Microsoft want to do a deal with nFusz now that the product is going to be integrated into Oracle's Netsuite?
A: To stay competitive and not lose market share. Integrating nFusz technology into their solutions could cancel out the advantage Oracle has initially. Oracle is raising the bar on the product offering and NotifiCRM may be the new minimum that every product must have.
Q: What is the relationship of Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Amazon and Google? Why would more than one of them do a deal with the same company?

360 View of nFusz from the FAQ:
Management Team:
Credibility and character of the management team. A lot of people based their investment not only on the products and potential of a company, but also the management team. Do they have the intelligence, drive, passion, commitment, character and track records to take it all the way.
For credibility listen to last weeks radio program of why other CEOs are asking him for advice:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KypJp_8x_g
For track record:
nFusz CEO Rory Cutaia Tells How He Made People Millionaires, and Will Do It Again, on iHeart Radio
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FUSZ/news?id=176888
Rory has done this before with the company Telx he founded in 2000, to disrupt the telecommunications industry. He sold it a mere 6 years later in 2006 for $216,000,000 making investors 18x their original investment. It resold again in 2015 in partnership with Berkshire Partners for $1.9 BILLION! https://www.thestreet.com/story/13217986/1/abry-and-berkshire-exit-telx-through-19b-sale-to-digital-realty.html
SasS Solution:
No vendor lockin, no 6 months in legal-land working on a contract, no 6 months implementation plan. Users can signup online and drive immediate value. This is a Win-Win for the custmoer as well as the company as they can recognized revenue right away.
Simple:
Simple to create. Simple to view. Simple to share. "Easy of use" is a winner every time when it comes to software. Especially CRM that the number one complaint is it's too difficult, takes too much time and doesn't add value for the salesperson. Walkouts are not new, but it sure used to be a lot harder to
do them until now.
Engaging:
We all have seen a lot of videos. The good, the bad and the ugly. Unless it's a video that is more of a TV commercial it's hard to capture someone's attention. If it was easy, companies wouldn't spend billions of dollars on brand engagement. You are more likely to engage someone who is almost fully standing in front of you with nothing distracting vs. a traditional video. I almost think of most videos as 2D and
this has a 3D feel to it.
Interactivity:
No more click the link at the bottom of this web page when the video is done messages. You are interacting with your potential customers at any point in the video. Compare the bounce rates of a customer using a nFusz video vs. not and I bet they are a lot lower. You have the CTA buttons right in the video.
Cross Industry:
Some products are geared towards certain segments of the market. The first thing a lot of people say when they see this product is: "Oh, it would be great using this _______. Fill in the blank as so many industries and applications have been suggested.
Cross Platform:
Works on your PC, laptop, mobile device, iPhone, etc. None if this, sorry it only works in IE version #.#.# but we are going to port it to your device this Summer so it should work for you're company then.
Mass Appeal:
The companies sales strategy is brilliant in my opinion. Rather than go after sales with one company at a time, they are going after million of users at a time. The potential to grow and grow quickly is exponential rather than linear
Sells Itself:
The product doesn't need a sales person to have a one hour meeting with a client to show them the product. Send of link and people get it right away.
Sets a New Standard:
If I'm watching a video, I'd much prefer to see the full view of someone. Read their body language, expression, how they carry themselves, etc. especially if I'm listening to a sales pitch. Will this become the new normal, I don't know, but everyone that sees it loves it.
Scalability:
nFusz made an important change last fall and that was to leverage youtube for video storage. Not only does that remove a lot of cost for the company and increases margins it allows them to scale more rapidly.
Cost of Entry:
It's $10/mo. Look at what the average Salesforce deal is or some of these other behemoth systems. nFusz could have priced it a lot higher, but are going with the volume, mass adoption approach.
Flexibility:
Take a look at what they are doing for uBid. That is quite an extension of the platform in a unique way.
ROI:
If I'm a big corp looking to buy a product, I'm always thinking about the bottomline. Is this product going to increase sales or cut cost are the two questions I'm most interested in.
Well both. You are going to engage your customers better which will have higher sales closure rates with lower acquisition cost. Does your salesforce need to get on the plane every time someone is interested in your product? Do you even need the same size sells force if your videos are doing some of the selling for you. This can drive more leads that end in deals.
Pudding:
The proof is in the pudding as they say. Rory just said the retention rates are 98%. That is remarkable considering they are going after millions of customers and you would think some would just try it for just a month with not much to lose. Must be working and adding value.

