Oh, by-the-way, could use a little support on www.ragingbull.com too! Chipwa1
I think there is a chance GDVI might just see an improvement in their reports in the next six months. Since dsp is the Moderator of this board; I'd like to request that you, or someone else update the data shown here and make it a little more inviting to new investors that might pass through. That does mean I want to exclude one side over another, I would prefer a balanced story on the Company. Any thoughts on this subject? Chipwa1
mahinui. I know buying low and selling high is the main rule in investing. Then there is averaging down. "BUT" in both these cases, shouldn't you first have some sign that this thing is going to turn? Say like a chart indication, or large orders, or increase in revenue? A increased track record of sales and earnings? It wouldn't hurt my pride to miss the first $0.10, or $0.20 of a move, because there is plenty of time to jump on board. The best judge of the future performance is past performance. RSMI's record is anything but stellar so far. Chipwa1
foreontee; IMHO the MM's are just placing the price at the level where they want to dump the next three,or four million shares on Friday. Chipwa1
When I went back to www.yahoo.com I see it was the Oct 2007 I picked up on, why would yahoo post that as Financial news, oh well. The late filing news was on www.pinksheets.com. Chipwa1
No, now I see a NT-10Q, late filinf. Chipwa1
Well its the Quarterly Report. Big drop in the engineering expenses. Chipwa1
the Q is out. Chipwa10
Is it just me, or did Phil hide the loss in the 10QSB filing. I think that is poor on his part. Not my favorite filing to say the least. Chipwa1
Is it just me, or are the MM's moving the stock price down for a few days and then jumping it up to dump a couple million shares? Like doing this time and again? Chipwa1
10QSB is out, for the nine months revenue up 1/2 mil, loss 1/4 mil. Neither the bashers, or the pumpers can gloat. Chipwa1
Looks like RSMI is about to knock on the penny per share door. Will it go through? Chipwa1
I feel like I'm in a flat spin. What is going on; 0.011, then closing at 0.013. I can buy a million shares for $13,000.00. Fluff PR, Presidents Letter, deal, revenue, something positive needs to be done, now. Sub-penny next week, Destiny, help; its falling and it doesn't look like its going to get up. Chipwa1
Another Form 4 posted, maybe it has something to do with the other RSMI, (Royal Mines)? Chipwa1
Source: www.schwab.com...RSMI....Detail. Chipwa1
P.S.: Is RSMI going into the Oil and Gas business? c.
Who is this Richard M. Deneau, filling Form 4. Auroa Oil and Gas Corp, 7631 West McColm Road, Gaston, IN 47342???????? Chipwa1
Well destiny certainly isn't talking about opportunity regarding the current share price, shareholder equity, or revenues. There is still opportunity in "delusion" I must admit. Chipwa1
"They" have paraded more than a dozen people through the doors of RSMI; Dr. Michael Propp, Ivan Berkowitz, people with Intel connections, the Chairman of Great Court Capital, et. al., with biographies that would knock your socks off. The results of which, are nothing. All these activities coated with fluff PR's, letters from the President and endless talk, talk, and more talk. Isn't time running out? RSMI is standing in the middle of a busy six lane highway of other technologies; where anyone can hit RSMI and they will only end up as roadkill. Stop the madness and end the shareholder pain. Chipwa1
It works this way; a Rep goes with a company because he can sell something, Reps don't carry the company because it has a dream to sell. Reps are in the business to "SELL" something, not to promote a unproven technology. Loose use of words on Brad part, period. Chipwa1
..."Our Reps".... Ah, don't Reps sell products for many companies and does RSMI have a product to sell? Loose with words and talk, talk talk. Oh yes, they sell shares and do that very well. Chipwa1
Patent wars have broken out between RIM and Motorola; oh, that RIM is the real RIM. A company with revenue! Chipwa1
"IF" you were paying two people each a quarter of a million a year, year-after-year to come up with a yield of words like "World Class", or "Best In Class" instead of sales, revenues and profits" would you continue to employ them? Whoa, a lot of people are doing just that by buying RSMI shares. Is that a smart investment? Chipwa1
"Enough is Enough" After $5 Mililon is given to Ivan's friend Dr. Propp at Adaptive that paid for breakthrough technology and Berkowitz and the technology just fad into the sunset. That technology had been shelved because it was non-standard. What makes anyone think they can force this technology on the rest of the world and not the U.S. market? Next the software company, who's name I forget, repeats the basic story and lastly the UTEK thing will most likely end up the same way. The EC P.O. is in limbo. The only positive thing I see is that the doors are still open. Chipwa1
