Tanail, one would think that some of the big boys in this stock, who were buying up shares in huge blocks the 2 days previous to the market makers bringing the volume to a stop by requesting the halt in online trades, would start hitting the ask "right now", especially since it's around half the price some of them paid at that time!!! Even "without news", if this scenario is accurate, how could any market maker hold the stock price down, when he doesn't have a whole lot of shares left to sell????? It would seem that a day when volume reaches 100 mil. or more, could double the price of this stock. In this case even "calling in" buys, would get this thing in motion. If some heavy buying comes in now, they won't be able to hold this stock price down any longer. Just an obsevation. Florida
This is how Imperia reads the inaction of some brokers such as E-TRADE in not allowing their customers, "who they're only tring to protect",notice the approx. 50% drop in our share price since UBSS created this halt! If they can prove any wrongdoing on the part of Imperia or anyone connected with IPRE, then do it now, or, remove this restriction!!!!! Yeah, this sounds about right. How can Etrade tell you that they are
"confused" about what is going on? They are the ones that took the
action!!! If I go down the street and go to the store, and someone
asks me why I did that, I don't respond saying "I'm not sure about
that right now, but it was to protect you."
I think the new short laws are not a coincidence that all the sudden
they have massively put in these restrictions on so many stocks and
they don't want to answer for it.
If it is because big blocks of stock were being bought, well maybe
that has to do with the fact that we just announced that the RS was
not going forward!!!!! Look how fast the stock dropped when we
announced the RS so why is it strange for it to shoot up like a rocket
when we take the opposite course of action.
I guess they want to protect the shareholders if the price of a stock
goes up too fast and too high....Give me a break!!!!!
All the best,
James

It's probablythe first time they had to stop so many stocks at one time, as they probably were caught without enough shares to cover their positions. The fact that the pink sheets now require them to list all short sales has everything to do with this sudden restriction in many stocks. In the case of Imperia, they were really caught off base when they found out the reverse split was off!!!! With loads of buying coming in, they reported shares were being bought in huge blocks "above the market price"!!!! Not true,as I watched the action those two very active days, and all trades were going through at the bid and the ask price!!!! So these guys file complaints to protect "themselves", "not the shareholders", and our thoughtful and caring brokerage firms go along with them!!! If E-TRADE or any other broker "really cared" about their customers well being, they would remove this restriction Monday morning. After 7 days of this nonsense, unless they can prove something illegal happened, why should they still be preventing us from doing what we've always been doing, "trading stocks online" ????? Florida
Thanks money for yesterdays update. The following is another batch of "non answers", that I continue to get back from E-TRADE.Florida Wow!

Rick, I really liked your post as I feel the same way you do. I e-mailed it to James before he begins his interview. He sent a very short and kind of odd response. I will post it, and see what you think he's saying. Florida
money, I won't be around to check the interview. If possible, could you print out the questions and answers to the two important points that James said he would be discussing today? The first one involves the online trading restrictions, and the second is, what's our status regarding Never Submit??? Thanks, Florida
Maybe this company is open to suggestions from their shareholders!,Florida Yes, in the interview I am giving today on Subpenny radio

money, sooner or later all these brokers "will remove" this restriction. I don't know if it will be today, monday, or two weeks from monday, but "they will be removed"! The funny thing here is, a couple of these brokers who've restricted it from being bought or sold online, "are currently making a market in this stock", as they are appearing "daily" on the bid and the ask. My firm, E-TRADE is one!!!
Regardless of the facts that trading has been very quiet, and that some "verycareful" brokerages still have no online trading in IPRE, plus the fact that they've run into this delay in being able to announce their deal regarding Never Submit, "this company keeps rolling on"!!! Business as usual, until we get results, is the right way to handle things right now. Instead of knocking these guys regarding the temporary halt on online trading, which I'm quite sure they're working on behind the scenes, they should be commended, especially James, for not going into hiding. These two steps that we saw today, the recommendation by a European stock advisor, and this afternoons penny radio interview, are, "two positives"! As quickly as it dropped when this hold was put on our online trading, is the same way it can bounce upward when these restrictions are lifted. These brokers either have to give investors a real solid reason why, or, remove this annoying freeze pretty soon!!!! Florida
Level 2 anyone. How many left at sell at 0.0012??? Thanks, Florida
Art, just reading your last post, was probably the best news we've gotten in a week. Now, if only some buying would come in, and wipe out those 3 at 0.0012, well, you never really know on Wall Street do you ???? Florida
Since there's been absolutely no interest in this stock since last Thursdays online restrictions, "why in the world is UBSS becoming the high bidder the last couple of days" ???? Why would he want to buy shares in a stock that's stiil restricted in some brokerages, and is hardly even trading a share???? Could this be "short covering" ???? Just find it a little puzzling when one of the "bigger players" in IPRE raises his bid each morning!!! Florida
This sounds like a very sensible suggestion. The problem is, how do we get this to happen. Although I've had e-mail contact with James, I know for certain if they wanted to do that they would. My opinions or suggestions will not affect anything they do. I wish some of our ideas would be implemented, but I just don't think they will follow outside advice right now. Florida
The idea is fine, but getting people from different companies to band together and protest this ban, I just can't see it happening. Best wishes, Florida
money, you're probably correct as he has a lot more clout than I do! In the situation we're all in here, no volume, low stock price, some online trading being held up, for whatever the reason, you just try to reach out and help thecompany as well as the stock, to do better. We all have invested in IPRE, so our goal is to see it go higher. The way things are going right now, we seem to be stuck in a rut. How do we and Imperia get out of this rut is the question of the day???? So far today, one trade of 5,000 shares. Somebody actually bought $6 worth of stock????? Until they clear the decks for all out trading, no restrictions at all on IPRE, they might as well just shut it down as it's not trading anyway!!! But, if they did that, they better have a very good explanation "why"???? Florida
tdd, since I don't see IPRE on this list, after doing their research, this very popular online broker doesn't see any reason to restrict Imperia, while a few of the others are still in a "let's play it very safe" mode!!!! Interesting but annoying to say the least!!!! Florida
Richard,
Someone should tell this John Mclean (wasn't that the guy from Die
Hard..lol) that all of the agents at Etrade have told a different
reason. List all of them.. (like I did to you) and then ask them
which one is it??? Is it the pending RS? Is it the vollume? Is it
because someone hacked into the database? Was is because fraud was
detected? Is it because of the volatility of the stock? Is it
because we were on the stockster website? Is it because the MM's are
short on the stock? Someone needs to tell this guy how many different
reasons we have heard and we need to get a straight and honest answer
so that either the shareholders or the company can address it...
James

