True, only 10K's (annuals) are audited.
However the auditors do perform all tie outs and SEC required review procedures on the quarterlies so investors should be able to rely on them.
Chunter, In regards to your question on data lock it appears from CEO's tweet on 12/28 that it has not yet been achieved.
I had assumed that it was achieved so study results could be released in early Jan, which was stated in a previous press release.
So I am assuming that data lock will be achieved shortly followed by 3-4 weeks of statistical analysis
My understanding is a data Lock is the point in which data is finalized and ready for analysis. No further updates, trial info, etc will be considered. At this point there can be no further changes to the trial database. It is the point where the data is ready for the analysis. We should be well past this point as it is my understanding that Dr. Mitchell is in the analysis stage.
Chunter, Twitter posts from a CEO about increased testing is not true reporting. Quarterlies and Annual financials are audited by outside accountants and are the only true measure of the success or failures of a company.
Also, in my experience Christmas week is notorious as being a very unreliable indicator of a stock's value. Traders and true investors alike are cleaning up their personal accounts for year end tax purposes. I have always ignored this week and its volatility.
Mike 1991,
Look at the bright side.
At least TMMI is consistent. LOL
My dad once said, "Do what you do best"
With TMMI it's "NOTHING" (but they are the best at it)
Joe,
I am not on Twitter (because I'm old) and appreciate all you do to keep the board up to date.
Personally I am more interested in the Todos tweets (plans, research, distribution, data, etc etc) than the general informational tweets about covid.
Please do whatever is easier for you and again I greatly appreciate the time and effort you are expending.
This is the first press release that added the words, "or early January 2022" for the release of Tollovir data.
With the Pfizer data released and EUA approval looming I would think Todos would want to release data ASAP. Giving me a little hesitancy in my optimism for the release.
Again, all my opinion
I believe study was halted on December 2nd if I remember right. CEO keeps saying by the end of the month.
I agree it can be any day now but was wondering if Sapient had info that tomorrow was THE day. Or was he just expressing his hope that it will be tomorrow.
Sapient,
Is this a prediction/ gut feeling you have of data release or buyout news OR do you have verifiable information which you have obtained?
Very informative.
Thank you for translating.
I used poor wording in my last post.
I didn't mean to suggest that anyone thought the data was bad. I was just talking out loud to myself saying that it would be totally misguided for a CEO to hold a presentation about moving forward with a product if the product was not up to par. Therefore one has to assume that there is good news for all of us on the horizon.
Why in the world would a CEO talk about" mapping out approval of Tollovir in multiple jurisdictions" if the data was bad. That, to me, makes zero sense. So a logical individual has to assume good things coming.
Just wondering out loud. I believe the lockup expires Monday the 13th and this presentation is scheduled for Tuesday the 14th. There can be multiple trains of thought on the timing. Or it could just be coincidental.
Agree. Exciting weeks ahead of us.
GLTA
Do the charts show what the next level of resistance to the upside?
thank u
Starkd,
Can you possibly explain your posts in layman's terms so those of us who are not "chartists" can get more out of them.
Thanks in advance.
On Todos website.... Buy 1 bottle of full strength Tollovid and get 2nd bottle at 50 percent off.
Very curious what is going to happen tomorrow. Anyone who listened to this call has to be excited by what they heard. If there were any newbies sitting on the fence trying to decide whether or not to jump in, I think the tone of the call will entice many to take the plunge.
Had to sign off after 1 hour and will relisten tomorrow but it sounded like one of the first questioners was from some type of investment fund/trust.
Wondering if we will see a runup tomorrow? Hope its after I get some more lol. Could be the first pre cursor of things to come.
I know I tend to nitpick about a lot of details but I have never felt more confident in Todos than I do right now.
I was extremely happy to hear how they are planning to do the reverse split and uplisting in a well timed coordinated manner. Totally opposite of what happened with Amarantus .It is obvious that the Phase 2 data is excellent. CEO hinted about how Tollovir data may be the catalyst to increase share price to limit the size necessary of the R/S.
