This is how Imperia reads the inaction of some brokers such as E-TRADE in not allowing their customers, "who they're only tring to protect",notice the approx. 50% drop in our share price since UBSS created this halt! If they can prove any wrongdoing on the part of Imperia or anyone connected with IPRE, then do it now, or, remove this restriction!!!!! Yeah, this sounds about right. How can Etrade tell you that they are
"confused" about what is going on? They are the ones that took the
action!!! If I go down the street and go to the store, and someone
asks me why I did that, I don't respond saying "I'm not sure about
that right now, but it was to protect you."

I think the new short laws are not a coincidence that all the sudden
they have massively put in these restrictions on so many stocks and
they don't want to answer for it.

If it is because big blocks of stock were being bought, well maybe
that has to do with the fact that we just announced that the RS was
not going forward!!!!! Look how fast the stock dropped when we
announced the RS so why is it strange for it to shoot up like a rocket
when we take the opposite course of action.

I guess they want to protect the shareholders if the price of a stock
goes up too fast and too high....Give me a break!!!!!

All the best,

James