From your humble president...
So here are the reasons so far that shareholders and the company have
received about why trading has been restricted in IPRE. None of these
make sense of course:
-The impending Reverse Split (which we announced was not going forward)
-To protect the clients (I guess by lowering the stock price)
-To educate the clients (educate them about how the brokers and MM's
can make them their bitches I suppose)
-Because of the price volatility (because, god knows that investors
need to be protected from a stock going up and down)
-Suspicious activity (the only suspicious activity I see is the
brokers completely drying up volume and killing the price of the
stock)
-Because the stock is thinly traded (Actually, it was trading at quite
high volume until they killed it with the restrictions)
-Aliens invaded earth (now this one I would believe)
Is the ask still at 0.0012??? Level 2 anyone, thanks, Florida
Sometimes I feel like I'm the one putting out the press releases for James and Ken. However, I don't mind putting in a little extra effort if it keeps everyone informed regarding the goings on in Imperia. This sharing of news and opinions, could be helpful to everyone. Hopefully, the end result will be to help our stock price. Regards, Florida
One would think that the "market makers" should be complaining a lot, as the inability of many people to trade online is killing them where it hurts most, in the pocketbook. With almost no trading going on the last few days, from a stock that averaged over 200 mil. shares daily, is hurting them as much as it's hurting us! Maybe they can get these restricted companies to allow online trades again as soon as possible. At least they should!!!! Florida
Look who just became the highest bidder in IPRE at 0.0011. None other than our usual seller UBSS. Let's see if he stays there! Florida
I just sent my daily complaint to the good folks at E-TRADE, and will continue to do so, every day if needed, until they remove this bbogus restriction! Florida. P.S. The company by issuing any and all good news, is doing the proper thing. Don't hide when things get a little rough, but continue to do your thing, which in this case is making films and getting them to market.
Florida,
It is business as usual. We will not let the online trading ban
influence us putting out PR's. The UFC situation is a touchy one
because we have one part of the company telling us one thing and
another telling us something different. I don't know what if anything
they will let us put out. We will just have to wait and see.
Thanks for your support. It has just been a bad week. Oh well, it
can't be that way forever.
All the best,
James

The fact that the President of the UFC has given IPRE permission to announce that they are working on this movie together," means" a lot!! Whatever, legal issues their lawyer wants to adress regarding the wording, or any other detail of this release, should be worked out just as soon as they can make contact with the President of the UFC.Like James stated, it wasn't his "best" week!!! Florida
RIchard,
This is what I sent to Art:
Art,
I am going to be very open with you about this. The president of the
UFC gave us the OK to release it. We put the wheels in motion, then
last night at 11:00 I hear from the UFC attorney who was CC'd the
release. He was not happy with the release and asked us to not put it
out. We could not get a hold of the president, and the attorney was
being very heavy handed in his approach, so we had to stop any further
releases of it till we hear back from them and this matter is
resolved. The whole situation is unfortunate and I was up till 4:00
AM trying to resolve it. What can I say, this has been a bad week..
First the broker deal and now this..
All the best,
James

Faster, could you give us the lineup on level 2. Thanks again, Florida
Thanks Art. Incidentally, I'm still waiting to hear from James. Will keep you guys informed when I do. Florida
Anyone with the lineup on level 2 ???? Thanks, Florida
Art, how do you know he hasn't already? How could he even think of continuing to post here, if he admitted he had no shares left???? By claiming to own 1 million shares, he can post freely, and continue his constant bashing of IPRE and James. He sounds more and more like a guy who lost money on his investment. I think that's known asa "sore loser"!!!! Florida
Braden I've e-mailed the company 3 times regarding this. James will answer, and when he does I wiil be happy to share it with the board as usual.Regards, Florida
Braden, I just e-mailed James again, regarding your very valid point. Regards, Florida
Rhino, I sent James 2 e-mails regarding the need for a press release on this. We'll just have to wait for the company to get it done now!!!! Florida
money,I e-mailed James and told him the same thing!!! We'll have to watch for it. Florida
Braden, the first one is on the ticker. Read news on this page. Was released at 8.34 a.m. Maybe there will be a second release this morning. Florida
Guys, please have the board contact stockster to take down the MUME

I just received a phone call from Mr.Green of the S.E.C. He said he's been receiving several calls regarding just what's been going on lately, regarding some brokers halting the online trading in IPRE. He also said, that if I want to file a formal complaint against E-TRADE,I could do so. He also said that his office is currently investigating this whole situation. He again mentioned that he's received several calls from shareholders asking for his help in resolving this matter. Regards, Florida
Hello money. I just called and got Bob Greener's answering machine. I left him a message asking him to find out why E-TRADE and a couple of others are preventing anyone from buying this stock online. I further explained that the stock is around 50% lower since they put this restriction on. I left him my phone number if he wishes to discuss it further. Florida
