I can speak to the Cu@OCx test prior to the testing and just as it was completed. Before the test I know some key parts did not come in in-time to allow the board to be completed and fully tested. Just after the testing was completed, I talked to the Lucent Engineer and checked out the equipment used to do the testing, to see the frequency range of the testing.
