The next 2-3 weeks should be interesting. Hoping the hangover from the PP has gone away but we will need more than drilling news to get us higher in the PPS. There is a limited number of investors that follow the company and being in Canada does not help. I will be thrilled if we get over 65 cents by year's end but am expecting now a move over 2 by spring. news should be flowing steadily by then and here is hoping we get listed on the NYSE. Time to get off this junk OTC bulletin board.
When I see supermagadope as a moderator and this nitwit trying to sound concerned, it might be time to take a break.
He is dying for the stock to get hammered. Has no interest but to bait people and has no position either.
Shoo fly!!!!
Cassie will not come in from outside so I am reading posts on the message board. How much sleep go you get a night?
Next week should be important.
With all the paperwork in, the PP should be done with and the results announced. Also Mark has been on the road and is presenting overseas in Spain at a large conference early next week. Results from drilling should be presented as well. This has been a dreadful last 30 days for investors and the company needs to get going forward.
They should be released very soon.
No matter where Nio winds up, I pray they never have to do a PP again at this pace. This was a debacle to drag on so long and hurt the share price badly. Feels like Groundhog Day again.
A lot of us are tapped out. Just have to either not look at it or wait for next week when this should be wrapped up. Always hated PP of small companies that I was invested in.
It appears that the selling in Canada might be previous placement holders using profits to buy into the new PP and grab a warrant. Does anyone know what the restrictions are on this new PP as far as hold time.
Canada is the only market you should take seriously. No volume the past few days and no news from the company on drilling. It will be hard for the stock to go higher unless we have some fantastic news. The PP is the overhang for now but even drilling news does not light a spark.Big news will bring in a new flock of invesots and until that comes we could be dead in the water. US investors have been lukewarm at best to niobium because no one knows how to price it or what it is. I look at it as an ATM machine that is dull but sorely needed. My best fiend who is nothing longer with us once told me the best investments were the ones that were the most boring. Told me to buy Diebold many years ago. Wish I had.
He was visiting the east coast and a friend and myself were granted an audience with Mark and Peter. Two exceptional guys who are very enthused of the future of this company. I was more interested on seeing who they were in person than obtaining info and the meeting was all I needed to know.
I have been in Nio(Quantum) for close to 4 years and was on this board when only tumbleweeds went across the screen. That was a brutal stretch for the better part of two years. Shawn Westcott was instrumental in keeping some of us as investors and he should be remembered for that. Good guy was did good things for Niocorp.
Hoping 2015 gets the ball rolling on the share price.
I know both of us have met Mark personally and I wholly agree that he has brought the company out of the doldrums. I am a big fan and after meeting him came away highly impressed with his integrity and dedication to get the job done. No one has done more than him winging around the world to make Niocorp a real company. Credit to Peter as well for all his work.
My point was the article did not mention numbers, results, planned future agreements. It w as a general overview.
Without solid leadership a company has a slim chance of survival. We have that,
That is a good thing. I will take any publicity this company can generate especially positive pub.. Not much on details but we need a new wave of investors to get this going. I think our core here is tapped out.
That was basically a fluff piece with very little substance. At least it is publicity though.
The money that is to be wired in takes 3-5 business days plus a lot of paperwork. I am of the opinion that they will raise at least 10 and I am happy if they do not raise more than that. Dilute at a higher price later as we should be much farther along in news events. They should be due for something very soon as it has been 30 days.
I would rather not but I am not prone to putting out false info as some here on the board know me personally.
Just checked in with management and everything is cool.
I am assuming that with 2/3 full already with retail and Mark and Peter buying in, everything else is icing on the cake. Do they even need Mackie?
news just released

While you are at it, see if the new business opportunities are on schedule.
This was posted weeks ago.
I do not believe charting matters at the moment until we see some real news and not from the drilling end. This part of the industry has no competition except for a private company in Brazil and Niobec. The other companies are highly speculative and not worth investing in. Let us see what management can deliver in the coming months. The news has trickled to a halt basically because of the PP. Hope the general market stays healthy for awhile.
Long and strong
Booyah
What is even funnier is that I am very familiar with two people in a certain water company that has more skeletons than Halloween night. Nice choice(lol).
My post was being sarcastic.
I would love to know as well. Can you reach out to Peter and get back to us.
I would make a wager that the Chinese have no shot of getting an equity stake in this mine. Of course nothing would surprise me after the Clinton's sold us down the river years ago.
a heavy sell went thru canada. the US exchange is only a mirror of Canada. That is the one you should follow. We could use some real news on the mine soon.
Are you positive that your account only holds 65 shares. I check in once in awhile to see what the price is and the volume is but I do not hold shares. A few here like to beg to Tom for info but he is not the key man. Last time I checked that was being shared by 3 lab rats that pulled a sleepover to give to the sheeple that attended the ASM.
Where in God's name is Uranium City. Sounds like a name from the movie Judge Dredd. You know a horde of mutants inhabit that area.
that is good news as the company was not interested in the property to develop. More of the PP in good hands.
News out on NIo
The OTC bulletin board or the pink sheets is basically the wild wild west. In this setting, the stock must be offered at your bid price before you are due an execution and that will only be the amount offered. MM's will trade off your bid as well and you have to consider where the order is routed.
If Nio ever gets listed on the NYSE, then you will not have to deal with that problem.
you have to give them credit but they are at risk of putting the general pop. in danger. Central Africa is a disaster in the making.
Possible case of EBOLA in NYC. Not sure if that was the reason. Nio will need some good news soon to get the PPS higher. Need a new influx of buyers. Could be a tough few weeks until we possibly get some more drilling news.
You are correct. I just was hoping for a higher warrant as the warrant price at 65 cents might create a huge resistance level for the short term. It all depends who participated in the PP and that will not be privy to most here.
Love the price of the common but the warrant I was hoping for a higher price. That is why we are seeing selling today. Hopefully the PP is in long term hands. I did not check but are there restrictions on the special warrant as far as holding.
Mark did a great job in a crappy market.

Invesor and myself own one of these apiece and we sent some to management for their overseas trip.Beautiful coin.
I would not disagree with anything you have posted. This guy is protecting existing shareholders and also loves his company. I heard he thought more of the potential of Elk Creek than his previous place of employment. Who knows what lurks beneath the ground. Mark Smith =Jed Clampett.
