It looks like the shorters have been caught with their pants down, again!
Why do they have to resort to such dirty tactics? Why don't they get honest jobs making honest money?
I have some serious doubts about his theory on the shares, however, I like his current valuation for this company at $270 Million.
There is another vote coming up that is important to the cannabis industry. It is the 2nd Georgia senate election, the runoff election. Democrats can gain 2 seats in the senate if they win, and that would give the Democrats control of the senate and that will make it much easier for the MORE Act to pass. Election day is January 5 but early voting has already begun. This could help fuel the next run.
That's true, and let's not forget that there is another thing holding all company executives accountable, the law! Fraud is a serious crime and not many white collar executives want to go to jail.
I still don't think it qualifies this stock as "extremely risky". That statement is a little extreme. However, I appreciate you providing details to back up your statement rather than speaking in generalities.
I just find it curious that you talk with such detail about SIRI but you talk with total generalities regarding CBDD, especially when making the statement that this stock is "extremely risky". How about providing a little detail to back that up?
You'll have to excuse my insistance on this, but we have had a few idiots talk a lot of BS about CBDD over the years, so we are a little sensitive about such statements.
By the way, we are happy for you for making your 15K, but I can tell you for a fact that the longs have made a hell of lot more money than that!
The point we are trying to make is that a large amount of outstanding shares does not have to be a barrier that can't be overcome.
Your statement that all stocks are risky and that this stock is "extremely risky" is a pretty big generality. You seem to know a lot about SIRI but not much about CBDD, have you read the company news releases at all? If so, please explain why you would call this stock "extremely risky". We would like to know your honest opinion, as long as it is honest.
Yes, SIRI did it and they were in much worse shape financially than CBDD. Also, the Cannabis industry is growing a lot faster the the radio industry.
I sold SIRI way too early (I bought at .03 and sold at .60) as well, however it taught me some valuable lessons. SIRI is the stock that taught me to stay long and stay strong!
The same thing was said about SIRI after they had to issue billions of new shares to avoid bankruptcy. Everyone said they could never reach a dollar (they were at .03 at the time) with that many shares outstanding. Earlier this year they reached $7.50.
So, are you expecting a huge spike at the open?
I was just going to say that. After providing so much financial aid to the country, the government desperately needs more tax revenue.
I remember that. Some people asked you not to make such an extreme call but it was obviously not extreme enough as it reached .03!
There will definitely be another run soon. This company has no intention of being a small Mom and Pop company. They have made it clear that their goal is to be a major player in Europe and they are already grabbing their share of that $5 billion market.
Also, federal legalization will be a big factor because it will provide cannabis companies with easier access to loans which will help them grow faster. It will also enable federally backed institutions to buy cannabis stocks. Despite some Republican push back, the bill will pass because it isn't just about Cannabis, it is actually more about social/racial justice and criminal reform (eliminating long sentences for cannabis related offences). This is a major issue in Washington right now and it was a major campaign promise by Biden.
I like that call. If one is going to make a call it might as well be a balzy one!
Mainstreaming the brand throughout Europe.
Supplying the highest quality product in Europe.
$1 million Swiss Franks ($1.12 million US Dollars) in deals in just the last two weeks.
Line ups of customers outside their door.
One would think that was the news for an entire month but it's the news for just one day!
Good video. CBDD is getting big time exposure now.
That dollar is coming faster than .0005.
Of course, the $6 million in revenues and explosive growth had nothing to do with it. Genius call. Why not call .0005 again? HaHaHaHaHaHaHa!
You're a braver man than I. I would never have the courage and balls to short this stock.
Most of us have been around for a while and we realize that stocks go up and down, and no stock goes straight up. However, this stock went straight up last week.
I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. 25X in just over a week, it's unbelievable! I've been in the stock market for over 20 years and I've never seen anything like it. It must be some kind of record, even for the OTC.
