What the future holds, many haven't grasp yet is all those icons go away. When there used to be one or two, it probably made sense. Now when people have 5, 6, 7 of them it starts to get ridiculous. How do you decide which one to click on to learn who the person really is.
Enter notifiD. One icon replaces ALL of the others as not only does it give you access to those social channels, but as an added bonus, you actually see the person. Sales, job interviews, dating, etc. The applications are endless. It's an idea Linkedin (Microsoft) should have came up with and I would bet will want to be in on this.
Was it the guy that sharted? I think he needed to take a much needed break from posting 100 times today.
Love how the "n" icon flashes too. Nice find!
At $5 shareholders would be pizzed. At $20 they would be OK with it I guess. At $50, likely they would be happy but why sell at that point? At that size you are acquiring companies, the the other way around.
I'm guessing tomorrow is going to be a good Fusz day, hey?
I can't wait 1-30 days. I have some real "concerns" the company will be bought out at $5-$10 before I reach my $20 target. This new NotifiD that apparently is being launched right now doesn't help me feel any better about hitting my $20 exit point.

You math was based on $10/mo. That is the lowest entry point into notifiCRM and doesn't take into consideration anything else. If you want a laundry list of the "anything else" I or 50 other posters here would be happy to repost.
I hope you don't take this the wrong way but you've been posting your concerns since the stock was way under a dollar. If I had any concerns like you, I would sell.
I don't, so I am in this until $20 and even then I reserve the right to change my mind. I'm pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty comfortable with my DD to make any concerns I have go away. I do understand not everyone has the time do to that level of DD as it takes days.
Thank you. You are someone I always read.
I love your posts. May I suggest not using all caps. It makes it hard to read.
My two cents:
You're numbers don't take into consideration the fact that $10 is only for certain subscribers and everyone else is higher and any deals with Oracle, Marketo or other companies. Marketo is $16K a user for example that blows the $10 per user out of the water.
If you listened to the last SHAC call you may get the impression the company is looking at big deals vs. the $10 deals.
I believe Rory said he wouldn't have people wait until Q2 report to get subscription numbers. Since they launched full force in Q1, that would make sense.
FUSZ is about to cross the event horizon. This was just the beginning...

Why I Love nFusz and You May Too...
Management Team:
Credibility and track record of the management team. A lot of people based their investment not only on the products and potential of a company, but also the management team. Do they have the intelligence, drive, passion, commitment, character and track records to take it all the way.
For credibility listen to the radio program of why other CEOs are asking him for advice:
Excellent! Update coming and will include how this as been validated my users as well.
I have more years in IT and startup companies that I care to admit. Here was my POV for what it's worth. It's really just common sense.

Yeah that's me. When Rory said, even the guy on the corner selling papaya could afford to use notifiCRM, I couldn't resist with a call to action button.
Warned people from the get go I would try to bring a different level of discussion about the company like others are doing, but you would have to deal with my humor. We should have a few laughs along the way.
Got your PM. Was traveling yesterday so catching up. I don't have it on this board, but I think it's fine to answer your question publicly because it's the first thing I thought of when I looked at this stock and I think other people would have a similar question.
If you watched every SHAC video you probably saw one from Q4 that Rory mentioned they changed the technology from flash. The walkout technology goes way back 8-10 years and usually was done with flash. I remember the company I was at did it and it was very cool but there were two problems.
You could only use a browser that supported flash and it was expensive to create the walk out.
At the time, Apple was never going to support Flash and publicly stated why in 2010 - "Thoughts on Flash". Add to that Adobe announced last year they will end support for flash in 2020 and browser makers have plans to phase it out.
The second point was expense. You really couldn't do it yourself and had to hire people, camera, green screen, etc. Thousands of dollars later you had one or more really cool videos to add to your site. Now with notifiCRM, anyone with a cell phone can do it themselves for $10-20/mo. Upgrade to notifiAIR and you can do the walkouts.
But this is where some miss the boat. As Rory said on the last SHAC call - the technology is really cool, but it's more the ideas they have come up with. notifiCRM with interactive CTA buttons, notifiD that takes something like Linkedin up 10 notches, the ability to put videos anywhere and ytubers still get paid, etc. and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
The number of applications for this technology is unlimited in sales, learning, dating, etc. I really get excited when I read the stories of people that actually use the technology that have been posted on the boards. It's almost as if a light bulb goes off and something they already knew all of a sudden becomes even bigger. I know a few of them and they've been totally transparent on their experience.
I mentioned this yesterday on one of the boards. Rory will tell you exactly what he's going to do but you have to listen carefully and connect a few dots. You actually have to listen a few times or at least I do.
I've listened to all the videos a number of times. It's like watching a good movie and each time you do, you pick up a bit more. Everything he said, or hinted at has come true. What hasn't yet, will. I would look for the next thing to happen is an acquisition to accelerate the growth of the company this year. Why wouldn't you? It's pedal to the metal time to take the market by storm.
Rory said this will be a billion dollar company. It wasn't, this might be a billion dollar company, it might be, I'd like it to be. He expects it to be a multi-billion dollar company.
If someone would go through all the SHAC videos and radio interviews and post notes or if there were transcript of it all, I think the sp would be $5 already as there is so much going on. People get tunnel vision on one thing and forget all the other things that are going on. This is why Rory says the company is grossly undervalued. If anyone knows the value, it would be him.
What he actually said was real activity will be in Q2 but he's not going to make us wait until then. Since Entourage was launch in Q1, Q2 will be really, really, really interesting.

