Hello... Is this thing on? How many years have they been in business? How many years have they had ANY revenue? TIA
How many years have they been in business?
Very valid point. Gets tricky... I just don't see any reason to sell here personally. Seems as though we are @ a very strong support. If you knew you could get your position back @ a lower pps it's one thing, but we have short term catalysts hitting that may really screw someone trying to get in lower. All my opinion as usual
I believe 3 days for funds to settle in order to purchase the same equity again. I could be wrong though. One thing to keep in mind is the lower cap gains tax if you hold. Its a fairly substantial % if held over a year. I have thought the same before, but have just accumulated instead. I truly believe this equity is undervalued and will see a very much anticipated rise soon. That being said, it's about time lol. Glty
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO REPORT. POSSIBLY THE EASIEST BOOKS TO DO... SALES=0 PROFITS=0 PAYROLL= WAY TO FN MUCH FOR WHAT HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED IN 20 YEARS. WHAT A TURD
If you don't believe in the technology, then what are you putting your money on? For example, look how long it has taken Tesla to get where they are. This technology is being marketed to growers that are constantly evolving to make things more efficient. Right now there are way too many small growers producing in my opinion. But capitalism will conquer as always and huge grow facilities will rule. In my opinion, that is when Gro3 will produce huge. That's not even mentioning that Gro3 is a few state/federal imposed regulations away from being a standard piece of equipment in ALL indoor grow facilities. It's one thing to be disappointed in the pps, whatever. But to question a product, and it's marketability from a company your invested in is not curable. Either I believe in the product I'm invested in or I don't. If you believe in the technology, patience is easy. I've been critical of Roger from time to time, but not his products. Could I be wrong? You bet. But I believe in the company and what I see on the horizon. And I see a hell of a lot on the horizon. Glty
Not a sticky?.... What the hell. Oh well. That is a man that has confidence in his equity. #AMFELONGGGGGGGGG
Have you looked at the companies performance in the past year? Many of us here are aware of a $xx,xxx, xxx revenue producing sub we have under our umbrella that is on no way tied marijuana. It's called Snakes and Lattes. If you wait a bit they probably will be opening one up close to where you live. The address is 112 Underarock Ave. Huge franchise growth going forward. We also own a distribution company that is not MJ sector. We also have a construction sub as well. Basing your critique of AMFE on MJ plays is not supported by what AMFE is actually doing. And the whole MJ purity issue your speaking of, yeah AMFE can help with that too. It's called Gro3. Plenty of research material to be found beyond the stock quote. Glty. Hope you find what your looking for
Good morning all. Very optimistic here. Excited to see what news comes from the convention this weekend. Perfect time to showcase both what Morning has created, as well as give people a taste of Snakes brand. Wouldn't be surprised to here of European franchise interest soon. Keep you eyes on the ball. AMFE is going to uplist soon, now is the time to load up imo
Hear hear. Talk is rather cheap... No matter who is doing it.
I wish you were right... But your wrong. Calendar days, hence the yield sign
Man, there is your way or the highway. Good night fella, same team
Why does everyone abbreviate my name? lol. I'm really looking forward to seeing our new franchise in a few weeks. Fun to be in AMFE. Really get to watch growth and milestones met all the time. Kinda spoiled, really. That's the problem. Roger has kicked so much ass, my expectations continue to climb. #neversatisfied
I assume he will complete those properly. That's accountants. I would assume the books have been much more organized after investing this much time and capital in the audits. I guess I'm more concerned about managing growth, someone or company that specializes in max efficiency. If AMFE grows in the way we all foresee, experienced people basing decisions off past successes and failures would be very helpful. I love Rogers intensity and vision. But his inexperience may cause preventable mistakes. Let's remember, it wasn't too long ago Roger was shoveling driveways by hand for a living lol. The guy isn't scared to work. The bigger we get, the more pots will be on the fire on ALL fronts. I trust Roger to make final decisions, I just hope he has some good friends in this circle he is getting ready to get in.
