We dont know if they are generating less. They only said 30+. They might have kept an ace up their sleeve and could be making 50 million.
I found this nice article about furniture retailer revenues.

It is from July 2018 so it could be a bit lower now but still pretty accurate. Let s take the worst statistic in the article.
It says that the average furniture retailer makes 185$ / sqft.
Rotmans' showroom is 250,000 sqft. That would give us 46.25 million revenues!

And it says that a top tier furniture retailer is 371$/sqft, that s double! Rotmans might not qualify for this, but it shows you that revenues can go really high.

I cannot say for sure, but imo Rotmans is definitely better than the average retailer, they have been in the business for 56 years!

So 50 million revenue is not out of question.
