TTXI, like this part of the last pr "From September 13 through September 17, 2003, Don McKelvey, Chairman of the Company, visited Beijing and reviewed the business opportunities with such company. It is contemplated that a second China-based company may be included in the merger. Total combined revenues are expected to be in the $20 Million range with profits in the $2.5 Million range. The second company is in the media industry as well, which represents large significant opportunities within the Chinese market."

Steve, I recieved my share right away, after the last pr on mssi I spoke with corporate actions ( for the third time, got the same answer) @ TD and they knew about the pr but said since i purchased before the x-date i was entitled to the shares, i haven't sold any, going to wait since it looks like a nice merger FWIW
If you sell your stock before the ex-dividend date, you also are selling away your right to the stock dividend. Your sale includes an obligation to deliver any shares acquired as a result of the dividend to the buyer of your shares, since the seller will receive an I.O.U. or "due bill" from his or her broker for the additional shares. Thus, it is important to remember that the day you can sell your shares without being obligated to deliver the additional shares is not the first business day after the record date, but usually is the first business day after the stock dividend is paid."

IBCS, speaking of them, the stock seems to be slowly moving up a little, I own it, hope it blast off one day :)
I would say yes Jim, but they're able to cover today because of the uncertainty. I recieved my shares and the broker said the only date that matters is the x-date. This should be interesting, I'm just sitting on mine, see what happens :) GLTA
Wayne's still in MSSI, close to 3 bagger
