Actually I am hoping for some sideways accumulation like BIEL has been doing----make for a much better op for purchasing and the next leg up more formidable--
This was a very good post by Sheff-----
NPHC is launching Cobroxin with the help of XCHO who will be selling the product because they have exclusive license to do so. The two companies work closely together with XCHO being the marketing arm and NPHC being the scientific arm. Also if you look at Rik Deitsch of NPHC you will see he is on the board of directors for XCHO. Look at the prior press releases and you will see the connection. Best, Sheff
NPHC has many products and a pipeline for them
XCHO has a mkting license agreement for one product ---at this time---and it is Cobroxin---
If you had been given the mkting agreement for Tylenol 30 years ago---who made the most money---the manufacturer or the mkter with the license agreement??

where do you come up with ideas like this--
....but obviously there are some people selling some shares...all I'm saying is don't sell them in haste, Jumping the ASK with a lower offer, and while selling the ASK..only offer so much per level...why Not get more for your shares...
Those that are offering the shares ..can actually walk the ppps Up..if they do not Rush and push and shove each other!!...
not odd---here is what probably happened--
your order reached at the same time a mkt sell reached---mm has to maintain an orderly mkt and was taking it down and filled you with partials on the way and with some others--there will probably be some late prints too

That's OK son,,, I have been in these boats for over 50 years of rowing, bailng and sailing into the "blue"---
I also added at .108---high of the freaking day, week, or month---however you want to look at it---got screwd by my broker---not the first time either ---
and intend to begin filling up this boat as soon as the SP bottoms out---ansd establishes some upward momo---
cheers, art
What's the matter with you folks?????
Are all of you just "momo" players----here for a "quickie"???
You think there is no communication between these two companies---the company that provided the mkting agreement to xcho?????
You folks pull your panties back up and be patient---and if you have any convictions act on them---either get out or load up---

JMO--but this was written ,, prepared,, and finalized several weeks ago---
Summer is over and the sun pill is not big news now---but Cobroxin is and that is what will make this company go---my opinion..
We have been forwarned about the need for $$$$$ to propel this company forward---
Good news regarding Cobroxin that pushes the SP upward will allow the company to either borrow using stock as collateral; a private plaement below the SP or just plain ole dilution by selling some company shares into the mkt---this will probably be their last choice

the distribution of AlGal, a tasteless, odorless form of Omega 3 fatty acid, which is used as a food additive has began to yield results.
No sales from AlGal products were generated in Q209 however the bulk of our increase in revenue was generated by sales of the SunPill?.
We will continue to market our proprietary Clinical NSPs - XenaCor, XenaTri and XenaZymePlus distributed through the mail to our existing customer base.
The Company has approximately $300,000 of product placed with customers, however sales of SunPill? remained suppressed during Q209 as a result of the Company's inability to raise sufficient cash to effect the marketing promotions necessary to generate significant sell thru.

When a Market Maker ( MM ) posts a bid or ask price he is guaranteeing 5000 shares at those prices---whether he has them or not---Am MM can be on one side of the market,, as in the ask side and not the bid side---generally means that he has supply and does not need more shares---
anything less than 5000 shares of a penny stock is an odd lot and can be posted later,, or at the end of the day---orders can be place by the public to "buy on the close" these are mkt orders and will be executed on the ask price ---

You sound as though you are new to this---????
multiply 20 cents times the O/S and see if you would buy this company for that amount??? Today----not next month or at a much later date when there is more transparency as to the future potential--
why would you think that???????
The following drugs were/are for osteo-arthritis suffers i believe----chronic pain yes--but a specific diagnosis pain--
Does our drug fit in here???
The clinical study below conducted by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) confirmed that Cobroxin, for chronic pain, is better than Ultram (tramadol hydrochloride) and would be better than Celebrex and Vioxx because of not having the side effects reported from Celebrex and Vioxx:

Hi Folks---
I joined on the opening and watched the MMs band together and protect each other---exceptional amt of demand and limited share supply---they will continue to provide an "orderly market" and look for shares---call around to share holders and to the company---this is what we did when I was in the business as a broker/trader---we did not have specialized trading firms --such as Knight Securities--
also the MMs are not "glued" to the internet message boards and unless the company gives them a heads up---they don't have up to the minute company news---probably a Reuters and AP news ticker--
Any way ,, for the longer term minded here---we can probably look for an increase in the A/S and perhaps a forward stock split for liquidity if the company really hits it---provided no mergers or take overs disturb the future--or huge company dilution---JMHO

No,,that is the ask---you will not be buying on the bid unless there is a mkt sell order of suff size to knock the ask down---be patient or just go to the ask now and don't worry about .002 of a penny---it's better own it than chase it--
There has been some excellent posting here and some very fine "Team-DD" work done and posted---
I am a retired broker/trader---started back when a big day on the NYSE was 250k shares for the whole day! The mutual fund collumn in the WSJ was only 4" long --and a single collumn
This has been a classic IMHO of a mm take down and scare tactic to draw shares---IMO they will keep it here awhile to draw some selling out of long position---
They do this and also call the company for shares and find out who has long positions and call them also---I got a call last week from an ""anylst"" trying to scare me into selling my biel shares---he had very little good to say about the run up of BIEL---inferring it was all mm manipulated
BUY---this is a very good looking company---IMHO--and otheres
cheers --art
Correct---
and this right now is a "stunning" opportunity double up one's position---

This baby is copying BIEL---to .095 and then good-bye all the way to about .044 I think---now it's .08+----all in week or so--
These stocks are not for the "faint-at-heart"
At least it is not the commodities mkt and you are trading on margin---
We have "bounced" off the .046---I think .042 is as low as it will go ,, if we do not hold this ounce---
Then the least resistance is "NORTH"

I do not have a re-entry for stocks that I get stopped out on until they reverse their trend--If we get a spike in the "south" direction, I will take that as a culmination of selling and immediately look for re-entry--

I could not resist----this was/is too well written by VFC ,, so I cut, pasted, edited and inserted BIEL in the appropriate spots--
The BIEL stock is a speculative investment and will be considered one until the company can demonstrate the ability to survive without having to rely on a third party for financing.
It's important to keep in mind that with speculative stocks comes a large amount of speculation- that is why they call it a 'speculative' investment.
a speculative investment = actual news and numbers + speculation on the part of investors + hype.
When trying to predict the future, which is what you do when you speculate, you need to take all of those factors into consideration when deciding whether to buy or sell your stock. One thing, however, that cannot be over looked is that when you are trading in speculative stocks, you cannot ignore speculation.
For that reason, if you've got no stomach for risk and volatility then you should stay away from speculative stocks. You, as an investor, have to look at the facts, look at the possibile events that could effect the stock price and make a decision as to what you ascertain fair value to be FOR YOU. Once you've done that, find your high limit price and buy on any dips below that price and then try to average down.
Also, long term investors should not be concerned with the day to day price fluctuations of the stock. A big player who wants in could move the stock 20% to the upside in an hour, but when he's done buying it will retreat again. You've got to learn to accept that volatility if you want to dabble in speculative plays.
There are many out there right now that want in on the ground floor of a growing company and since BIEL is considered to be on the ground floor, investors are buying in now with little concern of whether or not the stock is trading for FOUR cents or SIX cents. That causes the stock to look overvalued, but these investors are speculating that the stock price will be much, much higher in two years from now, not concerned with the fact that it might be five cents lower tomorrow.
Again, it's up to each individual investor, based on their own DD, to decide what is their fair value for a stock.
In my opinion, a new investor looking to buy now or add to their position of BIEL,, should buy in with half the amount that they wanted to invest in BIEL with. Then try to average down. This way they would not be fully invested if the stock dropped (and would be able to add cheaper shares with the other half) but they also wouldn't miss the boat if significant news sent the stock upwards. That's how I do it when a stock is trading for a little bit higher than what I see as fair value.
Speculation will lead to large percentage price swings and overvaluation and will also draw in swing/day/momentum traders that will add even more to the volatility. Those factors do not always show up in technical charts. So what you get is a bunch of long term, small shareholders (the little guy) buying on the dips while the swing/momentum/day traders (big boys) play their games.
I emphasize that this stock is speculative. That means every new or existing long term investor should speculate about where they think this company will be in two to five years from now.
Many believe that BIEL is going to grow significantly during that time frame and this is why people are still trying to get into this stock when it is trading for a price that others consider to be overvalued.
Let's be honest, if you want to crunch numbers and look at the earnings reports of speculative stocks and value those stocks technically, stocks like BIEL, CSUH and TTNP would be trading for zero.
Remember, when investing in speculative stocks you're going to have to speculate.
I plagerized this from VFC---hope he doesn't mind--