Also sounds like they are working closely with the underwriters to pull it off successfully so shorts dont get to run rampant and current shareholders get screwed, like happens in many R/S's. I especially liked it when he mentioned that the R/S and uplisting could very well be a concurrent event.
The CC also eased my fears around the Dec 13th date. It sounds like noteholders will be in it for the long haul.
Talking about emergency use authorization for some countries while still planning a phase 2/3 trial for more stringent areas is forward looking and showing they are preparing well.
So many other positives in that conference call to list them all. I highly recommend you listen to it if you missed it.
All my opinion, of course.
Joe,
Thats exactly what I am hoping for.
Thanks for keeping the board well informed.
Best Regards
I agree with you 100%.
I tried to find the following info but couldn't.
I am wondering if an application can be filed while the share price is still in the "cents" (say below $1) if all other requirements are met and the filer shows proof of a shareholder approved vote for an R/S. Kind of like a "pre-approval". Then an R/S announced one day, R/S enacted next day, uplist next day.
If not possible then it will be several weeks after R/S before uplist can occur.
To those who think we will achieve the minimum share price without R/S I can appreciate your enthusiasm. Just trying to play out different scenarios in my head.
Yes you are correct.
Great info.
Thanks
Correction on my last post.
Looks like NO Revenue requirement but applications are still subjective and don't have to be approved even if all requirements are met.
Joe, I am by far a pro in this matter. Isn't there a revenue requirement over the last 3 years?
Lolo, I hope you are correct.
GLTA of us
Lolo,
I hope you are correct
GLTA of us
Sapient,
There are many requirements for a company to uplist to Nasdaq. In reading through them I still think that TOMDF might have a problem with their initial application.
Minimum share price is a bid price of $4.00, except in unusual circumstances.
Are you predicting that the share price will rise to $4 just on the Tollovir data release? That would be 100x the share price of 4 cents a week ago. I have only seen meteoric rises like that a handful of times in my life.
Don't get me wrong, that would make all of us ecstatic but it is highly unlikely.
Agreed. Data should be released in next 7 to 10 days OR whenever all the ducks are in a row to quickly implement the R/S and uplist.
I am sticking with my GUESS that I posted in post 4016 on 11/18 except that the share price has already started to move.
Release Data.
Share price runup.
Decide on sizing and implement R/S
Uplist
Watch the big boys join the party with big buys.
Again, all my opinion.
Night Stalker, If i could re-iterate post 4169.
Many folks, like myself are not chartwise. Could you please indicate what the charts are leading to, forecasting, breakout points etc etc. Thanks in advance.
Night Stalker.
I am not a chart person. Could you explain your last post in more detail.
Much appreciated.
Hope all on the board had a nice Thanksgiving!!!
Cant say GOODBYE yet
You seem really bitter.
If you were truly one of the "good guys" years ago then you would understand where I am coming from.
Maybe you were on the "dark" side.
NOW GOODBYE
Actually I cant respond to you in private because I do not have a subscription to investors hub.
I may be off in the years I listed but I do have a great friend who lost enormously here.
No I dont find any of it humorous. We dont actually laugh. We joke that this thing still exists and people actually still have faith in it. Good people lost hard earned money. If you were truly here then you know him personally.
Just want people to look into the past before more innocent souls lose their money.
I will leave now.
Just like I did when i said i would return when it drops to 2 cents even though others predicted a quarter.
I was correct. They werent.
I will be back at 1 cent. End of March at the latest IMO
GOODBYE
Going to answer you in private. Hope you will keep it private.
Stew,
Answers to ALL your questions. In order.
Got into TMMI in 1990 because a VERY, VERY, VERY, good friend of mine was heavily into it. He not only bought shares but was one of many who funded this POS directly. If you have truly been here for 31 years then you would know him on a first name basis, as he was on a first name basis with Everyone...AND I MEAN EVERYONE.
Yes, i bought and sold some over the first few years. Made some $$$, lost some $$$.
I posted occasionally back then, under a different name. My friend posted nonstop. It was on raging bull.
We were all gone when it hit $2.87, including my friend.
All penny stocks went wild and then crashed. March of 2000 if I remember right.
