He's typically very well-spoken and precise in his posts. Lately, lots of grammatical errors and harsh language. Something I've not seen in the past 3+ months I've been active here. Very out of character for him. I don't think we can take any of it too seriously at this point...
Are you sure your account hasn't been hacked? This is very out of character from your prior posts. To that end, I've not received any P&D spam in regards to MDHI (and I typically get some from a few sources).
I do know that the "Y!" MDHI boards have been taken over by someone who "appears" to be affiliated with J-N. However, if that's the pump it's certainly not working. It's been going on for about a week there now with no positive impact on the SP. I honestly don't know what's going on, I never followed the whole J-N ordeal.
Was there a falling out between him and MDHI management? Is there something tangible that you do know that you can share that can shed some light on these unusual posts we've seen lately? TIA
IMO: as more and more people begin seeing the commercials on TV they will realize how much more advanced the MedipendantPlus is vs. their competition (i.e. LifeAlert). Some of those same people that see the commercial are also potential investors and will be looking for MDHI. This nationwide exposure (Yes I said it) is going to just bring more attention to the product in so many ways that the only direction this stock will go is UP!
Yes, we did have many selling on the news Fri. Unfortunate for them, but not for those who are holding long-term. With Costco, Merger, Albertson's, low float, non-gagged TA, etc. we'll see this all reflected in the days ahead in the SP. The current SP does not reflect the actuality of the commercials airing, the merger actually taking place or MedipendantPlus on-sale at Costco. One the confirmation that all of these have happened is when the SP will reflect those items.
Right now, some folks have bought in and haven't done their DD (... and don't know what they've got). This company has a better-than-most chance to rise to .20, .30+ per share in the weeks-month ahead. Right now, we don't have the volume we need. But with the additional exposure resulting from the commercials, it will come and likely very quickly (early-mid next week). The management team is working towards increasing shareholder value, they are off to a great start so far this year.

Nice post, agree 100% with you here.
That product (GreatCall) doesn't make sense for this market. Now if something like that was used to compliment the MedipendantPlus it might.
However, do you really want grandma to have to worry about recharging the batteries every 2-3 days (vs. 365 days with the MedipendantPlus)? The charging cable for that thing is MicroUSB (Micro as in you better have good eyesight to be able to plug it in). It isn't water resistant, as we all know most accidents happen in the shower. It's just a cellphone with a single button and a monthly service. I'd prefer to just carry my cellphone and have a speed dial 911 on my existing phone. Just doesn't make sense for this market. IMO
Yep, me too. Good day for it.
Price movement today is a bit unexpected. The problem I see is lack of volume. However, I am not concerned in the least. Why? Once millions of people (potentially) begin to see "MedipendantPlus" on TV we will have allot more people looking for us. That's when this will take off and perhaps early next week. So, patience is all that is needed here.

Great news for MDHI today, commercials airing on: Hallmark, Inspirational TV, Fox News Channel, and MSNBC starting this weekend.
Even better, we'll likely have many new investors next week after they've seen the product on TV and begin looking for MDHI. Now excitement begins. The commercials are not only good for product sales, but also awareness of the company.
We're just getting warmed up, I won't be selling on the news.