Great post. These sometimes go unnoticed because of the volume of messages but wanted to say I appreciate you sharing your experience with the team. One day I hope to meet them as well.
I only wish I would have started collecting these types of posts along with those that have used the product as it would be a heck of a testimonial to the company, employees, CEO and products.
It was the 8th question in the update from Monday night.

The numbers match these:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FUSZ/security
As I'm listening to the SHAC video now I like the part where he says this is bigger than the business he sold. This will be a billion dollar company. Multi-billion dollar.
nFusz is twin 4,400 hp diesel-electric locomotives. Once rolling, it's not going to stop.
Could listen to this every night: https://nfusz.com/shac/
"When the stock starts to move, it's going to move quick. You have to be in it"
"It's still grossly undervalued, grossly undervalued"
"Certainly when we start releasing information on revenues and the like, I think $2, Well..."
"Look, you guys are holding most of the shares here right> You got the float fairly well locked up. Don't sell"
The float is close to locked up. As of last week it was 56,715,250. Over the last few months traders have been selling into stronger hands. I see this going up another $1 shortly as who would sell before the uplist.
Q: What is the AS, OS & Float?
A: FUSZ Security Details
As of 03/14/2018:
Authorized Shares: 200,000,000
Outstanding Shares: 144,472,875
Float: 56,715,250
Q: How much of the company is held by insiders and private investors?
A: Over 60% of the company is owned by insiders or private investors. The CEO owns close to 20% of the company (i.e. over 27M shares)
Q: Has the CEO or insiders sold or plan on selling?
A: Rory: "NONE of the nFusz insiders have sold a single share. None of us has even had the legends removed from our shares and in fact, many of us, in
That's good people are making money and if this was the typical OTC stock that strategy works 99% of the time. I've posted this below before. I don't know if was posted here, but the post by sovntm is a great example of what is happening below.
Something to consider. The buyers of $FUSZ are more and more coming in from all over. Sure some are members on message boards hearing it through word of mouth, PMs, following others, looking at most active boards. I see this as the group that got in or is getting in early.
Increasingly, as the company does more partnerships and business with Oracle, Marketo, Ignite Visibility and many other companies, users of the product or even just those that have seen a demo, are becoming investors.
Makes sense. You try something. You like it. You see the enormous value. You invest. Many shareholders never try the product or service they invest in and now you have the potential for those that try, invest.
This is a very large source of potential new investors that most companies don't have. For example, if you are a startup biotech in various phases, there are not a lot of "customers" when you add up the trial participants.
As the nFusz customer base grows from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands, that is a large stream of potential investors, most of whom wouldn't be in it for the flip. That influx should keep the price from swinging too much and a steady climb upwards. I think we are seeing that now and it will keep growing.
