Wow! Where are you finding the E-water?
Are you guys seeing what is going on over at the NDOL board? Shopping hours look almost gone over there. HUGE PR coming monday.
Correctomundo. Wisconsin...Of where I will soon be visiting relatives and stopping in Janesville to check out some Rock Hard Red from Grays Brewery. I'll have to act like I'm a stockholder or something.LOL
Cool! I'm in KC right now, but grew up all my life in Columbus, right down the road from you. All my family still there.
Yeah, no kidding! Hows the fishing right now in the Great White North?
RushNet Inc. Gains New Brands With Brewery Purchase; Major Increase in Licensed Product Base Realized
BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 11, 2006-- RushNet, Inc. proudly announces that RushNet's President, Robert J. Corr, and investment group Lynch Partnership One ("LPO"), led by well-known entrepreneur Michael Lynch, have agreed to terms with the owners of a regional Midwest brewery, and will proceed with the private acquisition of the brewery in order to promote the future expansion of RushNet, Inc. throughout the beverage industry.
With years of experience in the brewing industry, RushNet President Robert Corr understands the potential for future expansion and enhanced profitability through the acquisition. He stated that, "Upon completion of this purchase by the two parties, RushNet, Inc. will be appointed as the exclusive, Licensed marketing agent for the brewery's existing branded products along with new beverage items to come. The brewery alliance, by providing RushNet with a constant stream of innovative quality beverages, can transform our company into a full-fledged beverage marketing firm." Sales at the brewery were up 40% in the first quarter of 2006 compared to the same period last year.
The brewery, one of America's oldest, has been family owned and operated for over 100 years and brews and produces its own high-quality branded line of alcoholic and malt beverages, and gourmet sodas. For fifteen years it has packed Ginseng Rush and other Rush Beverage Co. products, and the brewery also does private label work for other companies. Both Michael Lynch of LPO and Robert Corr of RushNet Inc. intend to compound the value of the traditional brewery. Mr. Corr explained that "The new owners will introduce a complete line of innovative all-natural beverages, such as fresh-brewed flavored teas and sodas, and lightly carbonated 100% juice drinks. We will install a modern tunnel pasteurization unit at the brewery to ensure integrity of the all-natural ingredients without the use of preservatives.
The latter also gives me the chance to reintroduce a Ginseng Beer like I made in the 90's and distribute it worldwide with my new partner Michael Lynch. Michael has special affection for the Rathskeller and Rock Hard Red products the brewery makes."
RushNet, Inc., Licensee of the highest quality Rush Ginseng Sodas and the new e-water(TM), have recently expanded distribution into Southern California, Midwest and East Coast supermarkets and convenience stores, making the products more easily available to meet the growing demand being created by the national consumer PR campaign and investor requests.
If you go to the Grays Brewery Wesite, http://www.graybrewing.com/
you will see that these products are theirs.
If so, should be coming soon.
Sounds good. I have had some people post their amounts and tell me they were from another board. In those cases, I made sure to tell them to only post total shares on only ONE board to get an accurate count.
Thanks, appreciate it! Great post on your end as well. Now we wait, and hope!
Reminds me of a few years ago when I was waiting for Imclone to announce FDA approval. Definately worth the wait. :) $$$
...Lemme tell ya story bout a man named Jed...LOL
Oh, don't get me wrong. I understand completely what you are saying. My thoughts though, are that I feel Rafael wouldn't be bringing Basic Services on board, having evaluations done, AND paying accounting firms to perform audits for the SEC unless he had a pretty damn good idea what the company was sitting on.
Granted, he could be a complete idiot and have no idea what is going on...
Who knows. Either way, I feel pretty good about PGPM.
Who the hell knows. Maybe he wanted a new Ferrari, maybe he's behind on child-support. Maybe it was planned. Maybe it was to even out the share structures like Stellar says. Fact of the matter is that we can speculate on it all day long and chances are NONE of us will ever figure it out.
If the emotional rollercoaster of this board could move RSHN stock, we would all be FLIPPIN MILLIONAIRES...yes, pun intended.
I'm actually a little surprised that this hasn't moved this stock up more than it did. With the Basic Services PR and now this one, it shows that Pilgrim is surrounding themselves with leaders in the industry to get the job done.
Taking the steps necessary to file with the SEC and become a fully reporting company? I like Pilgrim more and more in the past week. JMO.