Well, you ask a good question----it is very difficult to answer----
many, many variabls at play---but you can always multiply the O/S ( when you can find an honest number for a Pinkie )times the PPS to get a current mkt price for the company and make your decision accordingly--obviously the mkt community felt that 1.2 billion shares times .095 cents was way too high for today---but mabe not next week or tomorrow---
Remember this is still a high risk pink stock---it is not an investment grade dividend paying security---
cheers
Sincerely,, you are sincerly correct---IMO
I am a retired broker/dealer/trader---
Since that trade did not get printed in correct sequence of order it had to be held out---otherwise it would be a misleading print of trading information---Prior to electronic trading we had many, many of these printed at EOD
we open at .063,,,, I hope and we go up from ther,,, I hope

PS--it was a buy on the ask,,, or was it sell on the ask,, or maybe still, it was a buy on the bid---no ,, I'm pretty sure it was a buy on the ask----regardless---one guy no longer has them and another does
vERY GOOD DAY---
mmS MADE A "KILLING"
250 MILLION SHARES TODAY between .06 and .095,,,with most of it in the .06s --.07s
500 million last three days in the .055 and .08 range
1 billion 200 million shares traded last 10 days---pretty good turnover of shares---especially considering the dilution---
The close was essentially on the ask side so I am looking for a sideways trading range of .06 to .085 with intermittant spikes---but nothing below .055 or above .10--
News could could change this,, obviously
But after all this volume ---very few profit takers left and the dilution from the company should be over now---I suspect they used todays interest to finish dumping on us--

"DOWN??" --- ON BIG NEWS!!! Sure--
To unload huge positions of shares you need huge numbers of buyers --and only on super good news is the market able to handle ( absorb ) them ----
Once the mkt has digested what has taken place ---BIEL will move on----hopefully,,, expectedly ,,, onward and upward---
All this volume will make a nice floor---my "stop" was at .059 and I am still here---when this is all digested I will change my protective stop level and let this baby ride---just like I did years ago with Intel, Microsoft and Knight's little shoe store in Beaverton Or---He was once a little corner store and now he practically runs the U of O sports complex---and I rode on those stocks with stop orders trailing along---
Had a client once back in the early 60s who selected her stocks by whether they had the funds to advertise in FULL COLOR in the Saturday Evening Post---she did not know what a stop order was---
I never was much for trading ---always ended up holding losers waiting for them to get me even---but each to his own --
cheers

An olds but effective move ---
Prior to an announcement or CC and during the announcement or CC---shorts will BOMBARD the bid in order to show "discomfort" with the announcement---purpose is to wipe out the underlying bids seveveral layers down---and attempt to induce a selling "panic" by traders---this will ,, in their eyes ,, show dissillussionment or dissatisfaction and draw more sellers/shares for them to pic up later---
This is a major ploy/tactic of bashers and shorts---