We are about to go to an entirely different level regarding exchange and what is expected of Roger as a CEO. No matter how good he has done this far, he has no option but to step up big-time. AMFE when uplisted is going to be surrounded by growing companies. We are not going to be in the same breath or mentioned in comparison with the likes of EA#H. We are a top performing pink with tons of expansion possible. I think ol Rog will step up. In my opinion he has, will, and should invite in help he trusts. I think JFR is in his position not only because of his investment, but Roger also trusts him. A long time shareholder with shareholder empathy. We stayed updated throughout Tempe which was way cool to see the progress. I think all subs, Morning, Gro, NS, IK, and Snakes have solid management. I wondered about Morning when we aquired them due to the price we paid. Seemed to cheap. But after seeing very quickly how all of a sudden WalMart puts in a huge order for Mornings games, I decided they must have talent. Ben has been going hard as f#ck with Snakes. I think expansion will quickly progress going forward. Natural Stuff has the actual founder running the show there. These are not bad people at all running day to day. Roger just needs to trust them, delegate hard in my opinion. He is going to have a full-time job keeping the corporate machine churning. SEC reporting will be much more stringent then he has had to deal with ever. Maybe the audit gave him a taste of that though. I think bringing someone in that has good experience in this transition would be wise. I am 100% behind Roger leading. But every great leader gets great advise. Long AMFE.
Last time I'll beat this horse. If the 2 year lasted how long it did, how long should we expect for 2018? Seems like we had more going on this last year then prior years. Iyo, should we expect days, weeks, months? Like I said, my timing sucks. For once it would be great to buy somewhere relatively close to the bottom. Fundamentally, this is trading well below a reasonable pps. But if we are waiting on audit and uplist for news on multiple fronts, we may see lower pps than it is today. Sorry if my pom poms aren't out today, but niether is the 10k, yet.
Let's pray that this is not like the 2 year audit... This is a BUY of a lifetime where it sits imo. But if this 10k resembles our prior audit disaster, it will be a buy of a lifetime cheaper than today. I've been here long enough to know that. We shouldn't act or say things contrary to what it is. Just wished I had better foresight and timing. My large position would be much larger. Never been great at timing, but I'm a hell of an accumulator. Pps is a steal right now. Post audited 10k from this year these prices will be a thing of the past. Hoping for a big surprise tonight;)
Thanks, I hope people dig past this to see the gold underneath. The market is an unforgiven place. #gimmesometraction
The only problem with that is,
THERE IS A STOP SIGN.
How many stop signs have you invested in? Me=0. I hope Roger is writing the PR right now. Time for my patience to pay.
Is it typical to inform shareholders if a delay is imminent? New to this scenario as many others here seem to be as well. Tia
I will buy more and wait... I'll be the first to admit delays suck. But I will also be the first to admit once these technicalities are behind us, we fly. And they may be behind us tonight ;)
Lol, Montana State U remembers me the same way I remember my enrollment... Vaguely.
I had many variables in college lol. How hang over I was, was the main variable lol. Things SHOULD tighten up post audit for sure. I wonder how big of a record breaking year we ended up having? Could be amazing...
Re-read your post, the "or not" confused me. Thought you meant, or they won't be released. My bad, fully agree
I wish I had you for professors in college. "Get me that paper when ever you want" lol. I'm as patient as you will find, but pretending there isn't an elephant in the room doesn't serve anyone. If it is delayed, more buying opportunity tomorrow. If it is released, hold on fn tight. Nothing wrong with being real. Tempe opening is awesome. But the market didn't respond. They want cold hard numbers on the QB. Then, imo, press will be way more effective. Just my two cents.
Roger doesn't want to tip his hand obviously. I would assume that today, if released tonight could be the cut off for free divvy shares. Awesome sauce
Without tweet or PR addressing 10k or uplist, I can honestly see something tonight. Could be a huge opportunity to get some cheaps today. Just doubled my order. I gotta a feeling
Mms and possibly some disappointed about delayed 10k. I think a lot bought little positions assuming a blockbuster PR today. One of these days... I have some powder, I guess I will continue the accumulation game.
