Read the pacer files from the lawsuit with EMA. These documents were signed by Steve, not Greg.
LOL it says 30+ in the PR from last week, and also in all the pacer files of the EMA lawsuit!!
LOL all documents say 30+. Also as long as they were a private company they did not have to release exact numbers for their revenues, and they might want to keep that info away from their competitors. 30+ is big enough to show they are a big player without revealing too much.
Nothing surprising here.
And there is nothing forcing them to release the fins right now either. Why do you think the rule says 75 days? They will release them when they think it is the best time in THEIR agenda, not yours or mine, but I m not worried, it shouldnt be long.
100% agreed. Rotmans have a few special days with extra sales like President s day or Black Friday and these days bring HUGE revenues, we are definitely well above 40 million per year and like you say probably closer to 50.
Then why does the line says 10%?
By the way, does anybody know the rule for crossing the 10% owner category on the form 4? Osborn on March 7th was indicated as a 10% owner with 47 million shares but the OS at that time was already at least 900 ot 950 million shares...
Also I remember somebody told me that it says 10% owner but it is actually for 5% owner, but it never made sense to me.
Yes but I did the same work, and I think we are closer to 200 or 250 millions. The 10% owner you mention, maybe they were 10% owners a year ago but nor anymore.
Where did you get those numbers?
The tweet is from Rotmans account, people following it are Rotmans customers, all they care about is if Rotmams will continue to deliver as they knew it. If tgis tweet was coming from Vystar account yes I wouod have been worried, but it is coming from Rotmans, of course they sell it as additional benefits for their customers!
Nothing to worry about here.
Then where did you hear that?
good post
LOL it all says ABOUT 30 million because everything Rotman communicated was 30+ million.
LOL sure about that?
Shareholders wishing to come & tour Rotmans, meet some employees, please let us know, we would be happy to arrange a tour. Leave time, it's a quarter mile end-to-end 5 stories high, 250K SQ FT & will take about 4 hours to walk it, warehouse another 2 hours, 100K SQ FT. $VYST https://t.co/bsS9g2cOYa
According to this article, 2 years ago Rotmans was 175,000 sqft. Now it is 250,000 sqft so your stats are irrelevant.
https://sleepsavvymagazine.com/tradition-meets-technology-rotmans/
Also they made 38 millions in 2016? Let s assume they already had a 175,000 sqft showroom. That s 217$ / sqft.
If we apply this same ratio to their cureent showroom, that s 54.3 million revenues.
It is a rough estimate of course, sales per sqft are probably lower because of the competition from Internet retailers, but that confirms Rotmans makes WAAAAAY MORE than 30 millions per year. And 50 is once again much closer to the reality.
I m positive and long here, I m just saying this 125M$ number has not been claimed as an objective. Of course we will go much higher than where we are now, but let s not get ahead of ourselves.
See my message from yesterday, they make much more than 30M:
They only said 30+. They might have kept an ace up their sleeve and could be making 50 million.
I found this nice article about furniture retailer revenues.
https://retailernowmag.com/whats-a-decent-sales-volume-for-your-showroom-space/

It is from July 2018 so it could be a bit lower now but still pretty accurate. Let s take the worst statistic in the article.
It says that the average furniture retailer makes 185$ / sqft.
Rotmans' showroom is 250,000 sqft. That would give us 46.25 million revenues!

And it says that a top tier furniture retailer is 371$/sqft, that s double! Rotmans might not qualify for this, but it shows you that revenues can go really high.

I cannot say for sure, but imo Rotmans is definitely better than the average retailer, they have been in the business for 56 years!

