Why a company that have 1 of the 12 licences available in PA to process weed partnership with UNVC and put Dalton on there directors board if he was a fraud and a scumbag?????

Would you rater have a little known company when you go public or an unknown company when you announce it??? You said it already days ago all the PRs are about Agrimed and not UNVC. They are growing Agrimed not UNVC!!!! UNVC is staying quiet.....

Agrimed is creating noise on the social media scene with there 3-4 PRs monthly. On there website, the oldest news is december 2016, so 1 year posting news, each news is professionaly written, why they are doing that if it was not to go public??? they have an impressive board of directors!!!! And they add to there board Dalton the owner of an empty shell UNVC already partnering with Agrimed....PEOPLE dont seem to connect the dots for the reverse merger!!!!

Agrimed have there cannabis licence, they dont need Dalton but Why on earth they choose Dalton on there board of directors if he was a complete fraud ???? And partnership with an empty shell?? The answer is so obvious....plus they liked your tweet! My god its almost an insider's information!!!!

So many hints that Agrimed will go public, they have more than 1000 followers on Twitter!!! So strange to be so active on the press releases for a company like Agrimed.... My 20 million shares are betting on that now...

Theres a reason for that 8k, I always believed in Francine, I am sure the fact that she went quiet over the last weeks its because she is very busy finalizing the future deals, the financials, etc.... And when its not final its hard to update your investors, she dont like telling BS our Francine and if she did already I am sure she regrets so thats why she went quiet!!!

Soon we will have a PR explaining this 8k and the late financials should follow also...
