Dakota Fanning Says Having Kids Is ‘More Important’ Than Acting Career: ‘Always Felt That Pull’
https://www.lifenews.com/2024/04/10/dakota-fanning-says-having-kids-is-more-important-than-acting-career-always-felt-that-pull/
Former child star Dakota Fanning has her eyes set on the most important role of her life: becoming a mom.
“Having kids is probably more important to me than anything, even being an actor,” Fanning reflected in an interview with Porter. “If somebody said I had to choose, I would choose having kids. I’m one of those people who has always felt that pull.”

Fanning said although she doesn’t have children yet, she’s looking forward to the different opportunities in her life that are yet to come and has set up her life and career to allow a path to motherhood.
“I don’t know how I’ll feel when that time in my life comes – and how much I’ll want to work. But, because I don’t have that at the moment, I’m trying to take advantage of the adventures now,” she added.
“I’m trying to push myself to keep saying yes to things that make me uncomfortable, to keep going to places for long periods of time that maybe I’m scared to do because — God willing — one day, it won’t be as easy.”

Mayo Clinic study on damage from puberty blockers included ‘transgender’ two-year-old
Puberty blockers had devastating effects on adolescent boys’ bodies and fertility, and some boys even began ‘gender transitioning’ as young as two years old, according a shocking new study from the Mayo Clinic.
https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/mayo-clinic-study-puberty-blockers-transgender/
(LifeSiteNews) — A new study from the Mayo Clinic adds further evidence that puberty blockers are not reversible and can in fact create catastrophic, long-lasting consequences.
But it also shows how gender ideology continues to infect children at a younger and younger age – according to the study, the Mayo Clinic saw a two-year-old who it claimed had gender dysphoria.
“The average age at the time of gender transition and fertility preservation (FP) surgery is 8.1 (age range = 2—15; std deviation = 4.6) and 12.5-years old (age range = 10—16; std deviation = 1.8), respectively,” the authors of the preprint study wrote. “The average age of [puberty blocker] initiation is 12.1-years old (age range = 10—16.4; std deviation = 1.83).”
The study included 16 gender dysphoric males who took puberty blockers. “Two out of 9 PB-treated patients exhibited abnormalities: one had bilateral abnormal testicles with a lack of complete tunica albuginea, while another had a right testis that was not easily palpable,” the study found.
The researchers were able to compare the cells from these males with others who did not use puberty blockers to create a control group.
The Mayo Clinic team found “mild-to-severe sex gland atrophy” in the cells of boys who had taken puberty blockers. A 12-year-old boy in the study had “59 % of sex glands fully atrophied with appearance of microlithiasis.”
“Testicular microlithiasis…is a condition in which small clusters of calcium form in the testicles,” according to the Mayo Clinic.
A 14-year-old boy also showed “stunted” sperm production.
Independent journalist Christina Buttons, who regularly covers the harms of transgender drugs and surgeries, wrote in her analysis:
The study observed that over 90% of the cells responsible for sperm production in this patient were stunted at an early developmental stage, unable to progress further. Additionally, it found “pathologically” higher and lower levels of two types of support cells (Sertoli cells) necessary for healthy sperm development. These findings suggest that puberty blockers can disrupt the normal maturation process of cells critical for sperm production.
The findings, though from a small study, can help understand the effects of puberty blockers on “spermatogonial stem cells.”
It also undermines the claims from the medical establishment, including the Mayo Clinic itself, that injecting gender-confused kids with drugs at a young age will have minimal side effects.
“Puberty blockers can be used to delay the changes of puberty in transgender and gender-diverse youth [sic] who have started puberty,” the Mayo Clinic states, suggesting it is just a pause on development.
The information page falsely claims that “GnRH analogues [puberty blockers] don’t cause permanent physical changes. Instead, they pause puberty.”
“When a person stops taking GnRH analogues, puberty starts again,” it adds, contradicting widespread scientific evidence to the contrary.
Physical and psychological harms of transgender procedures are well-documented
It is not possible for someone to change his or her sex. However, plenty of evidence demonstrates the dangers of taking these drugs even for someone who falsely believes sex can be changed.
