Congrats all longs! Hunchbuddy 2TT. Congrats to all the haters and the shorts too
Anyone here have a date on the UN vote? Voting some time in March of this year to reclassify or declassify cannabis under international law. Well it was scheduled for March, or thereabouts. May not change this year, but it will be changing in the next few years.

In all reality, right now if you are investing in a company that “makes it”, any price right now or in the past is a good price. Cannabis is still internationally illegal, still schedule 1 in US. Once those two things are changed, The gates are wide open. Canada and Uruguay are the only 2 countries that have legalized for recreational use (I think), Uruguay I don’t know, don’t pay attention to.
I like the fact Aurora has taken a medicinal route to begin, putting patients high on the list. Cannabis being recognized as having medicinal benefits is more likely than an all out declassification. Aurora is primed to enter that market. The acquisitions of Medreleaf and Cannamed are bigger than what is realized. I can go on and on, but we haven’t even really started yet here. The load zone has been since IPO until present day. Aurora is in 24 countries, with more to add in due time. Last acquisition was non dilutive.. If Aurora executes their plan, all one has to do is stay alive and hold on to your shares.
Will get some ordered and give them a try. Just based on the last 30 minutes or so, looks like their products are popular and effective. I’ve seen the products, just have never tried. However, I have used CBD products before and they work well for chronic pain and the joys that come along with it. Always nice to see the switch from Pharma to natural products (hence the reason for slow US rollout, too much money driving politics).
Go ACB! Green day today, finish the week out green!
Hell yeah. Looks like gold, looks delicious. I’m sure Aurora is working on all fronts developing market leading products. I heard the Select CBD carts are really clean and smooth. Think they have THC as well. I really like all cannabis products, as long as clean and without contaminates (hence the reason for legalization and regulation).
Nice. Will have to give them a try. This is what I was talking about as far as CBD and FDA. They haven’t opened the flood gates yet. Talks in April it appears.
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/cannabis-stocks-mostly-higher-after-fda-head-promises-april-talks-on-cbd-regulation-2019-02-28
I’ve never had the Diamond CBD products? Pretty good?
We need the FDA to put out some damn regulations on CBD, make a decision there. Even though the Farm Bill has passed, companies are still facing hurdles with products because of the FDA classification on CBD. Need them to classify as GRAS
Perfect buckets for DWC. Not sure if anyone is into that. But thought I’d pass along.

Aren’t they already owned by POTN?
Nice to see you back 2TT. Go ACB. Congrats
Nah I haven’t gotten shit. Hope they send me some buds tho
From Aurora. Have you received anything in the mail?
Couple whales have been spotted
Anywhere to see L2’s for free? I have E*TRADE
Anyone getting anything in the mail recently?
No I don’t follow that closely as far as the L2’s. I assume they have been the ones selling the 2 cent shares? Hopefully you’re right and a big break out is about to occur
You tell me? Is it?
Congrats HunchBuddy! Aurora getting out in front with footprint and licensing. Best in class soon to follow.
Who will be #25? Give it a month or so and we will know.
Here’s my prediction. US passes banking for Cannabis companies in next 30 days, UN votes for rescheduling in the next 30 days. I don’t know if vote will pass in UN, but a lot of countries are accepting and allowing medicinal cannabis. Finally there will be some surprise K’s come out. This is all my opinion based on observation and set dates on the UN. Plus Auxly has another 30 days. I think we get some sector news within those 30 days. Be real nice if this hit Aphria numbers. The partnership with Dixie speaks volumes. They are a proven leader in the industry. Think they can better utilize the money that was set aside for FSD. Thought it was over 50m however.
I don’t know. Kind of like Auxly’s business plan and how they don’t put all their eggs in one basket. They are diversifying their supply intake and inventory. I was reading an article and it sounds like the FSD break up hurt them a lot more than Auxly. Renovation on the Kraft plant was probably going to be more pricer than anticipated. Auxly can walk away and still have their money, FSD now needs a partner or funding to complete a project that doesn’t sound like is anywhere near completion. I was curious to know how much capital Auxly put into FSD and it looks like 7.5 million from what I can see. I wonder if they will try to recoup this money.
“Ultimately, we aren't sure how much Auxly has spent on the Phase I expansion besides the $7.5 million it announced in September 2018 but it has likely made little progress which caused FSD's frustration.”
https://seekingalpha.com/article/4244187-fsd-pharma-can-survive-funding-shortfall-without-auxly
Auxly should just construct a few of their own greenhouses and increase the total production. Use the money for that or other streaming deals. Like the partnership with Dixie Elixirs as well. Been thinking about dumping ACB and throwing it on Auxly. Would take some balls though. Not sure on that one.
