Investel Capital Corp., the purported parent, in Receivership with all assets and IP in hands of the Receiver. CEO was convicted, upon appeal, on over 40 counts of stock fraud and manipulation and he serves as UAMA CEO without SEC waiver. This Company is a "train wreck". Caveat Emptor.
