Anyone can go to the website and click on Live Help. Any reasonable suggestion you enter will be passed along to the Company.
That picture #7 in the random gallery looks like a few of the fifty new sales people doing an in-store demo of Aquagold spring water. With that kind of on-site promotion, it must be selling
nicely.
Somebody must like the change in management.
Right. They will have to decide between debt financing and equity financing or a combination of both. From what I have heard, debt financing may be the next step. We will find out soon enough.
Increasing the profit margin means cutting costs. The first expense to get cut was Domingo's salary. I believe the other guys thought he wasn't pulling his weight.
Shipping is a significant expense, and I once calculated it was costing $.06 per bottle from Montreal to Shanghai. That may be reduced but probably not significantly.
A major expense at this stage is promotion, and without it, there is no branding of the product, so we can expect to see this continue to increase over the next few quarters. Still, I'd like to see the Company break even at some point during the course of 2010. You can only go on operating at a loss for so long.
Yes, I noticed that Marco is very well spoken. He speaks English and French with no accent at all and now Chinese. He has been developing his business skills while working with Aquagold for about four years now and has proven his loyalty, so let's give him a chance to show what he can do in the top spot.
We got a little bump up on the news of management reshuffling --
let's see if we get another PR this week to help us build momentum.
I was referring to the meeting in NYC on April, 2008. Dr. Taillefer, Marco Hassoun and Daniel Sauve were all there. Only
York Tang was not.
I have asked for photos of the product being offered for sale in China to be posted on the website as well as photos of Marco Hassoun addressing the US-China Foundation in October, '09. Also, we should soon see a pic of the new President and his bio on the website under Management.
Seeing is believing, so the more use they make of the gallery, the more convinced the public wil be that the Company is doing all it says it is doing.
The Company wanted to get this PR out to announce the changing
of the guard before posting the results of the 4th Quarter, 2009.
We should see the numbers soon. I hope they will also announce what kind of financing has been arranged for future expansion.
I will suggest again to the Company that they make use of the photo gallery on the new website to give visual proof of actual
off-the-shelf sales in China as well as Marco Hassoun's address to the US-China Cultural Foundation back in October. They also need to get a pic and bio up for the new President and Chairman of the Board, Dr. Paul Taillefer.
It's news, but I wouldn't say great news. We're back to the old crew from two years ago with some juggling of titles. Domingo was an outsider and now he is out. Reading between the lines, it must
have been a bitter separation. Otherwise they would have thanked him for his time at the helm. It looks like he wouldn't move to China which is where the Board of Directors wanted the CEO to be
headquartered. There were probably other reasons which we will never hear about, but the main thing now is to work with Devnet
to get the U.N. Pavillion set up with Aquagold water.
Nice timing, though, to synchronize the presentation of the new website design with the announcement of the new CEO and President.

For updates on the Shanghai 2010 World Expo.
Aquagold International is mentioned in Expo Express Edition No. 37.
What are you talking about? The share price has more than doubled in the past week, and all you can do is bash the Company. You said you had not seen any numbers related to the cost of the TV promotion through the Aquagold Superface competition and the Company must therefore be a scam. I have provided you with numbers from the Third Quarter financials, and you haven't changed your tune. Instead of saying it is a scam, though, you now say Aquagold is headed for bankruptcy, as if you had any idea as to its current financial resources.
Whining and fault-finding will not help AQUI investors. Either stay the course or look for greener pastures.
As of September 30, 2009, the year to date expense for advertising and promotion was $225,628.
I was glad to see the price movement over the past few days. At .0037 I am breaking even so I am elated, but this is just the beginning. We know a PR is coming soon, and then there will be fourth quarter results posted, so give this baby a chance and you will be rewarded for your patience.
The Shanghai Expo begins in about 110 days, and the agreement with Devnet guarantees huge exposure for Aquagold. 2010 is our year, and I am not selling any of my shares until the pps correctly reflects the value of this company with its contracts worth $200 million.
We should be hearing any day from Aquagold. At this point, the longer the wait, the better the news (IMO). What we would like to see is news about financing, news about actual sales in China, fourth quarter shipments and repeat orders from wholesale accounts. We may have to wait a few more weeks for fourth quarter results, but if the Company shows a net profit for the quarter, we will be golden.
Charts beginning to show a nice upturn in AQUI share price. Good news must be on the way.