Do not remember the facts or volume that led to the run-up. Too long ago and I was totally out.
Last, I look at this every now and again because I cant believe that this thing gets ressurected from the dead every few years with a new so-called president, while still mentioning the fractals, codec, TrUDEF and all the other BS it has always spoken of. We all laugh when we remember the past, the infamous dentist, Dimension, etc etc etc.
My friend lost good money in this POS and I will never forget that.
All I do here is warn others about its nefarious past so that I can keep as many as possible from getting taken, like my friend did.
Maybe one day it will actually produce revenues and become a true company. History says it wont.
Bang,
Looks like those shares went even cheaper moments after I posted message 4088. Again, thoughts or comments appreciated.
I dont want peanuts lol
I just find it quite amazing that there are sooo many people willing to unload shares despite all the positive press releases of the last week.
For example level II quotes show that, as I type this, there are 450,000 shares that people are willing to unload at .0469 or.047.
Anyone following the discussion and press releases shouldnt want to settle for peanuts. So who's selling?
People who bought in at .03 cents willing to take profits and step away?
Day traders who jumped in at 4.2 cents last week looking for a quick hit at 4.7 cents?
Like I stated before, I normally do not get into OTC or pinkies so i dont have great experience in this arena.
All thoughts and comments appreciated.
Post 37240
I predicted 2 cents on the ask.
anyone want to know how i made that prediction?
In my opinion,
I think the deaths would have had to have been in the placebo group as opposed to the Tollovir group.
I think it would be extremely difficult for physicians, as well as me if I were Todos's CEO, to see people dying while I continue to carry-on a study on the efficacy of a pill in which all are surviving.
As a caring physician, I would insist that the Tollovir be administered to the placebo group. After all these are human beings with loved ones concerned about their family. To allow the study to continue, when a possible cure is in hand, would in my mind be almost criminal, at the very least immoral.
If the deaths were in the Tollovir group I do not believe that the study would have been halted because Tollovir is very similar to Tollovid, which is already FDA approved as a dietary supplement and has never shown any doubts in regard to its safety profile. Therefore it could be concluded that the deaths were strictly from Covid and not from the Tollovir being administered.
So from a truly altruistic viewpoint I have to conclude that the study was halted to help those who were suffering in the placebo group.
Again, my opinion only. I could be 100% incorrect,
i know most people wont care and that i am "hung up" on appearances but a piece of scotch tape holding up the TODOS sign behind Commissiong in the video makes the company look like a fly by night.
Also,
I don't see a buyout after today's announcement.
Tollovid Daily, Tollovid, and Tollovir are a package deal. Why would Todos make a deal with T-Cell Protect for distribution in Europe and manufacture in Greece if they were planning on letting a big pharmaceutical buy that division out. Doesnt make sense so I am sticking with my last scenario as a possibility, albeit there are dozens more one could come up with.
I will give my thoughts but please realize this is all just my opinion on how this might play out. And this is assuming Tollovir data is excellent.
I am taking a cue from what Commisiong said in the interview from Joe Forkeys post 4006 at around the 5 min 30 sec mark. He mentions that Todos is looking to take advantage of the "Catalyst".(announcing excellent Tollovir data). Therefore I don't see a buyout at this time.
I am therefore expecting that NO DATA will be released until all the ducks are in a row for a quick R/S and uplist to Nasdaq.
A great data announcement on Tollovir could result in an immediate run in PPS. Than Todos can take advantage of this "catalyst" by limiting the size of the R/S necessary to achieve minimum PPS for an uplist. (Remember, at current levels an R/S of around 1:100 would be required to uplist. A strong run on PPS by positive Tollovir news could limit this to 1:10 to 1:25)
Timing will be extremely critical in my scenario.
So, in a perfect world:
1) Announce great Tollovir data (The Catalyst)
2) Run up in current PPS.
3) a limited R/S due to increased PPS.
4) Quick uplist to Nasdaq.
5) OFF TO THE RACES with institutional investors giving a look.
I'm probably dreaming but it's exciting to think about.
Mike,
No revenue, no problem.
They spent 14 K on meals so at least we know they are eating well. lol
