Yeah, into the ground with the cliif note version. The could do better with "business for dummies".
They are not keeping the company going on sales. Where do you think funding is coming from? The last quarterly said 400,000.00 to keep the company afloat through Dec 31st. Stock down 20 percent form last quarter reveals "DILUTION"
Salaries, rent, utilities, mouse 2, Toms' conventions/speeches, press releases, Gordons' cut, attorneys, accountants for the quarterly.
10,000,000 shares is 100,000 dollars raised, I think that would be an additional 40,000,000 to keep afloat until Dec 31st. From 150,000,000 to 190,000,000. My proof is eyes wide open and the quarterly.
More dilution guys!
Sports team
This whole situation is like a bad sports team. The coach keeps telling the media, fans and players YOU JUST WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR, WE'LL GETTUM, JUST YOU WAIT. Only problem is that this coach doesn't talk to his players. Another week of nothing.
Down again. Well well well. What a great team we havwe here. Anyone ever see something actually be realized here. Nice job guys way to run it. Maybe a Microsoft conference next and an AP new article shaking hands with Bill.
Same ole' stuff. Great excitement over mouse 2, cnbc and hp lecture and absolutely no follow through. Years of this, talk about banging you head against a wall. Anyone want to guess this quarter sales. Geez. No comments from these guys either.
Whatever!!
I hear and agree. I have attmpted many times to contact management with simply no reply. I have much in the way of hype from myself and other shareholders that I have other business with.
It angers and blows me away that a product that takes care of an issue that harms people, may reverse carpal tunnel, is sold on every comp company website and on the gov website as essential goods is left with less than 100,000 in sales per quarter fo what 5-7 years. There is only one person to look at for the outcome of this "sign product".
Hey shareholders, we almost no wait almost no wait almost no wait almost.
Thanks for your conversation.
Agree,
My point with the shares is that they have not sold. They have not sold into any of the hype "press releases". Why?
I just will never understand why they did not simply take it to the street and blow the doors off what has been going on in corporate America and the 508. They would not have wasted all there funds over the years to come up with nothing. The phrase "nice guys finish last" should be plastered on TRBY's letterhead.
I just hope the recent HP warm and fuzzy's isn't simply more palm greasing and to put it bluntly BS otherwise it is simply more dilution and eventually bankruptcy.
You are absolutely correct but where does he get these meetings/conferences from. Why would HP have him speak for 75 minutes at some conference if there wasn't a reason. It makes no sense. I have yet to see a stock with a significant product and "almost" have significant things happen to them.. Something is definitely wrong here.
Significant point: When was the last time anyone in this companys' management sold stock?
Just trying to breathe some lively conversation here.
Anyone
Does anyone know what the heck is really going on here? I think we all really got duped. I guess it is all about OTC land. We got some pretty good news about the 2nd mouse and hp conference speech including some CNBC coverage then in usual TRBY form, nothing to follow. This has been way to long and riduculous. Geez.
Av8torak, did anything you have to say shake the tree?
?
What the heck???????????????????????????????????
Geez, OH HUM!!
That was all short-lived as usual. Geez!
True!
WhiteSands,
No, I guess I am afraid of getting sucked in again. I would rather not hear what I am afraid will be more hype. I probably should but lost to much here to go that route again.
It is all just to peculiar don't you think?
My question is the same. We never heard mention one of the designing of the 2 nd mouse. It all seems like it was done very secretive(hence no annual letter to the shareholders). Anyone question that?
The HP 75 minute speech on the 508 was also done secretively with only an utterence post the event. He heralded all BS conventions days and weeks before they were scheduled but this 75 minute speech at HP'S biggest technology forum gets a blurb at the end of the meeting.
The 508 HP forum 75 minute speech, the 2nd generation mouse, the 10 billion dollar HP/army contract and no annual letter to the shareholder?
DGA,
I guess for me I am looking at as many Government Depts. and Agencies as possible(labor, defense, army, marines, navy, coast guard, air force, space, agriculture, cia, fbi, social security, internal revenue, licensing bureaus, homeland security, medicare, medicaid, justice and the list goes on and on) at the Federal level. That is not to mention state and local. Then, you have to believe in the idea of the Fortune 500 size corporations that it could filter down through.
I like what spockster said referring to a synopsis of what is exactly going on at TRBY. We have had alot of PR that eludes and inuends to possibly homerun type events.
I would like to see something in regards to what is going on presently and in the near term. Where is the attention on the shareholders here?
Why abandon your "baby" that you had so much faith and excitement for and go in another direction that will take more time, money and the possibility of getting nothing in return except further dilution.
It seems as though we go from 1 product to another playing dice hoping one will land a deal. That is NOT what I signed up for here nor do I believe anyone else did.
In theory the Flip/Flop has the potential to revolutionize the mousing industry.