Looking forward to it, definitely! ;)
Glad you got the letter too. I sure got a beating after mentioning it here :D Heck, I even scanned it and was still told I was nuts. Oh well, it was kinda funny.
Looking forward to tomorrow's PR on the networks + airtimes. That's all I care about for now.
I asked a few days ago this very question. MDHI had someone in CA do the mailings for them. That's all I know.
I can't wait for tomorrow! PR likely coming out about the networks and time slots. Come weekend, many more people across the US are going to hear about MedipendantPlus.
No, selling is all part of it and not a bad thing. It's not realized income until you do. We all have plans to sell at some point. If noone sold, my ask price of $14.99 would be showing up :D
Do I expect the share price to go to $1 because I say so? Of course not. However, I don't know what back-end systems calculate the bid/ask values. Seems to reason there would be some formula for averaging the L2 bid prices vs. L2 ask prices vs. current price vs. historical movement to determine the current bid/ask. MM's must make money on every transaction, so setting an upper limit on the ask might come into play for their forecasting formula. Of course, neither of us know if that is true. Just a theory.
It was a well-timed observation, perhaps. Fidelity allows me to set the price to anything under $15. When I did, is when I noticed the ask price increasing. Added a few more this morning, ask price went up again. Just really interesting observation.
Place sell (limit) orders in the dollar range. From what I saw yesterday (may have been a coincidence) but as I did I saw the Ask price increase. May have been a fluke, but then again i have a sizable number of shares right now. If everyone did this, it might have an impact and apply pressure to MM's. I've heard this same tactic mentioned on other boards in the past. -IMO
MDHI Nationwide commercial starting tomorrow (Fri). New website coming, news on Costco and more.
MDHI Nationwide Commercial launch on TV starting tomorrow.
Just FYI - they may be working on it right now. When I browse to www.medipendantplus.com, I get an error:
Account Name:web1.liquidfocus.com Server Name:p######
You may need to refresh your browser a few times to see the same, you may have the prior redirector cached locally.
May be that they are starting to move content over to the new server and changed the DNS Servers to point to their new domain hosting service. Just a guess, but we may see this live by morning.
Yep, looking good. If you visist http://www.liquidfocus.com/samples.aspx you'll see they provide direct response marketing services. Yeee haw!
May be a coincidence, but I noticed the price rising as I was placing future sell (limit) orders (far into the future, such as at $1, $2, in 100/200k sales, etc.) Wonder what would happen if everyone did this?
CJ, does this apply any pressure on the MM's? Just curious, seems to have a positive effect. Or perhaps I'm just seeing things and timed it just right.
Hard to believe anyone is selling today. We received great news in today's PR and there is a good chance we'll see one tomorrow regarding the networks and time slots for the commercials that begin airing THIS WEEKEND! As previously mentioned, most PR's from MDHI occur on Thurs. Hello... McFly. Why would anyone want to sell? You don't think when big-name networks show up in the PR that people won't notice MDHI & MedipendantPlus?
Holding here for the big $. You won't want to miss it, if flipping you very well may. All IMO
I asked MDHI if there will be a new MedipendantPlus website for their commercial launch this Fri. I received confirmation back that there will be a new site for www.medipendantplus.com.
Just wanted to pass this along, great news! -IMO
You have been a fantastic contributor of DD. I'm sure you have your reasons and don't question them. I wish you the best and hope to see you back sometime.
I'll likely also be out of the office most of tomorrow, but may check in from time to time as well. Take care CJ, get some rest!
I think he's referring to this group: http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/WealthyPenny/
Never visited there before, but did a search and saw his post.
No disrespect taken, your comments are appreciated. At any rate, looking forward to their official PR this week.
You're right, the order should be more like Th, Mon & Wed. But, since they said a couple of days, Wed. seems to make the most sense. But of course, could be Thur. as well. I would think they would want it out mid-week (and they did say a couple of days) so it's an educated guess for tomorrow. At any rate, we'll see. If it's not out in the AM tomorrow, then Thurs.
Historically, many of their PR's are released on Thurs, Wed or Mon (in that order). It may be it comes out on Thurs (latest), but since I received the response late in the week last week my "guess" is tomorrow. Based on historical releases and to give it time to bring more attention to the company before the weekend, thinking tomorrow. Again, just a guess but a semi-educated one.
I was told by MDHI mgmt. late last week that a PR will be released in a couple days regarding the networks and approx. airtimes. Just a guess, but we may see the official network announcements in a PR tomorrow. -IMO
Anyone wanting a sizable position on MDHI is going to have to one-up the Ask. These 1-200k trades are ok, but for anyone wanting a large position you'll have to slap the ask a bit higher. I'm all set here, loaded and ready. IMO