Expecting two News items this week.
@ UHD - That's the one I am most excited about. I can see work being done on it and expecting an update real soon.
Don't think this is a one-time integration effort based on how the PR was written. IF that were true, they wouldn't have used plurals and mentioned "beyond". Concentrus core strength is NetSuite and not all the CRM and ERP systems out there. It's possible they were brought on to help integrate nFusz tech into existing Oracle customers environments that have multiple products and vendors.
That speculation would fit the timeline, as why bring on a new vendor when you are at most 4-6 weeks away for delivering. At that point, your development would almost be complete and you are in test and bug fix mode. Your offshore provider could have provided all the NetSuite expertise you needed.
You would bring on a NetSuite specialized company as you started to sell into larger companies that use NetSuite and have highly customized it into their environment and other applications. You'd want a company that is highly polished and professional on the sales side along with the expertise in NetSuite integration and project management.
Hollywood, CA – February 21, 2018 -- nFusz, Inc. (OTCQB: FUSZ), the Hollywood-based
digital technology company, announces that it has engaged Concentrus, Inc. to accelerate
integration of its notifiCRM interactive video technology into the cloud-based platforms of
popular enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM)
providers.
“As soon as we saw a demo of nFusz’ notifiCRM interactive video technology, we knew we
wanted to be involved,” states John Martinez, Concentrus Vice President. “We see scores of
sales-based software solutions but notifiCRM is something quite unique, and very exciting.
We’re honored to have been chosen by nFusz to assist them in bringing this product to a broader
market,” continues Mr. Martinez.
“Choosing Concentrus was a no-brainer for us,” states nFusz CEO, Rory J. Cutaia. We were
looking for a very particular set of skills, expertise and professionalism. With Concentrus, we
were able to check all those boxes, and more. We’re very excited about what we will accomplish
together in the near term and beyond,” continues Mr. Cutaia.

----- FUSZ INVESTOR FAQ v2-27 -----
This FAQ was assembled with the information and help from many LONGS (CUIN2, HIGHPEAKS, yerboss, ki2002rom, SHEEPWOLF, Stockseekr and many others).

A: Here's a video on NotifiID:
https://nfusz.com/super/ajax/ajax2.php?mediaid=h2t6fA==

Recent Deals & Launches
**************************************
Q: Besides the Oracle deal that has been 8-K'd but not PR'd yet, is there any other deals that are under the radar yet to be PR'd?
A: On February 9, 2018 an agreement with MARKETO, INC. with an effective date of April 1, 2018. Marketo is the leading Engagement Platform that empowers marketers to create lasting relationships and grow revenue.
Q: I'm not familiar with Marketo. I they are small or midsize company?
A: Marketo is a large company. They were sold in 2016 to Vista Equity Partners LLC for $1.8B
Q: Has nFusz launched anything new recently?
A: The company launched notifiCRM Entourage Package for Network Sales
specifically for the 100 million people involved with network marketing sales.