The reality is will TRBY/Tom "Flip" this company around into a windfall or will he and his dreams "Flop".
I wonder if he sees the irony in the product name.
Evaluation,
What exactly do we have going on here. I guess with the slight increase activity maybe we can get some type of intellectual conversation.
Some questions?
Why the surprise introduction of the 2nd generation mouse?
What happens to sales between now and the introduction of the new mouse? (nervous going forward about sales and a possible delay in introduction past 1st quarter)
Why the surprise PR in regards to a 75 minute 508 lecture at HP's largest annual technology forum? (why such a long presentation specifically on the 508)?
Why the CNBC spot and how did he obtain that?
What is the status of Brakemoor and the clickless web?
Is HP, the recent patent, the 508, the 75 MIN. HP lecture, the CNBC spot, the 2nd generation mouse and the recent 10 billion dollar HP military contract related some how related?
We have all been given a dose-full for many years now with very little to show for in regards to shareholder value.
Is this a blind sided turning point with an extreme pay-off in which Tom has orchestrated or is it more wishful thinking?
Alot has happened over the past 2-3 weeks. I have been taking it all in and it points positive but I have been here before.
A thought: 5,000,000 mouse contract is worth 500,000,000 dollars. It sounds like alot of product but in the grand scheme it really is not. That is a share-price of 3.65 at cuurent O/S without hype. That is really not unobtainable in the grand scheme. That is without Brakemoor or the "clickless web"
Thanks
DGA,
I think you hit it right on the head. I have my sentiments but I am going to shut up pubically for now and watch this "mother" unfold.
The question is: Why did he give that presentation in the first place.
Dilution,
I guess quarter to quarter we were diluted 13,000,000 shares. We now have 150,000,000 shares in the kitty. We have 100,000,000 more to go. Whatever happened to all the plans for the "vote" to increase authorized outstanding shares to 250,000,000? Have we seen any benefit from the increased authorization. I do recall the explanation of the reasoning for the increase. I think they were to be used for expanding the business. Have we really expanded or have they just bled shares into the pot for the past year? Dilution and 1 penny a share. It just seems that as they issue positive notices they seem to continue to dump shares into the market suppressing shareholder value. Strange....very strange. A year ago we were asked to vote for an authorization to increase the shares to promote and develop the business. We gave them there shares at the risk of dilution. Has the business expanded and benefitted the shareholder?
If a new generation "aerobic mouse" was unveiled yesterday at this HP forum why no follow thru press release announcing its availability or availablity soon on their website? The shareholders are not even able to see what their dollars and patience has bought them? Not sure what is going on here.
I would think if it was shown to a forum it would be heralded with a PR and available soon for purchase on the website. At least a photo and a description of the new and innovated features listed on the website? Strange.
Interesting that this 508 discussion came just before that announcement. It seems as though they are introducing the product. Why develop 2nd generation if your not going to use it. Curious?
I am not either. Been down this road way to many times.
As Rigatoni and myself have said many times....the dangled carrot theory. This could be the ultimate carrot.
We shall see
HP MARKETCAP 99 BILLION
TRBY 1.37 million
I think you are correct. There is to much in that press release that is pointing in that direction. I have my sentiments but these I will keep to myself. A next generation mouse? I do not think that is TRBY's. They do not even have money for any kind of marketing.
Since the product or license is not officially HP's as of yet they have to give the forum to Tom. Talk about telegraphing a potential move to Wallstreet from HP. It sure as hell looks like it.
Tom speaks for 75 minutes with "pappa bear" in the background.
Probably not allowed to pre-empt forum with a formal press release to far in advance to maintain exclusiveness..ie do not let the competition know what you are doing.
That is what struck me. 75 minutes? Obviously HP is not taking them lightly...so it seems. I was shocked to see the next generation mouse. Who developed that? What was the CNBC spot about? I did need see it but a broker friend of mine swears she saw it.
This much in bed and no deal partnership yet??????
Ballyhooo,
Speculation. Absolutely. Been there to many times.
I guess we finally made it. I had a friend tell me she saw the same blurb on CNBC. The guy apparently looked like Tom and had a definitive English accent. Noone knows who we are yet. I think this is a pre-emptive shot and it is finally coming. Watch the trading tomorrow and we will all know what may happen. I am just crossing my fingers. I think I have been defeated here to many times to get to excited.
A 2nd generation aerobic mouse "PRODUCTS". Where did they get the money for that R and D. Is it HP's money???????
Will it be HP'S products????? Is a definitive licensure coming???????? Why would HP let TRBY speak at their forum for 75 MINUTES if they aren't considering????? Alot was said in that press release. Read it very carefully. A 2.8 BILLION dollar company allowing a 1.37 MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY TO HAVE 75 MINUTES OF THEIR FORUM TIME? Am I crazy here or what.
Make that .01.