I agree. More exposure imo is a good thing. Plus it may have included some update on uplist and 10k. But I'm sure I'm being petty thinking that, so go ahead and tell me how unappreciative I'm being lol
GM ALL. The bride and I are headed to AZ Nov 9. After seeing Egolds pics and review I'm more excited than ever. Great job Roger, Jeff and co. That place looks awesome. Here's to a great week.
COPY AND PASTE DILUTUON DOCUMENTS...
NOT HARD TO REPORT THOSE WITH AS MUCH PRACTICE AS THESE GUYS HAVE LOL
That kinda what I'm saying... I'd be very annoyed and pissed abit. But I have never invested based off emotion. I may feel emotions and convey them to a point, but I am here because of everything they have reported, as well as the crazy growth. I guess my standards maybe set high due to the high level Roger is executing. Never Satisfied Syndrome lol. We are in awesome shape, just anxious to get the show on the road
In my opinion, board games is a great, fairly inexpensive way to be entertained. Cafes could see a little less biz, but where else can you pay a cover of $8 and be welcome all day? We aren't recession proof just like any business in the entertainment sector. But are we a great place to have fun on a budget? I think so
All those things you mentioned, we have. That's why I'm here. We have officially worn out our welcome in the pinks. It is important to change $xx,xxx, xxx into actual numbers we can share with potential investors. As I've said, I have confidence in Roger. I love that I've found this hidden gem. Now I want to show it off. Roger, give me something to show off. I have no doubt about the value I have here. All I have done is accumulate. But it is Rogers job to run this business. That comes with great responsibility. One deadline after another. As an investor, I am counting on the CEO to do his job while I do mine. I am assuming he is or I wouldn't have a large chunk of money here. We just don't need any silly delays on things that should be routine for a publicly traded company. The multiyear audit is something most companies either never deal with or only have to once. It's understandable to me to have miscommunication. The 10 k is different to me. Im planning on reviewing it shortly. Call me a hard ass or dumb ass, but that's what I expect from the CEO of a company I'm invested in. I'm one patient sob but not a mindless investor. We have a great opportunity to give a ray of sunshine in a tough market this week, hope we get to.
We just can't make a habit of missing things and delays. I think Roger is up to the task, but these things are important and should be dealt with as such. As a long I know that I will forget about this and that. But that is not the right way to run a company. Results will be awarded, and failures will be painful. That simple.
Agree. I have faith that all will be accomplished. That being said, us longs have given Roger a long leash this past year. Whether any of the delays we're his fault or not, we know he has good intentions. Good intentions don't count in business though. It will keep support to a point, but results are what companies rely on. I own a business and can tell you that excuses and delays are met with unhappy clients. They happen. But any company that makes a habit out of them is not well ran. I truly hope that Roger does what I expect him to and meet his obligations as a CEO. We have such a great opportunity ahead of us here, it would be a real shame to fumble the ball here. Will it turn me off of AMFE? NO. Will it piss me off? For sure. If AMFE wants to be a big board stock, it's time for it to start acting like one. Growth is great, that's why I'm here. But the technicalities of business are just as or more important then the vision. That's enough ranting. Still 100% bullish here, just do your job Rog
1.575 BILLION WITH A B. WHAT COMES FIRST 2 BILLION OUTSTANDING, OR PPS OF .009... SYNCRONIZED POSSIBLY? PATIENCE IS A HURTYOU
Why can't I find any info on Talisman Financial in Belize? They are listed in company docs, but are no where to be found online.
BRILLIANT, SIMPLY BRILLIANT.
I guarantee you that case will be in the defense's opening statement IF this sh#t show ever gets to trial. He obviously has a history of bringing ridiculous suits. How could someone be that nuts? Wasting the courts time doesn't bode well the next time you show up to try again.
DANG THATS A TON OF OUTSTANDING SHARES... I WONDER HOW MANY MORE ARE IN THE WORKS TO BE DUMPED INTO THE MARKET? 2,000,000,000 DANG
