IMO... The silence is an issue

They updated shareholders and filed the 8K attaching the 200K promissary note due on 12/15.

Technically, as far as anyone knows, they are in default on the note. An explanation is warranted and should have been issued without a request. It shouldn't be summed up as another minor issue. Some may be content, that's their perogitive, but shareholders have every right to be dissatisfied by this conduct.

I missed it. There must have been a mass evacuation in Farmington Hills, Michigan today. Does every event have to be drawn out with extenuating "no fault" circumstances?
Pretty simple, did you (EI) satisfy the promissory note by the due date or not?

It's nice to see EI working diligently on that LOC. I knew they were and have been close a few times, but the terms weren't kosher.

I would've never guessed Emerald would throw in an assist, but it's in there own best interest to do so. No complaints here and better yet "no shares" involved.

Good work getting us some exposure on other boards. BTW, I still have a very hefty holding here and am quite content with my earlier moves, as you have already read.

Hello everyone:

After chatting with IH an hour or so ago, he asked me to share the following with the board.

In August I bought a few hundred shares of RBY averaged @ 2.75. I sold some @ 4 and holding the rest. 4.50 now. IH led me here. I'm sure several remember IH screaming gold back in the summer.

In January I picked up 320 shares of CREE averaged @ 19. It broke 50 today. I have my sell order in now.

Also had good success with AXL & DRL. My loser (sold half of holdings) was ETNL, big spec play, even though they are fully reporting in 2009.

I don't have the experience, nor the time to day trade. So, I generally (exception ETNL) look at big board stocks to hold short and long term in a cash account.

I want everyone to know my gratitude for IH. He takes time out of his evenings to answer my questions and suggest guidance in trading. The man has helped with charts and several relevant trading scenarios during hours when I'm available (late evening usually). I hold mutual honesty and integrity very highly and know it's shared with him.

Don - I have no idea if they will pass this on in a bulletin or not. I only assure you I'm a straight shooter and would never pass on false information. My time is very constrained as of late, but I've managed to speak with IR twice the pass couple of weeks.

I have no doubt you want all to make $$$$. Acceptable financing has been and is the key issue right now. As we both have said "CRUCIAL".

I'm not going to take the time to look it up, but I believe they mentioned in an update of retiring 20M (preferred?) shares. That would be a good start, but much more is needed. Hasn't happened yet and time will tell if it does.

Mytych gifted 2M shares on 9/23 for consulting fees I believe tied to acquiring a LOC. I get the understanding from discussions with IR that Mastermind and Selective Development are no longer working with EI. Plus, I have no idea whom is.

Management needs to take the "little less talk - alot more action" approach PRONTO. Way over due!!! EOY is coming fast. If they don't, it will get more ugly. Not just being beat with an ugly stick, but being dragged through the whole forest. LOL

The PM multi-year renewal, which is good if it leads to sales, loses its luster with all the other BS. As we've discussed before, letting the VLC lapse was just asinine. Start up costs on that line alone had to be extensive.

There's really no valid excuse for not getting the unaudited 10Q filed on time. JMHO

Imagine the displeasure of the shareholders whom have a significantly higher buy-in than yourself.