**************************************
THE END (FOR THE MOMENT)
**************************************
I don't think it's as much as they would would like you to believe.
Nor do I believe their batting average and that uncanny ability to always buy at the bottom and sell at the top every time.
When you also add the assumption they are flipping multiple stocks (otherwise they would be wasting a tremendous amount of their life here), you have to believe sometimes it works out great, other times they take a lose, or get stuck.
What's a shame is trying to make money by scaring other people. Thus more warnings added to the FAQ
nFusz $FUSZ a NASDAQ Company In OTC Clothing
February 11, 2018
http://psinvestor.com/nfusz-fusz-a-nasdaq-company-in-otc-clothing/
This was an update that some missed that included 3 key points in the SHAC video from December.
Company has increased margins which were already high to begin with by no longer having to:
- Store videos on their servers. They will be leveraging YouTube
- Pay the transport cost of the videos since they will be sitting at Youtube. Think about it. If the video is accessed 1,000 times, that's a 1000 times less bandwidth cost just on this one video. Multiply that by all the videos customers will add. Videos btw chew through a lot of bandwidth and it's very expensive and you pay for what you use(i.e. not unlimited).
- Provide email services since customers like to user their own emails
Not only does this save cost and increase margins but also allows them to scale more quickly in my opinion. All of this is a bid deal!
19:48: "We made some changes to the technology that allows us to change our margins that were already HIGH and now they are even higher because we won't be storing people's videos on our servers or paying that transport cost of those videos..."

A: Here's a video on NotifiID:
https://nfusz.com/super/ajax/ajax2.php?mediaid=h2t6fA==

Slack valued at $5.1 billion after new funding led by SoftBank

A: Salesforce's Triangulation Strategy

Other Considerations

THE END (FOR THE MOMENT)
**************************************
Thank you! Coming from you and others that says a lot, a lot.
The funny thing is, this is just a weeks worth pulling the info together. Did I say 'a weeks worth'.
What will it look like after 2 weeks, 2 months, etc. I can't picture that yet, but it will happen as I will do everything in my power...
Hey, that's what Rory said on Friday about making this company a huge success! If there is someone passionate about creating a great company or a great FAQ, there is no stopping them ;)
I've seen what many longs have posted over the last 6 months (CUIN2, HIGHPEAKS, yerboss, ki2002rom, SHEEPWOLF, Stockseekr and many others) and would think to myself, that is really great info and a really great points, only to see it get lost 100 posts buried. I was thinking, what a waste and suggested maybe a FAQ, not knowing if it could work, but I know people here would be willing to give it a chance and we could morph it based on feedback and the questions new investors would ask. People over the last week have been helpful adding content and ideas about how to post and structure it.
Yeah, it could all be stuffed in the "intro" which is a great feature but a lot of investors have been conditioned to 'hide' it.
The idea to put it into a question/answer format was different and at times guessing what the questions would be, but at other times taking real questions and providing answers.
None of this is reviewed or sponsored by the company obviously, although much of the information and quotes are directly from the company or other verifiable sources. The purpose and goal is investors supporting investors so the can make their own decisions.
Paying it forward as they say.
Good observation and appreciate you pointing this out. Here's a potential FAQ I could add based on your comment:
If someone here is waiting for 1,000 twitter posts, they don't know how influencing (i.e. research) works in corporate america. I can help answer questions, but only have 1-2 post left so may need to wait until tomorrow.
A great review from Mr. Bohn will LIGHT 'EM UP, but not in the way (and method) you may think in my opinion. All I can say is I'm glad I am in and in for the long haul. This is going to be fun to watch.

A: Here's a video on NotifiID:
https://nfusz.com/super/ajax/ajax2.php?mediaid=h2t6fA==

Slack valued at $5.1 billion after new funding led by SoftBank

A: Salesforce's Triangulation Strategy

THE END (FOR THE MOMENT)

