Agreed. I always look at the short volume ratio, which really provides great insight as to whether or not the short volume aligns with the overall price action on any given day with any given ticker. The short volume ratio here is consistently 50% or higher. 20% "svr" is considered extremely high. Thus why I believe a squeeze is very possible here.
Absolutely. But buys outweigh sells today, and we're red?
Strange...
Exactly! It's called "spoofing the ask" and is illegal.
Today's price action is demonstrative of just how psychopathically dishonest these mm's are.
Why would I say it ain't so when it is so?
Short volume ratio's don't lie. Not to mention the failures to deliver.
I know, I know, just fairy tales and pipe dreams. After all, hedgies are just as innocent and pure as the wind driven snow and would never, ever, ever short any stock, especially some garbage otc ticker...
I guess you guys have nothing to worry about.
Where there is smoke, there is fire.
The squeeze here is going to be epic.

Yes indeed. Imagine having the cahones to sit quietly as you are publicly mocked, ridiculed, bashed, name called, etc. And imagine the satisfaction of having the last laugh after all of it.
Many thanks Mr. Sharp.
MC
Ehhhh....NOT.
Nice try though
Yes sir! And that merger news is now imminent. Today was great, but just the beginning of what should be some awesome days and weeks for us all.
I agree. So many catalysts on the horizon. Debt free shell with an amazing share structure, and that was before today's share cancelation, which is just an added bonus.
Exciting times ahead!
I think we hit a dollar, or very close to it, by this time next week.
So glad I held my shares.
Forward split here is a really nice development. News of merging asset can come any day now. Things are about to get really interesting!
I would like to thank Mr. Normall, Tyrus, MBA, Keith, and anyone else that contributed so much time and energy with all of the dd and positive energy poured into this board over the last few weeks. Congrats to all Longs. Great days ahead!
Exactly. Today sucked, but it did provide an excellent opportunity to load more cheapies, which I took advantage of. 4 more trading days until next court date.
I literally laughed out loud after reading this.
Excellent post, as usual sir.

Agreed. Hopefully next week this issue is resolved. Then we can move forward.
Never a doubt on my end, which is why I bought more today.
Feel bad for the sellers today....sort of.
Added more today because....why not?
This will rebound nicely once the dust of confusion settles.
No it's not. The Volume here today doesn't explain away the short volume ratio, which is extremely high. Some of that volume can be explained as mm's fill orders, sure. But not all of it.
Nope. Shorts covering.

That's definitely true. Most of the time anyway.
Saw similar price action with s*nw the week leading up to Form 10 being submitted. Not saying that is what is happening here, but certainly possible.
GS alluded to the future of NFTs in a tweet last month. Mind blowing potential. Even the likes of Walmart seem to have had their interests piqued as of late.

Feet up, kicked back, and relaxed, knowing my shares in GS tickers are golden. Loving the price action in g*ff, expecting the same here.
I sure am glad I'm not on the outside looking in...
Not only are they dumping into the bid, also stacking the ask. Hoping these shares being dumped today are going to smarter hands.
Exactly right. And, by the time we are PC here, the g*ff merger will likely be underway. The price action here will be tethered to g*ff and that will undoubtedly be positive. Good luck to anyone trying to buying back in here for less than .05, with it likely being closer to .10.
Same. When this goes pink I will definitely have dry powder to pound the ask. Until then, I can only watch these prices with envy.
The statistic that matters is short volume ratio, which has always been exceptionally high with this stock. 20% svr is considered high under normal circumstances. 50.88% as of yesterday. Only one explanation for that.

Hahaha! That's golden!
Missed that tweet....
Yep, saw that. Hokie is usually on point too. Goff's is here.

When the pqe status goes from "no" to "yes", I bet news will soon follow.
Doubtful. If that was his intention, he could have done what every other half wit otc ceo does and simply brought it pink current, then dumped his position. Why go through the costly hassle of being an sec reporting company? Why pay for time consuming and expensive 3rd party audits? Your argument doesn't compute.
Indeed it will. We can only speculate when the Form 211 was filed, but it likely happened right around the time we went PC. 30 business days after it's filed mm's can piggyback off the original sponsor. Tomorrow makes 30 business days since pink current, so we are likely close.
That's truly the dilemma, isn't it? I've been in custodianships previously that gapped and retraced a touch, but held the gap pps for the most part until the merger came through. Again, it's a tough one to call.
Excellent point. Again, I've definitely thought about playing it the same way. Flipping 25% of my holdings and just hold onto my core for catalysts and the eventual rm. Either way, we're all about to bank hard.
Definitely thought the same thing. However, by the time gvsi goes PC the rm with goff will likely be underway, so the price action might be far different with gvsi pending the outcome here, which will likely be phenomenal. Hard one to call honestly.
Same to you!
No, I'm not ignoring your point. I'm also old enough to remember when Bruce Jenner was on every Wheaties box in the country after his stellar Olympic performance. From hero to zero..I get it. I just disagree with you that GS falls in that category is all. We'll know who is right soon enough.
Hindsight is, and always will be 20/20. I know several people that sold the rips, bought the dips, and made some nice coin flipping this stock through it's ups and downs. Selling now just doesn't make any sense to me, but people have to trade and decide what's best for them.
I literally just echoed your sentiments in another post. I think GS's ego is too big to allow all of this to be for nil, along with the $$$ he has tied up in these.
I, for one, see the potential long term reward far outweighing any risk associated with holding out for any of these shells to receive their merging assets. Time will certainly tell.
Well said. And I completely agree. I think it certainly would be encouraging to most of us here if he communicated in that fashion. GS just doesn't strike me as that a person with that personality type. I think, in the end, that's to our benefit though. His ego won't allow him to fail with any of these shells.
You're arguing semantics. I bought my first block of GVSI @.0042 after GS announced he was pursuing custody of this shell. 2 days later it surpassed .02, a 500% increase, off of ONE tweet. At that time he hadn't even gained custodianship. Once he did, GVSI reached a high of .077, a roughly 1,850% return on my initial investment.
I submit that there are not very many people that can make that claim or produce that type of impact with regards to a stock price from a simple tweet.