This is a nice link for the I-box, if you would like to include it there. Shows the Devnet role at the Shanghai Expo with videos, and a story with picture about the "Perennial Ice" display and Devnet's signing with Aquagold International.
A reliable source has told me news is coming "very soon."
You've been here a long time, Wallymac, so think of us as family.
I hope we all have a great year of investing in 2010 and that our 2009 trades pay off next year. I hope AQUI goes from the back burner to the front burner, and that the BOD works out its kinks (without getting too kinky).
My fingers are crossed with this one. Fortunately, I have stayed diversified, but the success of AQUI will make me an especially happy camper.
I hope everyone here has a great holiday season. Mine started Sunday with an annual visit to the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center right after seeing the Broadway play Superior Donuts with my daughter. We actually received fifteen free tickets to the show so our whole staff could attend.
See you all after the New Year!
Nobody likes this silence. One thing we know, though, is that these guys are not quitters. They are in it, to win it.
I'm hoping York Tang will pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat to get everybody to work together for the common good. What has gotten this Company to where it is today with its contracts, its branding campaign in China, the DEVNET agreement, orders shipped and delivered, etc., is the ability of its key players to work together cooperatively. Since you can't have two heads, let's let Domingo call the shots. EOM
Add together revenues from sales on the income statement and accounts receivable on the balance sheet. The total sales for the first three quarters of 2009 equals about $192,000. As of Sept. 30, 2009, payment had been received for about half of the water shipped.
It's all right to be skeptical, but didn't you take a look at the financials for the third quarter? How would you explain the accounts receivable on the balance sheet if there were no sales?
Skepticism is no substitute for due diligence.

Be sure to check out the videos promoting the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai. Just think, Aquagold will be right in the middle of all of this as an international partner with DEVNET.
I think everyone wants to know how the product is selling in China and what the profit margin is on these sales. Also, we hope to hear whether further shipments have been made from Canada, whether AQUI will be uplisting in 2010, whether they plan to acquire their own bottling facilties, whether they have chosen a shipping company to handle their containers, and what they intend to do to protect the share price from further decline.
Maybe we will get a statement from the CEO in January stating their objectives for the coming year.
If they are holding back on information to take advantage of the return of investors to the market after the holidays, we should be hit with a new barrage of significant press releases beginning in three weeks.
Right. EquitiTrend did a mailing to about 1,400 investors four months ago to bring AQUI to their attention.
I hate seeing the price slip to these levels. I have heard the Company may be saving news about sales in China until after the New Year. EquitiTrend, retained by Aquagold for Investor Relations, is already working at bringing in new investors.
Hopefully, we will see the January effect kick in, especially with news from China coming out then.
Anybody check out the new IR firm yet?

Hopefully, they will use the correct spelling of Delaver (Delaware) in their next PR and on their website. Some are thinking Delaver is a Russian state. It's actually one of the United States, and, in fact, it is sometimes called "the first State."
Ms. Korogod, the CFO, was born in St, Petersburg but her permanent residence is in Canada, from what I've been told. I was wondering why she would make such a trip from Russia but she is actually much closer to Delaver than that.
That reminds me, grant. I better sober up before my contract negotiations meeting this afternoon. Best of luck to everybody.
POPN now back up to .0033.
It's my right to question. I don't accept anything blindly.
I have to go with information that has been made public through press releases and impressions that I have from my direct contact with the Company through its IR guy. Don't take it personally.
Those messages do not sound at all like the one I received this morning, so I would have to question their authenticity.
Last week they posted the year-end report from the CEO to shareholders on their website. They are certainly not in silence mode. More to come, rest assured.
from Rich Kaiser's email to me this morning:
"Again, POPN has a bright future ahead, and we cherish our relationship with genuine shareholders like yourself."
He wrote to me about preposterous claims made in chat rooms like this one. He said POPN has a great product and a bright future. My impression is that his message was sincere.
Looks like induced panic selling. Company has a good product
with significant deals in the pipeline. I added to my position after hearing from Rich Kaiser this morning.
Looks like we're ready for another spike on good news, hopefully before the end of 2009.
AC, I think news about orders and shipments would be very helpful. That would move the share price significantly, especially if the volume of subsequent orders has been greater than the first order of five containers.