Put this together for New Investors
List of Agendas (I mean Strategies)
Food for thought...
Most of the projections here have been based on $10/mo.
The price of the Entrepreneur is $14.99.
Enterprise is $99.99/mo
Entourage starting at $9.99/mo.
In addition to those fees, if I were nFusz (and maybe they do this already), I would sell enhanced support separately, which larger enterprise companies will pay more for. Although the products are very easy to use, this technology relies on someone's phone or PC actually working right, which we know isn't the case as many users don't update their computer and have a bunch of junk on their phones.
I also could see consulting services down the line to integrate nFusz technology into large corp enterprises' existing solutions.
IBM, Oracle and Microsoft figure this out much late in the game that they could make a bundle off of consultant services in addition to selling the software. Many times, even more than the cost of the software. Microsoft has all these gold, silver partners that they relied on for years to help implement their solution and then actually started to compete with the hand that helped them for many years.
Worth mentioning: When a large ERP vendor does a deal, it might take 6 months of more to sell, agree on the modules, price, implementation services, and work the contract through the legal department. THEN, it may take a YEAR or more to actually implement at big corps. I know a number of Fortune companies implementing WDAY as an example and it's a big deal to rip out OLD, OLD legacy systems that have been highly customized and try to change some of your policies to fit the new SaaS solution.
Q: That's great, so what's your point? You know, when you tell a story redspeed, try to have a point because it makes it way more interesting for the reader!
A: With nFusz notifiCRM, sign up online and you are up and running in no time. No vendor lockin, no lengthy implementation, no 6 months in legal-land, and you can derive value immediately. Did I say 'immediately'?
Q: OK, I am starting to see your point. What does this mean to nFusz?
A: It means that nFusz will be able to recognize revenue much quicker than the big ERP vendors. It also means that those companies that sign up for a year vs. a month accelerates the revenue faster than the $##/mo. that we've been using in projections.
Full disclossure: I own Workday and they do not have a CRM solution as far as I know. If I were nFusz, this would be a good fit for them to have a CRM solution to continue to compete with Oracle, SAP, etc. Maybe they already have had conversations, I wouldn't know.
Workday. BTW is a $26B company and many of Workday's customers are Oracle customers.

Q: Has the CEO or insiders sold or plan on selling?
A: Rory: "NONE of the nFusz insiders have sold a single share. None of us has even had the legends removed from our shares and in fact, many of us, including myself, have yet to have our certificates printed. This stock is gold to us and we’re not parting with it at anywhere near these prices..."
Q: When is the company thinking of uplisting?
A: Rory: "I want to clean up the balance sheet and position us for an uplist as soon as possible."

Q: I've heard there are some big annoucements coming mentioned in the SEC filings but not yet PR'ed. Where can I review the companies press releases and SEC filings.
A: The Oracle and Marketo deals are in the filings (Form 8-K). A joint PR is to come.

A: Here's a video on NotifiID:
https://nfusz.com/super/ajax/ajax2.php?mediaid=h2t6fA==

A: Salesforce's Triangulation Strategy

Other Considerations

Management Team
Credibility and character of the management team. A lot of people based their investment not only on the products and potential of a company, but also the management team. Do they have the intelligence, drive, passion, commitment, character and track records to take it all the way.
For credibility listen to last weeks radio program of why other CEOs are asking him for advice:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KypJp_8x_g
For character listen to the replay of today's radio program that shows the CEO is passionate and more than one dimensional. Here's what the company is doing about a serious problem.
For track record:
nFusz CEO Rory Cutaia Tells How He Made People Millionaires, and Will Do It Again, on iHeart Radio
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FUSZ/news?id=176888
Rory has done this before with the company Telx he founded in 2000, to disrupt the telecommunications industry. He sold it a mere 6 years later in 2006 for $216,000,000 making investors 18x their original investment. It resold again in 2015 in partnership with Berkshire Partners for $1.9 BILLION! https://www.thestreet.com/story/13217986/1/abry-and-berkshire-exit-telx-through-19b-sale-to-digital-realty.html
Simple:
Simple to create. Simple to view. Simple to share. "Easy of use" is a winner every time when it comes to software. Especially CRM that the number one complaint is it's too difficult, takes too much time and doesn't add value for the salesperson. Walkouts are not new, but it sure used to be a lot harder to do them until now.
I almost think of most videos as 2D and this has a 3D feel to it.

