UAMA CEO convicted on stock fraud and serving without SEC waiver. Complaint filed with SEC.
Unsubstantiated claims being made for success, UAMA's biggest problem and barrier to success is Benoit Laliberte, CEO of UAMA. Found guilty on over 40 counts of stock fraud and market manipulation. If he chooses same path as the numerous failed businesses, he'll find a way to screw the suppliers, banks and lenders and pocket cash and move on to the next scam. Caveat Emptor.

Highly touted SNAP Litigation now clouded by ownership of the Patents. Undertake deep due diligence. Caveat Emptor!
Investors Beware! UAMA CEO convicted on over 40 counts of stock fraud.
investel Capital Corp. assets at risk. In Receivership and assets to be distributed to creditors. Justice be done!
READ the press article. It states patents owned by Investel Capital Corp. contrary to what other posters have claimed. More evidence that UAMA is a train wreck.

Supporters on this Board in deep denial and now resorting to name calling. They can't handle the truth and documentary evidence that strongly suggests any business led by Benoit Laliberte is fraudulent. It is his legacy and he has earned that reputation.
Where is the evidence of ownership? Receiver believes security agreements contain claims against these patents. Don't take my word. Ask the Receiver or better yet read the court proceedings.
Where are the overdue financial reports? Likely wanted to wait until after the Press Release to deflect from the abysimal financial condition of UAMA.
SNAP is not worried, UAMA can't afford to litigate in the US Courts where any ultimate litigation needs to be heard on US Patents.
Real fraud from convicted fraudsters!
Bankruptcy proceedings still continuing for over 1.5 years. Largest operating subsidiary sold to pay creditors erasing any cash flow for UAMA. Bankruptcy has hollowed out UAMA. Investel Capital Corp., the purported parent company, is in Receivership (liquidation) with all assets and IP in hands of the Receiver. Skeptical? Suppliers Beware! UAMA CEO regularly breaches contracts with suppliers, contractors, landlords, lenders and employees! Get payment up front in cash!!!
Over 40 penal convictions for UAMA CEO. Real stock FRAUD!!!

SNAP Litigation? Who owns the patents and IP now that Investel Capital Corp. is in Receivership? UAMA can't proceed with litigation against SNAP once Receiver vends patents and IP to creditors.
Fresh start or just another fraud? CCAA Proceedings (Bankruptcy in Canada) are full of truly damaging evidence. CEO regularly breaches contracts and agreements screwing suppliers, contractors, landlords, employees and lenders. So egregious that Canadian Judge identified it as a business practice of Benoit Laliberte. Caveat Emptor. Proceed cautiously with these fraudsters.
No evidence UAMA CEO ever disclosed and sought SEC Waiver at time of appointment to officer position of a US public company. Appointment date is key as that will determine date of infraction.
Consider this. UAMA CEO convicted on over 40 counts of stock fraud by a Quebec Court.
UAMA Press Release doesn't mention Hydro-Quebec approval for low cost power. Don't believe and don't trust the news until cash flow materializes. Caveat Emptor.
Stay tuned for UAMA news! Look for rejection of CRTC Application. Revocation of spectrum licences for failure to comply with Conditions of Licence. Rejection of Quebec-Hydro proposal for BlockChain Domes in Quebec. Receiver's hold on key assets, patents and IP complicating SNAP litigation. Caveat Emptor.
Investors Beware! As if well-documented bankruptcy and parent company in hands of the Receiver aren't enough reason you now have posters promising an upside they can't prove. Caveat Emptor.
Investors Beware! As if well-documented bankruptcy and parent company in hands of the Receiver aren't enough reason you now have posters promising an upside they can't prove. Caveat Emptor.
UAMA hollowed out by bankruptcy. Largest operating subsidiary sold to pay creditors. Parent company Investel Capital Corp. in Receivership and all key remaining assets and IP in hands of the Receiver. UAMA CEO personna non grata in Quebec for his convictions on stock fraud and apparent failure to pay $900,000 to the Quebec Court. Where's the upside. Looks like it is only a matter if time!
If UAMA had any upside it would already be listed on NASDAQ. It's been aound long enough. But wait it needs to be a real company with audited revenues and earnings. A growing customer list with at least a marquee account or two. Just a littany of empty promises from a group of empty suits.
Ask Benoit, maybe he can figure it out!
United American Corp. (UAMA) in disarray! Caveat Emptor.
No real upside here! Overdue financial reports, no meaningful cash flow, hollowed out by nearly 2 years in bankruptcy court. Investel Capital Corp., the purported parent, in Receivership with all assets and IP in hands of the Receiver. CEO was convicted, upon appeal, on over 40 counts of stock fraud and manipulation and he serves as UAMA CEO without SEC waiver. This Company is a "train wreck". Caveat Emptor.
Where are overdue financial reports for UAMA?
UAMA in trouble and just a matter of time!
UAMA CEO, convicted felon, serves w/o SEC Waiver.
Probably just a matter of time before SEC descends upon UAMA.
UAMA is just all fluff and no substance. Cryptocrap will fail if no cheap power and unlikely from Quebec as Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO was convicted of over 40 counts of stock fraud in Quebec. In the unlikely event they do get power they won't be the only miners and I fully expect competition to "eat their lunch". Benoit has never built a company of enduring value and their track record in operations of late was that of a loser. Anybody crazy enough to believe this team can create an upside should read the CCAA Proceedings (bankruptcy) and read a first-hand account of their abysmal performance. A mediocre management team with very modest backgrounds.
Where is any evidence of value creation within United American Corp. (UAMA)? Where's the cash flow? Where are marquee account "wins" for their technology? Where's the order backlog? Absent any real traction this enterprise is just smoke and mirrors!
Special Bulletin: To Province of Quebec and Hydro-Quebec. United American Corp (UAMA) should be disqualified from competing for low-cost power. Mr. Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO was convicted by a Quebec Court, upon appeal, of over 40 penal counts of stock fraud and stock manipulation. There is no evidence that he ever paid the $900,000 fine imposed by the Quebec Court. A Canadian Judge is on the record on the business practices of Mr Benoit Laliberte wherein he makes a business practice of breaching contracts and agreements. His companies have a long history of failing to pay creditors. CCAA Proceedings continue for several of their largest operating subsidiaries. Investel Capital Corporation, the purported parent company, is in Receivership with key assets and IP under the control of the Receiver.