I must be honest, it caught me off guard and I have been expecting this stock to skyrocket! It was faster than a rocket taking off, it was more like a space ship taking off at the speed of light. That kind of propulsion behind a stock must scare the life out of shorters, wouldn't you agree?
It's good to see an honest shorter. Most shorters are involved in criminal "Short and Distort" activity, trying to manipulate and victimize others.
The way this stock is moving anything is possible. Some people thought "Jindal" was crazy for calling a penny last week. If one is going to make a call, it might as well be a balzy one! However, perhaps we should put aside any talk of a dollar and focus on a more achievable target of .10 for now.
Congrats to you. You have been here longer than anyone.
Great post. Like you, I'm keeping my word and have not sold a single share, and won't for a very long time.
Congrats to the longs who fought it out for so many years. Also, congrats to the individuals who built this high level company. They are helping the economy, creating jobs and improving the health of their customers. Good for them for doing that and good for them for achieving the American dream.
Good post. I was going to post your exact words but you beat me to it. I've always felt this stock could reach $1 in time, especially once they get uplisted and the big institutions are able to jump in.
Longs are making more money than the scavengers (flippers and shorters), especially those of us who bought in the mid-.000s.
I agree, I have the same feeling about this company. Every stock has its scavengers (flippers and shorters) trying to scrounge up a few pennies. However, this company has all the signs of that one in a thousand winner, and those who will really be rewarded are those who can see it and who can remain patient with this long term play.
You're right. It looks like some people haven't read the news, $6 million in revenues in one quarter. It is amazing. The net profit is not that important to a new company as profits are usually put right back into the company. Everyone knows this and it is completely normal and acceptable. In fact, most new companies don't make any net profit whatsoever for many years. Amazon never made any net profit until just recently.
On this Thanksgiving Day, we need to be thankful for what we have. We have a great company with a bright future. Some have complained about the pps but it is up 25% in the last few weeks and it is up 500% from its lows earlier in the year. So, let's not be greedy, let's be thankful.
That one taught me a good lesson and I vowed never to make that mistake again. I learned that the money is in the long term, not the short term.
I love the quote from Warren Buffett, wealth will be transferred from the impatient to the patient.
Yes, I am in this for the next 10 years +. I made a similar mistake to yours with SIRI in 2009. They were on the verge of bankruptcy and I bought in at the very bottom, .03. 6 months later I sold it at .60 and I thought I was the greatest investor in the world, until this March when they reached $7.50.
This is a high level company with high level executives selling high level products experiencing high level growth and making high level revenues. Need I say more? It's a no brainer.
As I said before, Wall Street wants to see 3-4 quarters of solid numbers before the big players jump in, so we have a couple of quarters to go.
However, with the pps so low a big player could jump in at anytime. Years ago USXP was in a similar position and they found some big investors in the Middle East which took its pps from .0003 to .04 in two weeks, so anything can happen!
Of course everyone wants to see the net profit as high as possible but new companies must put their profits back into the company, everyone knows that.
Flippers and shorters can make their short term pennies. The smart ones are focused on the long term and the big picture. Personally, I will NEVER sell this stock.
Anyone who knows anything about Wall Street knows that they want to see 3-4 quarters of solid numbers before the big players jump in. This company is on its way but it will take a few more quarters.
Good post. Please keep us posted on the progress of this investigation, or let us know how we can follow it ourselves.
As I said, only the biggest idiot in the world would think they won't file. Whether Monday or next Monday, they will file. Anyone saying they won't file must show proof that they won't file.
I never said anything about not caring about fins, I said I don't care if they are late. Why can't you ever get the facts straight? I know you were a boxer and the rate of boxers with brain damage is very high, but that is no excuse. It is time to finally be responsible and see a brain damage specialist. This isn't an opinion or an insult, it is a fact!
First it was 20, then 100, then 300. All BS all the time. I won't say he has brain damage, but ....
How many people are you working for now, 500?