THE END (FOR THE MOMENT)
**************************************
I wrestled with that a bit. A few concern:
- People would repost and not change the date
- The FAQ would change multiple times a day and people wouldn't know
- People would repost the older version
- The FAQ may not change one day, so do you change the date. If not, it kind of looks old.
When I was thinking about all this, I didn't know I would ultimately be the owner and kind of have the master copy. I figured many posters would just keep adding to it, reposting and we could keep it all straight. It's fine for now with me doing the gate keeping. Maybe down the road, it's more of a shared update duty. Too much coming to fast for 10 people to be updating it right now.
Since most the the points above are a moot point, I'll use your suggestion and use a date as it makes more sense for new investors. Thanks for the idea and suggesting it!
@ Stockseekr - Great post below. Like to see people do the math. Would like to add it to the FAQ as well later.

LIGHT 'EM UP
Twitter FaceBook Instagram YouTube LinkedIn NotifiID
"You are the company you keep"
I've been thinking about NotifiID ever since I saw the video. I'm excited as the size of the opportunity is incredible. The kicker is this is just one of many things nFusz is doing. Just one.
Consider this. People will be putting the NotifiID ico in their email signature along side all the social media giants.
Guess what? It will be the most meaningful one of the bunch for that person and they will likely either put it first or last so it will get noticed. It's purple and will get noticed.
Everyone uses eMail. People will be asking - "I clicked on your purple button. That is cool. Not only cool, but since we've never met in person, I feel I know you a bit better. How do I get one?"
Check out the NotifiID introduction video Rory created recently also linked in the FAQ. Look at the icons in the demo.
Q: I could see how this walk about technology would be more engaging then a LinkedIn profile. How would that work?

nFusz Technology & Innovation
A: Here's a video on NotifiID:
https://nfusz.com/super/ajax/ajax2.php?mediaid=h2t6fA==

Slack valued at $5.1 billion after new funding led by SoftBank

A: Salesforce's Triangulation Strategy

I almost think of most videos as 2D and this has a 3D feel to it.

THE END (FOR THE MOMENT)
**************************************
Microsoft closed on LinkedIn a little over a year ago for $26B.
To do a integration with nFusz would be peanuts compared to the the value proposition of taking LinkedIn to the next level.
Honestly, LinkedIn is flat, dull, boring and nothing new in years, but the only game in town for candidates looking for a job. On the flip side, there are a lot of other sites for companies looking for candidates, but I'm sure LinkedIn does well there and gets a healthy slice of the pie.
I've had the premium membership a few times, for a few months. The value wasn't there, as least for me. But if I did a walkout to introduced myself and get a edge on the other free members, giddy-up. I'd keep the membership membership. I'd probably keep if after I get a job to keep my future job options open as well.
As Rory has said about other CRM systems, they don't sell. Same thing with LinkedIN premium membership. It's good at tracking who looked at your profile, but doesn't really help you to much on selling yourself.

nFusz Media Updates

Q: Has the CEO recently provided any updates?
A: Yes, at least once of week, if not more either through radio interviews on CEO Money or Shareholder updates using nFusz technology. Here's some of the most recent updates:

@1:17 "We've become the cutest puppy in the pet store. Everybody wants to work with us. We've been closing straight equity deals at the highest valuations we've ever done in the history of nFusz to minimize dilution for all of us
Why? Why am I doing this? Because I'm building a war chest of cash. We're getting rid of debt. We're cleaning up our balance sheet.
We are positioning guys, we are position us because I want to uplist to NASDAQ or NYSE as soon as we possibly can.
I want to bring in large institution investors, brokerage houses, pension funds. They can't invest in OTC stocks. They can and they'll want to invest in us."

nFusz Technology & Innovation
A: Here's a video on NotifiID:
https://nfusz.com/super/ajax/ajax2.php?mediaid=h2t6fA==