So 50 million revenue is not out of question.
To me the 125M$ figure refers to the old company but it does not mean that s where we re going (at least not immediately). Maybe I misunderstood.
"Verus is the 2.0 public version of a $125 million multi-line food business previously run as a private company by CEO Anshu Bhatnagar. Verus went public as a “re-start” by merging with RealBiz Media (OTC:RBIZ) in January 2017."
How many downloads on android so far?
That s not what I said, I just said that we cannot know how many friends bought it since there are no forms 4, but for sure there s a bunch. Not the most part of the OS though. Read my message history.
LOL but that s the beauty of this acquisition, they dont need money! They will pay like 100,000$ every year starting next year, and onve we uplist they will issue 750k shares or less depedning on the pps. That s a tiny dilution LMAO!
LOL these notes will convert only for uplist, so lets say 4$ / share at 50% discount, they will have about 750,000 shares, or less with a higher pps. No issue here.
Would you prefer having a note with toxic lenders like EMA? Of course not! And having the notes for insiders is great, because they will only get their shares if we go to Nasdaq, that s a pretty good incentive!
I ve never said that, I actually agree I dont think 600-800 million shares are held by insiders and friends because nothing indicates it. But what I can say is that the float is close to locked up, daily volume is small compared to the OS and we saw that just a few million shares traded can have a big impact on pps.
Their friends do not need to fill forms 4 as long as they are not 10% shareholders.
They are neither directors nor officers.
We dont know if they are generating less.

So 50 million revenue is not out of question.
OK so just speculation and BS based on nothing. We re good here.
But now that Rotmans is part of Vystar, Nasdaq uplist wont be difficult. If we look at the requirements for Nasdaq Capital Market, the only one missing is the pps. Also the TA needs to be ungagged but that will be resolved with OTCQB uplist for which they will apply very soon as said by Greg a couple of months ago. Greg sucks as an IR but so far everyhting he promised happened, so I believe him for this too.
Well I would not hope so much when I see that having it released on Android has not had any effect today despite huge volume
18 months??? Where does this come from??
???? Nobody either. It is just the rule for providing the fins. It does not mean they will wait that long.... smh
Why would they max out the SS?
You sold so now you re creating fake theories to buy back in lower? pathetic.
Well MC is about right if we consider Rotmans only since the other branches do not generate much revenue at the moment. For furniture and retail MC is close to the revenues. But if Rotmans make a nice profit it could go up, Super 8K will tell.
But in any case, the big pps drivers that every long is waiting for will be the other branches (Vytex, RxAir, FEC). As soon as one of them gets even one good contract the pps will explode. So far revenues are still limited, but with all the potential applications it can change very quickly, especially now that Rotmans is part of the company, which will allow them to get money from the bank much more easily and develop their business much faster.
Of course there will be. pps will go to 0.5 before we see an R/S.
Just one big contract for tires or latex gloves will bring us there.
Again, the AS did not change, it has been 1.5B since January. And preferred shares are part of the OS, so if there is a R/S, they will be affected too.
The only change from the 8K is the addition of a 15 million preferred share class.
We re good here.
AS has been 1.5B since January. imo there will probably be a 10:1 or 20:1 R/S but it will only be for meeting Nasdaq pps requirements. Also management said months ago that R/S will only be considered once pps reaches 0.5$.
Remember, an R/S is not a bad thing if it is for uplist. It is bad thing only for diluting stinky pinikie, but we re done with dilution here since January because all convertible notes and debts have been taken care of.
I downloaded it but cannot log in, I do not receive the confirmation email. And according to the telegram chat, I m not the only one.
I just typed Arknet in Google Play store and I found it
I just checked, I see it! V1.0!
Note: I m not a tester.
BOOM awesome tweet !!! $$$$ tomorrow !!!
Tautachrome is pleased to announce that ARknet 1.0 has been submitted to the Google Play app store for publishing approval. Being a social platform there are extensive guidelines which needed to be followed and we are hopeful to receive approval in this first submission. $TTCM
Well, they delivered today, right? And so far everything they promised has been relaized. Granted there were sometimes long delays, but they delivered.
If you re not patient, dont trade.
Yes, there are many other catalysts pretty close. I thought today would be better but well, at least this big hurdle is gone.
What I see in the next few weeks
- new Sonnett line of mattresses as promised on twitter
- OTCQB application (which means ungagged TA), Greg told me that in a message a few months ago
- Super 8K with Rotmans audited financials (to be released before October 1st, but it could be this week)
And potentially:
- R&D contracts for Vytex? That would be the biggest pps driver because it s not something we know about.