Quick addition so far from the 36 people who have replied either publicly or privately gives me a count of around 190 million shares on the IHUB board alone.
Sidenote...A bowl of oatmeal and a XXX Rush does a hell of a job on a hangover!
Gooooo Rush!
Glad to be able to join you boys today!
:)
Good observation stellar.
If you look at the transaction date, he sold these shares back on May 7. Coincidentally, if you look at the chart, we have been in a downward slope since then...
Interesting, but no big deal IMO.
Right on, thats what I have been doing. Both public and private posts have been going into a folder to keep track. Towards the end of the day I will add them up.
Thanks!
Sorry for being a posting fool today, but have a question for you all.
Can anyone give me a good download / service that I can use to track streaming quotes on my Blackberry with Sprint service? I found quotestream.com, but for some reason, I can't use my particular phone (Blackberry 7250) on quotestream as a Sprint subscriber.
Anyone else know of anything?
Hmmm...that could be a good idea. If we all banded together and played our cards right, we probably could screw them pretty hard LOL.
I sure as hell wouldn't want to be the captain of that ship though!
Yeah well, even those shares can double your money...
You're welcome by the way, LOL. :)
Better than NNSR eh? Actually I looked today and if you would have held it wouldn't have been THAT bad.
Perfect, thanks! You wouldn't believe how many replies I've had so far. I'm just dumping them all in my saved box for right now and I'll add them all up tomorrow.
Hmmm...we'll have to figure out how to count that.
Cool, thanks icniff. Could you keep a running total from those two boards and we'll get together later tomorrow afternoon with the totals. I'll break everything down by total amounts, and then total amounts by board.
Sheez! I'm gonna have to make a spreadsheet or something! LOL
Goooooooo Rush!
DAMN guys! I thought I was holding some shares! Once this is all said and done, with some of these heavy hitters, we just might average out at 3M shares after all!
Wow. So, did you get a good deal on that Porsche when you bought it? LOL
For cash I mean! :)
Cool, thanks for the help! HSM is Hotstockmarket.com. Not a bad board actually. Slow at times, but good group.
Just so everyone knows, I have also posted over at HSM in the RSHN board to get a count as well. If you also post on the boards over there, please give me only one count.
Thanks
Geez, didn't I learn in the Army not to volunteer for anything??? LOL
Show me de monet...LOL
I don't remember when, but I swear that at one time I saw someone post that they were sitting on 45 million shares. I find it hard to believe, BUT, back at .0001, that was a HELL of a deal.
Gotcha...makes much more sense to me now. I guess I wasn't thinking either that 151 million shares trading isn't really that many when shares are trading at .0003 either. Thanks.
I'm not online ALL the time, but if anyone wants to PM me with their info, rather than post it here, I will keep a running tally and post the total amount as of EOD tomorrow.
Hey guys. My first post on the BKMP board, and got a question. By looking at the charts, this things continuously like clockwork seems to bounce back and forth from .0002-.0003, etc.
I would think the lot of you are just constantly flipping and making $$$. Whats up?
I made a joke a while back that if the stock ever dropped back to .0001 I would pull some equity out of the house and buy half the company...
This RSHN board does stay pretty active, even when the stock does not. From what I have seen, Rush is one of the very few Penny stocks that people fall in love with. (Breaking probably the Cardinal rule of penny stocks.)
Even if people won't admit it, most of them LOVE Rush, and truly believe it is one of the VERY few that have the chance to break through to the big time in the long term. I could be totally wrong, however, I have yet to see another penny that has spawned not only one, but TWO fan sites of their own.
Well, that blows my theory. Thanks stellar :)
2 million, may pick up more (500K) if I can free up some funds.
Anybody know what time the Bellwether PR came out today? Wondering if that might have had something to do with the unusual volume? Even if not, I'm thinking that by them introducing RSHN to folks who might have not been watching before, should we start a decent run, the added influx of money could push us higher.
Just a thought, and my opinion obviously.
Eddie Money...Love it!
Here comes the PR riiiiiigggghhtttt NOW! Nooooo, riggghhhhttt NOW!
If I do that enough I'm sure I can be damn near right on! LOL
It was surprising to me as well that it didn't move up more. Either way, from recent PR's, I think that we will see much more good news in the near future. I'm holding.