Reviews

Slack valued at $5.1 billion after new funding led by SoftBank

I almost think of most videos as 2D and this has a 3D feel to it.
**************************************
THE END (FOR THE MOMENT)
**************************************
Funny you should say that. When I looked at the uBid demo I was thinking it feels like a video game experience or brings on the excitement of a casino game. Guess that was the intent, right. You got the video and sound that no auction site has today.
If uBid comes out with this and it rocks the world, eBay may want to up the game and they are not the only ones. I spoke to an insurance auto auction side last year. You wouldn't believe how many simultaneous live auctions they run every week and the money that exchanges hands. There are a couple of big players in that industry and they try to out do each other to keep the market share.
Added a few more. Wag was recently in the news. Good list of disruption.
Food for thought...
When people first heard about FaceBook, some said big deal. It's the same thing as MySpace.
When people first heard about Google Search, some said big deal. It's the same thing as Yahoo.
When people first heard about Snapchat, some said big deal. It's the same thing as texting.
When people first heard about Uber, some said big deal. No one in their right mind is going to get in a car with a stranger.
When people first heard about Wag, some said big deal. Anyone can build a dog walking app and/or knock off.
Although did you know, they just raised $300M in addition to the other $68M
When people first heard YouTube, some said big deal. It's the same thing as...
Wait a second. There wasn't anything like it.
When people first heard about nFusz, some said bid deal. It's the same thing as...
Wait a second. There ISN'T anything like it.
I was thinking about this and debating if Rory pivoted again. Late last year I remember him saying they would be cash flow positive (or something to that nature) either by the end of the year or earlier next year. Doing this from memory but people get the gist.
I was thinking, OK, that is really good news. Maybe he's going to grow the company organically and funnel sales profits back into the business and grow.
Similar to the shift in strategy from selling seats one company at a time and going after massive selling opportunities, that could be viewed as a pivot.
But wait one second. Keep in mind from Rory's perspective and what you just said, Rory has a plan and is executing on it. We are bring brought into the plan slowly at first but now at a crazy pace. Got two updates alone on Friday.
The Oracle partnership and the plan to sell to other CRM companies had to exist for 6 months or more, but now it's happening. Same thing with the plan to accelerate product development and integrations, hire people, offshore dev & test, war chest, etc.
I'm assuming (no hard evidence yet ted ;) that things are going well, they are killing it as Rory says and there is now the opportunity to put the foot to the floor. I'm thinking if there wasn't early success he would put on cruise control until they gained traction.
Just some thoughts as we wait for the puppy store to open on Monday. I'm going to hold my shares until they do a deal with Google ;)
You can't analyze an outcome that doesn't have any direct evidence as you've said. The circumstantial evidence is not enough for everyone. You may frustrate yourself and others trying to find data points that don't exist today. Will they exist next week, maybe. Will be interesting to read what Richard Bohn thinks because who in their right mind cares what I think.
One of the DD steps I always do is start looking for comps. But guess what, you can't do it for something that doesn't exist. You'll be comping apples and oranges. None-the-less, I looked at a lot of companies to get that warm and fuzzy feeling I was looking for. This was the first one I found. Not the best, but don't have time to dig up the others and quite frankly, not the patience as people will shoot holes in anything I post even though I said you can't comp apples and oranges when the oranges hasn't been invented yet and there are lots of variables when you do comp even if the orange did exist.
Here's what I've shared previously:
Impossible to comp disruptive technology. One day you wake up and then all of a sudden people realize it's worth a fortune.
Here's a company that Adobe bought with low revenues, 20% yoy revenue increase, wasn't profitable but did have a lot of cash in the bank.
Sold price tag 20x $Fusz's mc and Fusz's potential is way more than 20% increase in annual sales. TubeMogul allowed companies to buy and track video ads. Imagine what Fusz is worth when you can actually CREATE and track video ads. As Rory has said dozens of times, there are many products that track sales, but not actually SELL!
20 x the current sp is $4-5 a share.
Adobe is acquiring ad tech company TubeMogul for $540 million
Nov. 10, 2016
http://www.businessinsider.com/adobe-is-acquiring-ad-tech-tubemogul-for-450-million-2016-11
TubeMogul specializes in video advertising and offers advertisers a demand-side platform (DSP) to plan, buy, and measure video ads using an automated (programmatic) system.
Revenue grew 21% year-on-year to $56.1 million
TubeMogul's net losses increased from $3.75 million
The company stated it had cash and cash equivalents of $84 million in the quarter.