I feared the close below .001. I really, really wonder what exactly is this company plan of attack. It really seems as though the market does not support these products. Why not realize this and simply announce your products superiority????
Who knows what Tom is thinking, I sure as hell do not.
Hi Bram,
Not new here that was thanks to the infamous Unknown factor. I guess you could not state your opinion in a free world. Well he is gone and I was right on paper anyway.
I am not sure if this will succeed. I am basing all my opinion on what the management stated to myself and what is turning out to be more than a dozen shareholders in the past year. It is actually an incredible amount of (whatever you want to call it) "hype" with absolutely nothing pubically materializing. I have pages of stuff that has gone nowhere. Alot of it very, very unbelievable. Bringing it to the board was basically for my own purposes and I thank all who provided information.
Just another day,
Maybe tomorrow???????
Tobby, I do not know you or youre history here. Sorry
Rig...MY HATS OFF TO YOU
That is the funniest -uckin thing I have seen in a while. You do not even know how many times I have stated and eluded that exact fact to Tom personally.
I firmly, firmly believe that the industry players, 508 and anyone else who realizes the legal ramifications of this product have been dangling that "possible contract/deal" carrot in front of him in order to keep him quiet as to not rattle the cage. The players here are not stupid. They dangle that elusive carrot long enough without signing and the company folds......Whew!!!! the industry says....dodged that one. C'mon, AARP, ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION, PILOT TRIAL AND THE LEGAL OPINION and still no deal???? I have spoken with law firms and they get it. So does the industry!!
Tom told me once, he has to play nice. Gordon also told me once that Bill Gates is not a such a nice guy. Wonder why?
Anyway, funnier than -hit Rigtatoni.
Av8torak,
I have attempted to do my own research. I have actually spent time with proposals with attorneys' in regards to class action against the big computer companies. I actually sat with a leading workmans' comp/ product liability group in my area and discussed the possible of a litigation strategy. I was to take a meager 10 percent. I pitched the ads as in the medical products/pharma segments...if you have used a standard computer mouse manufactured by Gateway, Dell, HP or Logitech and suffer from CT/RTS you may be entitled to compensation. Believe it or not they saw the dollars. I sent the info to Tom but never heard a word in reply. I have asked and sent material regarding personnal handheld device injuries...inquiring about this avenue.....again nothing. I only hear were busy and busy means real work and when I am busy I am dangerous.......the result is what guys?????
I hope you get somewhere because I busted my tail to find out what a few attorney groups had to say about mice and CTS/RSI.
We will just sit here and not sound the trumpet regarding our product. I guess it is better to be a "mouse" rather than ruffle feathers while we boast and run out of money.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU AV8TORAK.
tbby
Give me a private e-mail address.
Lied to, misled, hyped, encouraged, fabricated all the same when it is associated with excitement...bottom line is nothing has materialized publically or privately. I think they have been lead by the nose just long enough to cause enough financial hardship that they will just go away. It is becoming more evident everyday. Look at the 508...not even mentioned as a possibility anymore. We simply have stuff on liscensure and infommercials.
Again nothing against you. You did more than wacth some BS stock. You sacrificed much greater. God Bless. Nice communicating with you though.
Av8torak......INTEGRITY???????
Now there is a funny word to describe this situation. I would never personally attack another poster for we live in a free country and YOU yourself sacrificed to preserve that....this I applaud you for.
What I would like to say is that for someone with 1.3 million shares at 6.5 cents, actually worked for these guys and have a significant amount invested, I personally would have found some way to contact these guys and give them my opinion in regards to the OSHA issue. They have been at this for at least 5 YEARS. A number of press releases for AARP, Arthritis foundation, pilot trial and legal opinion. They seem to have run the game with ZERO results.
Tom says in one of his letters to the shareholder that he is not a businessman but an inventor. They pay for their business consultation. WHY NOT CONTACT HIM AND GIVE HIM YOUR OPINION REGARDING OSHA, MAYBE YOU WILL BE COMPENSATED. Are the shareholders the only ones' thinking here? We cannot be that smart. They need 400,000 dollars to function as a business through years end. I do not think there is much time left for this company to be an entity. Why not let them know your opinion? The guy know you personally for christs' sake.
Integrity.....Once again, alot of shareholders have been told alot of things here. The results of these over-zealous comments have been significant losses for shareholders. I have pages of comments and remarks to shareholders about the future of this product and company. I have pages of my own. Bottom line is that not much has materialized and alot of shareholders feel betrayed and down-right lied to.
So I would used the word integrity very carefully from now on when dealing with the likes of this company. I have a classic comment from management that would blow integrity right out of the water here. I think a few more descriptive terms would be boisterous, bragadocious or maybe exciteful....integrity....well, not so much.
Is anyone in agreement????? Maybe the problem is that the product is really not all that good.
Thanks