You think Auxly is going to capture 20% or the Canadian market?
Hmmm... thought someone might have mentioned that last week
The shorts are running it up right? Probably another Green day tomorrow and then the shorts dump right? They are going to sell out at peak, because they are in control here. The hundreds of millions of dollars are being dumped in by shorts so they can sell once it’s around 8. Then they short it back down right? That’s your beliefs right? Oh yeah, it is also driven because of all the great analysts here on Ihub and all the pumpers. They help or they are the shorts with hundreds of millions of dollars running this up, so they can dump at 8 and short. Ok right
Hopefully this is the beginning of non material deals. Just another country Aurora has entered. Acquisition was possibly based on license. The 2-4 thousand kilograms could change, easily. Green day is ok with me.
lol no not serious. Just crackin a joke. Aaliyah is dead by the way. Nice to hear that R Kelly is out, hopefully he runs into Liam Neeson
I did read your message yesterday about share price increasing and you stated that they would probably follow it up with an acquisition. I must say you called that right. If it wasn’t you who posted, kudos to the fellow that called it. I would guess they made this acquisition for the license.
I think he is still locked up. He didn’t have money to make bail. Not sure if you will get a response. Might have better luck sending Aaliyah a note.
I read the PR on the acquisition. Didn’t see the terms of the deal. Did see it was for 2,000 kgs and then 4,000 kgs by 2021 or so. Any idea how many million shares they are going to issue here?
Not sure if Auxly can make it until 2021. A lot can change between now and then. Few more failed deals this thing might be dead. I don’t understand what takes these companies so long to report numbers. LP’s 10 times this size reported beginning of Feb. Hell ACB even gave a window in January on where they would be. Auxly just stays silent while losing streaming deals. Shareholders don’t matter. The insiders are still selling 2 cent shares.
I’m all about a significant increase in share price. I plan on dumping about 50-75% of my investment here. Would like to see 2-3 dollars in the next year or so. Hang on to about 25-50% if it were to continue to run after next rise. Hopefully Chuck has been working on some good streaming deals that will increase total kilograms. I’m sure he has more up his sleeve and good things are to come. 300 million will possibly be used to venture within the US? Rescheduling out of schedule 1 is coming, some are saying this year. Honestly, I believe there are a few companies that are holding surprise K’s. Wouldn’t be surprised if a banking solution is in place soon for the US industry, and it is removed out of schedule 1 by the end of this year or possibly beginning of 2020. Not saying recreational in the US yet, but it’s going to be recognized as having medicinal benefits and out of schedule 1 sooner or later. There is also a vote in the UN scheduled for March to possibly reschedule cannabis internationally. There are events that could take place in the next month or so that would catapult the sector and there are companies holding onto surprise K’s to keep the momentum running. Will Auxly be one of them? Time will tell
This is MAGA board.
Make
Auxly
Great
Again
1. Remove Chuck Smollett
2. Remove Jussie Alves
3. Take 230m cash, buy and delist 450m shares
4. Sell out - 100m shares at 1 billion valuation will do
5. Payout shareholders
6. Close the doors
7. Tell the story of Fauxly and Chuck Rifici
Yeeeeehaaaaaawwwwwww MAGA board
It’s about time to fire the crowd up!
This tells me there was major dilution. So much to cause the average to change from one end of the spectrum to another, while still keeping the same share count. In order for the average to move from one extreme to another while still maintaining 100 million plus shares should tell everyone something. Warrants with high prices are a fallacy. Until those warrants are exercised they are fairy dust. They are like empty promises.
The K is going to send this to a new all time low. Why? Cause Chuck Rifici cannot execute a game plan. He’s been with Canopy, he’s been with Aurora, only to be shown the door. He honestly reminds me of Smollett.
Hence the reason for trading damn near the bottom. After K is released think we might hit the 30’s. Still quite a return for the 2 cent shares that are outstanding. Knightswood Holdings
You think it will be in the .50’s? It already is. You are probably right. Might decrease as some more shareholders get frustrated and unload. What would be wrong with a 10:1 reverse split? Split and increase share price accordingly x 10 times. 100,000 shares would turn into 10,000 shares but value overall would stay the same as share price increased by 10x’s. So instead of shares being worth .50 cents they are worth 5 dollars, but you own 1/10th the amount of shares, however the value stayed the same. Where it goes from there, who knows. Not sure why decreasing share structure would be all that bad or what is wrong with 60 million shares? There isn’t a huge demand here, there isn’t much institutional investment. Perhaps not now but closer to a billion shares, closer to 2nd Q 2020.
