This stock is Paaaaaaaaaaaaaaaathetic!!!! Rich - put out a dang PR for christ sake!!!!
Goes up 20% one day, goes down 30% the next three days...rinse, repeat. Getting old. Flippers, find another damn stock.
What news? This company is dead.
Who the FFFFF is selling at this low of a price...I don't get it...take losses much?
Closer and closer to sub penny...not liking today's trading at all.
That scares me, either not selling or margins are lower than I expected for whole ale.
Wow this stock is pathetic today....(and for months)
This stock and Adrian McKenzie are a JOKE. Get off twitter with your lies, he isn't working hard...its scamming.
What happened with the distribution delay? I hate excuses and I think they made quite a few for Q4. If this Q1 comes out with a low ass revenue and or loss I'm going to be quite disappointed. The product seems to be selling and it is showing up at random market chains that haven't even been announced yet (thanks Rich). I like that they are trying to grow their distribution chain, but I think I'd get an actual Investor Relations firm that does their dang work at this time and promotes this brand to be associated with ICNB. Makes no sense.
What price is everyone paying per bottle? My retailer got back to me and said if they got any flavor in the retail price would be $19.99 a bottle. Let's just guess at the margins and say they charge $15 per bottle (6 in a case?) = $90 a case. 10,000 cases x 90 = $900,000. How many cases did they ship last quarter?
Saw we ended green, why the big 16% dump in after hours?
Agreed! All it does it go down for days, has one recovery day, down for four more days, wash, repeat. News makes no difference, 20% on news is nothing..it should be a lot higher.
Still hasn't helped any of us that have invested a lot of money into this...
On another note, I did have a liquor store across the border in Illinois order me some Bellisima and is supposed to be getting all three flavors in for me. I'm in IOWA and it's obviously not available at all here yet.
Also makes no sense to why this stock never moves and why he wouldn't care about it moving...doesn't he own like 60-70 million shares (can't remember)? I would think he would have quite a bit to benefit from the share price actually going up. I guess I don't understand how "noteholders" are "making money" on this when the share price has one diddly squat.
One thing I don't like about this stock, they don't have full control with owning 51% ...they obviously have controlling stake but how would that relate to any sort of "buy-out" of the brand even if an offer existed? I would assume CB probably owns the other largest stake and she wouldn't have to agree to a sale. Thoughts?
News? Increased OS and lower PPS. Any news and this turd hasn't moved past .015 ...it's sad. They could announce they are rolling out to every grocery chain (walmart, publix, costco, etc) and this probably wouldn't even break .015 - I've never seen a stock with so much resistance.
Get REAL
Believe it when I see it.
So this should be sitting at .01 for 6-7 months then? Come on man.
I sent the following to the corporate website, probably won't hear anything back.
"Rich / Company - what is the deal with the share dilution and share price? I've invested quite a bit of my hard earned money in this company because I have believed in it since bringing on Christie and her team. I'm impressed with the distribution but not impressed with this toxic financing and lack of shareholder updates along with it. Please do what is right by us as we are spending a lot of our money on something we should get rewarded for eventually."
I can imagine that if they dilute past 1 billion I would have to seriously consider getting out of this POS. I have held onto this for at least 6-7 months now and I rode the wave up to .03 and this is annoying to the point that I'm about ready to throw in the towel. There's no reason at all this shouldn't be way over .02-.03 ..there has to be something going on holding this stock down. I'd like to stay positive since it is impressive how they expanded this but without them owning 100% of this brand they don't seem to give two F's about their shareholders at this point. It is a JOKE.
Since SOOOOO many people on this board claim to chat with him regularly through email...what does he say about this dilution?????
This does not make me happy. So the thought of a "buyback" is a joke.
Who in the F is selling at this price?????
I'd be happy to see this break .02 let alone 9 cents.
Can we check the OS and see if it got diluted at all today?
Seems like no amount of news can break this thing past .02. Pretty insane honestly, they are doing everything possibly right in this company. I'm optimistic but I've never seen a stock act so poorly. There's tons of junk/scam companies out there trading higher then this...so it makes no sense to me honestly.
If only we could break the .02 mark I think we wouldn't have so many flip floppers in this stock.
This is long term hold for me, but this stock is very frustrating to watch bouncing around in the .01 range. Makes really no sense in my opinion, very undervalued. What worries me is that ICNB isn't 100% in control of Bellisima for one. If they were and actually PR'd the stuff about the product and distribution would be helpful for current and new shareholders. It does really make no sense at all why they are keeping Publix a secret...that kind of blows my mind.
I got out awhile ago, been watching. Not really sure what to think or to get back in.
Isn't the CEO ..the CEO of both companies? So I would thinking retiring 500 million shares to combine both companies into one probably doesn't make much difference to him. Saying..
Let's say realistically it runs to $1. Wouldn't that put their market cap at like over 800 million dollars? Maybe if you add about 5-6 more popular brands, Bellissma gets in all major chains such as costco, walmart, publix, fareway, hyvee, all liquor stores, etc. I'm all for it hitting that, but I don't see it happening as the math doesn't add up. Maybe if theirs a reverse split in there I can see it happening. Saying...
LONG $ICNB
UNITED SPIRITS
Another question is....why are we not talking about Bivi at all? Is it just crap or is it in distribution or what is the status of it? I have a lot of money sunk into this hoping for the best for ICNB but I'm getting skeptical now that there was no run up at all going into the 10Q. Getting worried honestly.
Probably can't print that on the bottle unless they owned 100% of the company in which they don't. The bought 51% stake with plans to buy 100% stake. This was news months up months ago before all the distribution happened.
ICNB doesn't own 100% stake in Bellisma but only 51%. How does that translate to earnings and stock prices? Not sure.
I'm betting financials will not be on time but will be the last day of the deadline. Would love them to prove me wrong but that's what I think will happen.
What a joke. Thanks Adrian.
Agreed but I would like to at least sell the rest of the 1,000,000 shares i have to just be done with it and i can't even do that with no volume. At least if they put some sort of PR out i can unload the dogcrap stock.