Drugs taken by gender-confused individuals have been linked to depression, suicide, infertility, and bone density loss.
A doctor who helped develop the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) standards even said during 2022 conference that puberty blockers are not actually fully reversible.
“There’s challenges with puberty suppression that we have to acknowledge and that’s why it’s ‘reversible asterisks,’” Dr. Scott Leibowitz said. “One cannot be on puberty suppression endlessly. You get to a place where physiologically we need hormones.”

Trump Co-Defendant Harrison Floyd Issued An Ultimatum To Fani Willis
https://truthpress.com/news/trump-co-defendant-harrison-floyd-issued-an-ultimatum-to-fani-willis/
https://rumble.com/v4o9020-harrison-floyd-statement-on-fani-willis.html
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has been handed an ultimatum that could significantly impact her high-profile case against former President Donald Trump and his co-defendants.
Harrison Floyd, a co-defendant and the former leader of the Black Voices for Trump coalition, has accused Willis of illegally wiretapping a conversation with his defense attorney—a claim that, if true, would violate Maryland’s wiretapping law.
Floyd’s allegations were made public via a statement on the social media platform X, where he detailed the supposed legal misstep by Willis. According to Floyd, the district attorney engaged in the unauthorized recording of a conversation that took place in Maryland, where such actions without a warrant constitute a felony. Last August, Floyd was arrested for charges of violating Georgia’s RICO Act, conspiracy to commit solicitation of false statements and writings, and influencing witnesses.
According to Newsweek, Floyd said Willis should either acknowledge the wrongdoing and withdraw from the case or he will pursue “all lawful remedies,” by noon on Monday. “Last week my attorney and I made it public that District Attorney Willis very likely violated the Maryland Wiretapping Act, which is a felony here in Maryland,” Floyd said in a statement as time ran out for Willis. However, the controversy does not end with the wiretapping allegations. Floyd has also accused Willis of racial bias and unprofessional conduct.
He claims that Willis, driven by a personal vendetta and rooted in what he describes as a radical progressive ideology, has allowed her views to color her actions within the legal proceedings. Floyd claimed that Willis has wrongfully targeted him due to his political beliefs and his association with Trump, suggesting a misuse of her office to further racial discrimination. Floyd’s statement further criticized Willis for allegedly misrepresenting facts related to his bond and accused her of harboring a bias against him and others based on race.
The allegations of wiretapping without a warrant, if substantiated, would compel Willis to recuse herself from the case against Trump and his co-defendants, marking a significant shift in the proceedings once again.
Floyd released a video to X today after Willis’ deadline passed, threatening to move forward with legal action.
The Maryland Wiretap Law states that no one may:
(1) Willfully intercept, endeavor to intercept, or procure any other person to intercept or endeavor to intercept, any wire, oral, or electronic communication;
(2) Willfully disclose, or endeavor to disclose, to any other person the contents of any wire, oral, or electronic communication, knowing or having reason to know that the information was obtained through the interception of a wire, oral, or electronic communication in violation of this subtitle; or
(3) Willfully use, or endeavor to use, the contents of any wire, oral, or electronic communication, knowing or having reason to know that the information was obtained through the interception of a wire, oral, or electronic communication in violation of this subtitle.
Breaking the wiretap law is considered a felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Just 11 states have two-party consent laws around wiretapping, among them Maryland. If Willis indeed recorded her conversation with Salvado without his knowledge, she could have severely jeopardized her case against Trump, Floyd, and others whom she has charged with racketeering crimes related to the 2020 election.
Floyd’s allegation is not the first time his team has put Willis on blast for routinely flouting the law. Attorney Christopher Kachouroff, who represents Floyd in the Georgia case, described her encounter with him related to the Maryland call.
“She did reach out to us, one of my colleagues in Maryland, and was rude, abrupt with him on the phone, and he was dealing with the Maryland case and I was dealing with the Georgia case, and she ended up recording him,” he said during an interview with legal analyst Phil Holloway. Asked whether he is alleging Willis broke the law, he replied, “Oh yeah, it’s a felony in Maryland.”