I understand the purpose of issuing shares and what it is supposed to represent. You issue the shares to acquire business or the rights to business in order to generate higher revenue. In share deals paper is issued to pay for that business or partnership. When paper is printed you increase the outstanding shares. Executives are given shares based on performance to offset the dilution. If you have 1% or the company and they add shares, you no longer have 1%, you need more shares to have that 1% again, hence stock based compensation. As long as you are included in the dilution and your position increases, all is fine. If not, then you are falling behind. That goes for executives and share holders as well.
People need to understand that Market cap can increase while share price decreases, it happens from dilution. Unless you increase your position accordingly (at the right prices(which no one knows(besides insiders))) your position depreciates. Every time more paper is printed your position decreases in size and value. Unless the company generates revenue to justify the dilution. Right now Auxly is still over valued, unless the K says otherwise it will remain that way, if not get worse. What is the current multiplier based on their revenue? Exactly.
Auxly may have real intentions, they however do not care about their shareholder, at least to date. They did have that run up in January of 18, but they diluted the share count astronomically and it’s been a steady and painful bleed off. I think it’s more likely they issue more shares rather the price increase in the near future. Potential candidate for reverse split.
How dilution works. Insiders are given shares as outstanding shares increase, such as management. CEO of a company, especially the one who created it. So as the share count increases, so do theirs, but they aren’t buying them. Our shares remain the same, in count. So if Auxly decides to do a deal for 50 million shares, they increase the outstanding share count. They award shares to inside management to offset the dilution. Joe Blow who put his life savings in, in order to acquire 100 thousand shares, will still have 100 thousand shares. So dilution doesn’t hurt the key management that are getting shares while share price depreciates. Only the shareholder takes the damage, unless they want to keep averaging and averaging down. Question is, how much do you trust the CEO of your investment? What is taking form in real time? What past achievements/ milestones has he acquired or missed? Did you already go all in? Do you have other investments you are willing to sell in order to double down?
My posts are my opinion, they aren’t investment advice. Facts are facts however. I don’t know about everyone else, but I’m not selling better performing stocks in order to buy something that has only diluted share count, depreciated share value, lost deals that were terminated by other party, and has a questionable CEO at the wheel. So I’ll ride it out, see what happens. Don’t think the 10k is going to be showing Auxly should have a billion dollar valuation, that won’t happen for some time (if ever).
Chuck on winning Innovator of the year, Auxly (Cannabis Wheaton) also won start up of the year. 2017, quite a ways behind us. Deals were also in place when this was awarded, they no longer exist. Still quite the accomplishment our CEO achieved, I think..
Chuck Rifici, Chairman and CEO of Wheaton Income, stated, “Winning Innovator of the Year was a great surprise and I am honoured by the recognition. I share this honour with the Wheaton team, who received Startup of the Year. We’ve built a group of friends and professionals who all want to work together and with others to build companies, products and services that will make our industry better. We are grateful to be recognized for something we all get such satisfaction from, along with them, I want to thank LIFT and everyone who supported us.”

Says the man who called out “company just tripled in value”, over a month ago. How did that work out? I haven’t seen any price action going north, more downward spiral. If the company tripled in value, so did their shares. About the only thing they know how to do is increase the share count and decrease the share value. What’s the difference between Chuck Rifici and Jussie Smollett? One is already behind bars, the other will follow.
I wish I would have done more DD when investing, however most information being released now is post investment dates. I guess I just wish I would have known who Chuck Rifici really is, I am finding out the same way as everyone else, the hard way but you live and learn. I can tell you one thing, this will be my last position in any company he is involved with.
I think I’ve shed enough light. Key points. Minimal revenue, minimal revenue forecasts, close to 600 million shares, Chuck Rifici at the helm. Who knows with Chuck, he could have pumped a bunch of money into these smaller greenhouses, some of that investment goes into his pocket, he walks away like a thief in the night and bye bye Auxly. Chuck is still rich, moves onto next “project”.
He could have done nothing (which he pretty much has) for the last 4 years and he would be worth more. His shares alone are worth more than Chuckie’s net worth and his failing company Auxly’s market cap combined. Let’s look over these numbers.
7,800,000 shares x 46.00 (current WEED share price) = 358,800,000 dollars
Cue the Southwest commercial “wanna get away?”
