Agrimed has a very respectable board of directors and to add Dr.Dalton in there, it smells from a mile away a reverse merger with UNVC!!

Why since the last 10 months, this private company Agrimed have been posting news on there website??? Its obvious that Agrimed is preparing to go public but its even more obvious thats a merger with UNVC.......its all planned!!!!

Holding many millions for this obvious play...