Floyd has pleaded not guilty, though he was the only defendant to be placed behind bars.
“God was with me, when I stepped in that cell door and it closed behind me… The conditions of that jail, the reason why it is the way it is, it’s not because of the staff that works there. It’s because of the failed leadership of Fulton County. They have not done a good job of appropriating funds, taking care of the facility. While I was in there, a lot of the officers… they are not getting the resources they need to ensure the safety of the prisoners,” he said.
“What’s going on in that jail, I’ve seen worse conditions in Iraq. When I went to my cell for the first time, there was fecal matter smeared on one of the walls. The first morning that I woke up, the guy in the cell next to me was being tased.”
“I’m just grateful that I served in the United States Marine Corps infantry and I’ve dealt with worse,” he said, adding a plea to the audience to “pray for the inmates who are in that jail.”
$GRPS is still on my big time to go list....in time.

Dimon Issues Economic Warning
https://truthpress.com/news/dimon-issues-economic-warning/
JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, revealed that geopolitical events might be creating an economic environment that ‘may very well be creating risks that could eclipse anything since World War II.’
The nation’s most influential banker pointed to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the Israel-Hamas war, as well as US political polarization, as reasons for concern for economic stability.
‘The fallout from these events should also lay to rest the idea that America can stand alone,’ Dimon wrote. ‘Of course, US leaders must always put America first, but global peace and order are vital to American interests.’
The comments came in an annual shareholder letter from Dimon, who often uses the letter to weigh in broad topics like politics, regulation and global events and what it might mean to JPMorgan Chase, as well as the broader economy.
His concerns however came against the backdrop of a more positive outlook, as he also told investors that he continues to expect the US economy to be resilient and grow this year.
‘America’s global leadership role is being challenged outside by other nations and inside by our polarized electorate,’ Dimon added in the letter.
‘We need to find ways to put aside our differences and work in partnership with other Western nations in the name of democracy. During this time of great crises, uniting to protect our essential freedoms, including free enterprise, is paramount.’
Dimon also expressed particular worry over continued large amounts of deficit spending by the US government and other countries.
He pointed to the need for countries such as the US to remilitarize and continue to build out green infrastructure, all of which will likely keep inflation higher than investors expect.
Because of these issues, Dimon said he is less optimistic that the US economy will achieve a ‘soft landing,’ which he defined as modest growth along with declining inflation and interest rates, compared to the broader market.
While he says the investors are pricing in a ‘70% to 80%’ chance of a soft landing, Dimon thinks the chances of such an ideal outcome are ‘a lot less’ than that.
‘These significant and somewhat unprecedented forces cause us to remain cautious,’ he said.
He added that ‘there is also a growing need for increased spending as we continue transitioning to a greener economy, restructuring global supply chains, boosting military expenditure and battling rising healthcare costs.
‘This may lead to stickier inflation and higher rates than markets expect,’ he predicted.
His comments come as financial markets have dampened down expectations for how many rate cuts the US Federal Reserve will make this year.
As well as the economic outlook, Dimon’s letter also discussed the promise his company sees in the use of artificial intelligence.
The bank has found 400 use cases for AI so far, Dimon said, particularly in the bank´s marketing, fraud and risk departments.
The bank also is exploring using AI in software development and general employee productivity plans.
‘We are completely convinced the consequences (of AI) will be extraordinary and possibly as transformational as some of the major technological inventions of the past several hundred years: Think the printing press, the steam engine, electricity, computing and the Internet, among others.’
He discussed the ways in which this could impact jobs, including at JPMorgan, writing that ‘over time, we anticipate that our use of AI has the potential to augment virtually every job, as well as impact our workforce composition.
‘It may reduce certain job categories or roles, but it may create others as well.’
Dimon said that the bank already has some 2,000 workers and data scientists involved in AI, but added that it could ultimately be part of the jobs of all of the bank’s roughly 310,000 employees.
AI was first mentioned in a 2017 shareholder letter. Since then, the technology has come to the fore thanks to ChatGPT and other applications.
Round them all up and send them back.
That's great...lol
