Cackling like a bunch of old hens.
This is a desperate company with an extremely viable product and unfortunately they may be a day late and a dollar short.
They need to find a wiz boy that's going to deliver them from the impending doom that lurks..., meanwhile it's just a slow grind and any smart trader will wait until the dust settles, even after the vote.
Yep, this was a mistake buying this stock. Gonna put it on my lesson list.
Won't buy again until the dust settles sometime after the 7th.
Maybe I am wrong but if the stock starts to drop between now and the 6th then people would be anticipating a yes vote.
I am going to ride it out and reevaluate later next week. Hopefully there may be a better indication on where the vote is heading.
What's the closing stock price going to be on Sept 06, just before the vote?
Doesn't this stock have convertible notes issued... in the event of a R\S wouldn't those interested parties cash out those notes... so why would the stock holders vote for the R\S if it's going to drive the price way down..., does anyone know of news for a sale?
New to DCTH just wanted some more insight.

Very informative, thanks for the post!
This board is getting a little childish.
Yes and that's unfortunate.
This stock made a lot of people money over the last few days.
Thanks!

All this drama, love it!
I think you placed your decimal in the wrong place.
Drama with the stock or drama on the message board?
Especially companies that are curing cancer...
for sure.
will we be at .20 by the end of the day?
there's going to be a party here, any day.
Where are the longs?
Thanks for the info
KEEP AWAY
I agree, but I didn't just get that impression.
Just breaking the law of "Money" and how it suppose to be made.
It's their cycle..., what they seem to know.
The R/S is Wednesday..., (1 for 5) so 24.1 mill.ion will become 4.8 million in outstanding shares.
Here's the link or Just read my snippet.

Delcath Systems, Inc. is an interventional oncology Company focused on the treatment of primary and metastatic liver cancers. Our investigational product--Melphalan Hydrochloride for Injection for use with the Delcath Hepatic Delivery System (Melphalan/HDS) --is designed to administer high-dose chemotherapy to the liver while controlling systemic exposure and associated side effects. We have commenced a global Phase 3 FOCUS clinical trial for Patients with Hepatic Dominant Ocular Melanoma (OM) and plan to initiate a Registration trial for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) in the Fall of 2017. Melphalan/HDS has not been approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for sale in the U.S. In Europe, our system has been commercially available since 2012 under the trade name Delcath Hepatic CHEMOSAT(R) Delivery System for Melphalan (CHEMOSAT), where it has been used at major medical centers to treat a wide range of cancers of the liver.
This company just got the green light for the next trial on their proprietary delivery system that takes medication to the liver...
Good Trade made a small profit on the bounce.
whatever, really.
Yes, on your attachment under "Total Current Assets" Notes Receivable (which is the only number I'm concerned with) is "52" ..., how much inventory, fixed assets net deposits..etc don't care.
Not according to ScottTrader steaming quotes, where do you get your information?
Current Assets 52 vs/over Current Liabilities 734. I thought it was understood that we talking "Current"... although the ratio is simular.
