Funny! Verify this.
1. Who gave them eight billion dollars? I want contact information.
2. If they knew they were receiving eight billion dollars why did they create a corporation so they would have to share the money?
LOL. You're so funny! LOL!
So you'll believe that somebody gave a five-person company sharing an office eight billion dollars for nothing. But you won't believe that lists of share-holders aren't meant to be put on the internet for general viewing without permission.
LOL! What do they find you characters? LOL!
Walk into a Ferrari dealer. Tell them you're too stupid to read an income statement or a balance sheet. Tell them you believe in nonsense get rich quick schemes. Tell them you want Money For Nothing since you're too lazy to work and too dumb to understand investing or SEC regulations.
Then say "gimme a Ferrari."
Good luck.
LOL! LOL! LOL!
Loyalty To Rufus Paul
He tells you what you want to her -- that magical riches are on the way -- something for nothing. It's an interesting game. Part of it is to say that everyone who disagrees with your SomeForNothing attitude is one of those enemy shorts.
The only people who can be trusted are those who say that CSHDE.ob has received a gift of several billions dollars and you'll get what's coming to you soon!
LOL! LOL! LOL!
More jokes from CSHDE.ob,
Today's income statement (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/is?s=cshde.ob) claims that they earned a 3.5 million dollar profit through SG&A expenses (Selling General and Administrative). I'd like to hear their explanation about this one. Even if they sold their pencils as a profit it doesn't show up as SG&A income.
They seem intent on just posting random documents with any old random number in them.
Here's a summary on what SG&A means: http://www.investorwords.com/4523/SGA.html
It "combines salaries, commissions, and travel expenses for executives and salespeople, advertising costs, and payroll expenses."
So, the company claims a 3.5 million dollar profit through travel expenses and payroll.
LOL! LOL! LOL!
>> I am guessing some powerful short group pulled some strings to get the E
> DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT CRAP?
They're powerful because they have lots of money. They have lots of money because they take it from pumpers who know nothing about the stock market. LOL!
More Laughable Pumpers
>From a Financial Manager of a 800M organization this artical is a joke. It takes facts out of context to support thier argument.
It's an 800M not 'a.'
It's spelled their not 'thier.'
It's spelled article not 'artical.'
'Financial' isn't capitalized.
'Manager' isn't capitalized.
I'm guessing you're one of the lower-paid pumpers. Is that true? LOL!
CSHDE.ob intrigues no one but pumpers.
>This stock has you intrigued to the point you can't let go.
It's the greed and the laughable dreaming that's intriguing -- that people feel like they owe loyalty to Paul Rufus and his five co-workers sharing an office in Kennesaw Georgia. That's a little intriguing, but mostly it's just great big laughable fun.
Something for nothing -- that's the American Dream!
LOL!
Dear Pumpers,
I hear that this company is in business to save the world and colonize the moon. But isn't it true, that all you pumpers care about is that CSHDE claims to have received eight billion dollars in gifts in the last few weeks and you're hoping that some of those gifts will end up in your pocket?
Just greedy pumping losers is all you are!
LOL!
Your Greed Spiraling Away
Real time quote $1.60. Can you buyback stock with imaginary bonds? Maybe Rufus will use part of that eight billion dollars to buyback some stock? LOL!
Dear Pumper Dragon52,
The truth is out now. Pumping CSHDE won't work again. It's headed straight down. Consider yourself lucky to have had a few days of fun and move on.
If Paul Rufus knew somebody willing to give him eight billion dollars for nothing, why do you think he'd be sharing the money with you? It's easy to feel sorry for someone like you, but nobody gives away eight billion dollars because of pity.
You're a joke! LOL!
Dragon52 continues to post irrelevant documents to cover-up the lack of peformance of CSHDE.ob. He fails miserably at this futile endeavor. I'm up 38% since my negative call on this apparent fraud.
So who are these companys giving away a free eight billion dollars in asset-backed securities? That can't be good for their earnings. Along with shorting CSHDE, shorting those company should be good for even greater profits!
LOL!
We can all relax for the rest of the evening before CSHDE.OB resumes it death spiral tomorrow morning.
This says it all:

Dear Clueless Dragon52,
You still haven't explained how a company can attain riches by acquiring things. I guess you still believe that people are making charity donations to CSHDE. LOL!
I also missed how Paul Rufus or Rufus Paul is anything like Warren Buffet. I missed Buffet's performance on penny stock television. LOL!
You would do well to study Warren Buffet, and not waste your time on penny stock promoting.
Dear clueless dragon52,
Why is the Central Bank of Venezuela giving free asset-backed securities to a five-person company in Kennesaw Georgia that can't even afford an entire office for itself?
You're not helping your company's case by making a laughing stock of yourself but I really appreciate your feeble attempts! LOL!
More silly stuff from dragon52,
Where does the SEC say that asset-backed securities are free securities that are given to penny stock companys?
Give it a rest, the news is out about this company and it's headed straight down!
Thanks again for your clueless responses! LOL!
Dragon52 submits more laughable material,
Asset-backed securities aren't free things that companys get to raise their book value for free you silly pumper. I ask you again, you fraud, what's the name and number of whoever is given away these free billion dollar securities?
LOL.
To Dragon52 another silly pumper,
So you believe that none of Warren Buffet's companys have any sales. I see a long career for you in the fast food industry!
The annual report for the year ending 6/30/06 when their fiscal year doesn't end until 12/31/06 shouldn't include things that happened after 6/30/06 you silly pumper!
LOL!
You silly pumper: "that should show all the bonds acquired between July 1, 2006 and current date."
People don't become rich by acquiring stuff. They become rich by selling stuff. You pumpers are so ridiculous! LOL!
Another Laugh from the Annual Report
It says: "For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006"
It also says: "The fiscal year shall begin on the first day of January."
Are they in a time wrap? They completed a year in six months. How come they include all thse lies for July through October for a document as of 6/30/06? These guys are so obviously clueless it's hilarious! LOL!
Dear Pumper,
If you want to buy a company for a fraction of its assets pick General Motors. It has a market cap of 18 billion and assets of 476 billion.
In the unlikely event that Conversion Holdings actually has assets what's more likely that they got them as a present, or that they borrowed money to pay for them? If they borrowed the money the value of the company is still the Net Tangible Assets. In this case that value is zero.
If you think they got the assets as a gift please provide the name of the prevous owner so that I can verify this ridiculous claim.
regards, your helpful knowledgeable investing pal.
Why Does Paul Rufus Harris Do It?
He took over a small company with a market cap of 3 million dollars. He gave it eight billion dollars in assets in a few weeks. Does anyone know why?
Why CSHD stock-holders and not some charity? Doesn't he have a family or friends? Why give billions to a bunch of strangers none of whom he knows? You'd think at the age of 38 he'd have at least a couple friends, especially if he was in the habit of giving billions of dollars away.
He's just a real generous guy. Do a google search on: 125 townpark dr suite 300 30144
and you will see that they don't even need an entire suite for themselves. Such unselfishness is great!
I really understand him. When I saw this list of names: http://www.waatle.com/1447715.html
I really felt a strong desire to send them a few billion myself. LOL!