O.K. everyone hold their hands out front where I can see them; who has a twenty dollar bill in one hand and a green paint brush in the other? Huh! Chipwa1
Things like "...It's going to be huge... the rocket is launching...the train is leaving the station...don't miss the boat...." are better stated when there is something with substance shown in the real world. This dream making stage is really getting old. RSMI needs something "hard copy" to actually complete, delivery and receive real honest money over a sustained period of time before people start crowing. Chipwa1
..."ongoing contract negotiations".... Come on give us all a break. Past negotiations haven't bowed well for RSMI. What makes anyone think things will change now? RSMI has given away $2 million for SIL, $5 million to Adaptive and so it goes. Who in their right mind would negotiate with a non-going concern? People in large corporations look at Balance Sheets, track record and ability to deliver. That $5,300.00 cash on-hand will impress all marketing and purchasing professionals. Look Ray and Brad, start giving it straight up to your investors. Chipwa1
Maybe their budget constraints will cause then to cancel the meeting, or they could lay-off the engineers and Ray and Brad not take salaries for two months. This Milan meeting is so important! Chipwa1
I can speak to the Cu@OCx test prior to the testing and just as it was completed. Before the test I know some key parts did not come in in-time to allow the board to be completed and fully tested. Just after the testing was completed, I talked to the Lucent Engineer and checked out the equipment used to do the testing, to see the frequency range of the testing. As for me, I was satisfied with the testing that could be completed and that what was tested did work to specifications. For what its worth department. Chipwa1
When you don't invoke "Safe Harbor" statements into a presentation it is wrong. Rolling "God" into the promotion is wrong; if you are making a fair and balanced investment presentation. When your in someones home pitching an investment, their guard is down. I think Ray may have crossed the ethics line in the past, but Brad is clean because whatever he says, when the Q comes out with its safe harbor statement we have a clear picture. Just get on with it, like Sales and Revenue. I don't think the stock will ever recover beyond the $1.00 level no matter happens. $0.01 is the more likely target range. Chipwa1
Forecasting sales and revenues don't count a lies, I guess. Chipwa1
Ops! (0.018).
chipwa1
RSMI is about to reestablish firm footing in the true penny stock range, (0.019-0.18). Chipwa1
"We said"... "they said" is a waste of time. What the focus should be is results, products and revenues. The clock is ticking and "TIME" is running out, believe that if you believe anything. Chipwa1
My one visit to the World Headquarters too found the doors locked during normal business hours with no evidence of activity in awhile, well? Salaries of a quarter million a year and the "RESULTS" of those very lucrative salaries has meant only dilution for the shareholders; dumped breakthrough technology, vapor deals and money passed to friends for material that ends up not producing one dollar of revenue. Side deals ("SIL") where officers of the company receive money in amounts larger than the net loss ($2 million goes out and $700,000) comes back in). I don't see how the Longs gain anything but frustration from this kind of activity? Of course this only my opinion. Chipwa1
I think RSMI is about to be sucked into that "Black Hole Purgatory" where almost all penny stocks go to fad away from sight, like i.e., INOV, OCUM, THNS, LRCM, TLXX, MPEG, PCOM, STEH, GCFR, need I go further? Chipwa1
Did I blink? When did Mr. Ivan Berkowitz exit stage left? Things vaporize so fast. One day we have earth shaking breakthrough technology and then "Poof", its gone. Then there is another "Poof" and another even better technology appears. Its almost like Star Trek. Chipwa1
raspberries. Yes, this is a fine mess we find ourselves. Bummer. Chipwa1
Sorry WHP03 to misplace the credit due you, but Matt's stuff was interesting too! Chipwa1
O.K.,O.K.; Matt's comments were UTEK stuff, I should have given credit to 67019 and 67020 posted here for its clear presentation of information. So much information. Chipwa1
Sometimes charts give a better picture, beyond what words convey; check out Matt Foley's two posts on RagingBull; (127926 and 127927). Nice job Matt. Chipwa1
