Holding pattern continues. Share price will NOT move up anytime SOON
Waiting to jump in here...
Sorry everyone...I bought some shares thinking 2 cents was the floor. Naturally that dropped as soon as I bought.
Fml...lol. still watching this for a good time to jump back in and make enough gains to cover my losses and make some profit, ideally.
Pointless to try and get them to admit to the facts. Always good to be a counter point to the incessant fan boy posts for potential new investors. If you care about your fellow Americans, you don't want to see more bag holders....and we are the only ones who provide some realistic posts that someone new can at least think about.
Ahhh. Got it. I'd be happy to buy at $150
It was that low not too long ago. Just sayin...
I don't read every post. But anyone name calling should knock it off.
No need to revert to name calling because he points out things you don't like.
He definitely has zero prior experience dealing with a business with shareholders based on his communication and execution.
Getting a patent and obtaining IDE are 2 very different things. Being good at one doesn't mean he is good at both.
Hopefully, this last round of rabbit testing and the genotoxicity tests are the last 2 steps prior to IDE submission.
Agree with all except lights coming on soon.
Any post on this board, good or bad, has zero impact on share price.
Lights will come on with, and ONLY with, positive news about IDE submittal.
That news is months away...so imo not anytime soon!!!
Agree...it is coming when IDE is submitted or a good press release indicating all testing is complete and a final meeting with FDA is scheduled. Not a minute before.
This means we have months of low share price ahead of us. I just hope price doesn't get too low!
The market speaks...
The proof will come if Dr K runs out of money before IDE. If he does we will all see if he can sell more shares. Time will tell
Bingo. The market speaks...
Color me taking it and not smiling.
He bought all 9 million + shares? If that is true, he is even a worse businessman than I thought.
Normally, CEOs and other BOD members of small start-up companies have shares given to them as part of their annual compensation or otherwise given to them as bonuses, etc. The gifted shares incentivzes company leadership to create value for the company, which benefits them much more than their salary in the long run.
I would have to do more research to see if all of those 9 million + shares were purchased - hard to believe that is true. Also, if that is true, those shares weren't purchased in the last 2 years, with the exception of this last 100k.
Thank you for posting! https://www.radiogel.com/investors/sec-filings/ is location of the filing
This is actually a good sign! Might buy some more now that I see a positive sign!! He spent $5,000 on additional shares when he already has over 9 million.
I am no fan of the FDA, you can take that to the bank. From the COVID vaccines to rescheduling cannabis...they are (imo) both corrupt and inept.
I know you don't see it this way, but I think our CEO is a great scientist but not a very good businessman. 2 completely different skillets so it isn't really a knock on the guy, he just seems like he made too many assumptions about what the FDA would want to see in the IDE (he thought all the old pet data could be used AFTER the manufacturing process was changed) as well as spending way too much time and effort on pet side over last 2 years.
The FDA could have told RDGL all of the new tests they would require for IDE, but our CEO could have asked them as well.
It now APPEARS we are in the last tests for IDE (2nd rabbit study and genotoxicity) so hopefully we submit final IDE by Feb/Mar of 2024.
Too many here, to quote a classic movie scene,
can't handle the truth!!!
This board has become a cesspool of endless cheerleading for no reason...one might think some of the people who constantly spew heaps of praise on this stock are paid. I say this because they never post facts or rebuttals that are material to the current discussions.
Yes, the CEO is a good scientist. Yes, RadioGel works and Mayo Clinic sees the potential...but the business side has been horrible.
Any mention of how much wasted time, effort, and money on IsoPet (which couldn't even generate $50,000 last year) is not only frowned upon here, anyone who posts this fact is attacked.
I remember when we could have adult conversations about this company, the good and the bad, without insults. Times have changed in that respect.
As far as the last 2 years are concerned, RDGL seems to be focused as much on IsoPet as they are on IDE....that seems to be a mistake and only objective longs and very fee other people on this board are capable of of calling them out on it.
When will the share price go up with a significant increase in volume and higher bottom sets in? This will only happen with IDE approval. Pet side "progress" isn't doing anything for this stock price...plenty of evidence to back up that statement.
This is a fact based on last time this stock saw price increase with substantial volume - it was the last time they submitted something to the FDA.
This is a no brainer.
Fact
Spending more money on the money sucking pet side...would be great if RDGL could figure out how to make some money with IsoPet.
So far, they haven't been able to make any significant revenue and imo spending money and time on pet side has been a waste of money and effort for about 2 years.
IDE approval is the ONLY thing that will keep the lights on for this company in the long term - that isn't opinion, that is a fact.
Based on share price lately....4 is coming!!!
At the very least he should have asked if any other tests were required...if not we should see some good news in 3-6months
Haha ...how many times have you made that prediction?
PPS will only go up with IDE submission...mark my words.
He also spends money on vet conferences which will do nothing to advance IDE.
IDE is the only thing that matters today, and has been the only thing that matters for at least a year
Where are the revenue numbers?!
The pet side isn't generating any data for IDE. IDE requirements are being met by rabbit study and genotoxicity studies.
In the past, IsoPet did provide useful data for the prior submission to the FDA...that was before they changed their manufacturing process.
Definitely a case of that was then, this is now.
Again, if someone can give me at least 1 solid reason for this company to spend time and money on IsoPet vs 100% of time on IDE...I am all ears.
It seems the market agrees with me and SC8 vs those that constantly cheerlead here.
Just pointing out the facts as I see them
Facts....sad but true. And the market agrees with us.
I think you misunderstood what I am saying. Our leadership is going to vet conferences and expanding vet clinics...why??!! These take time and money and the return is basically nothing.
If our company could expect do generate $100k/yr for every new regional clinic that incorporates IsoPet into their treatment options that would make sense to me. But we don't and will not for years.
Again, would love for someone to tell me why our company has been justified in spending money and time on pet side when the return is less than zero.
So far, nobody has been able to show me why this makes any business sense.
No need. You can pick up shares anytime you want at market price.
I'm hanging on until they submit IDE, which is hopefully by March of next year timeframe.
Our viewpoint seems to be shared with the market...hence the low share price.
Do you think we would be sitting around 6 cents if we had completed all testing and submitted IDE? I sure don't.
This is constructive criticism of the management's lack of focus on IDE. Pet side will not suffer terribly if 100% of time/money/energy were focused on IDE.
Pets and humans will benefit from IDE approval. Attending vet conferences seem like a nice way for the CEO to spend our money and get paid trips out of town.
I call it like I see it
I don't like it when people take what is said and twist it into something else.
You are 100% spot on to call out.
I just asked why they are spending any time/effort on the pet side since it isn't generating any significant revenues...company brought in the equivalent of 1 person working a full-time minimum wage job.
And we are attacked for pointing this out. The only way this business survives long term is with IDE then successful clinical trials with people.
Any time spent on pet side takes away from achieving the goal of FDA approval sooner, rather than later.
Longs need IDE ASAP, and for those that care, so do cancer patients. Can we get there the other way? Sure...but it costs money and time. Time is something cancer patients don't have.
All imo.
To be honest, it appears to me they took this picture after they set their stuff up before the conference started.
Exactly why I am still on the sidelines...
Lol. That is the sentiment in here, exceptions being us.
Please convince me that the $12,500 RDGL generated via pet side for the 6 months ending on 30 June, 2023 is keeping this company afloat - I'll wait...
Thank you for the link, I found the uplisting language, and sadly, CEO wants to spend more time and money on pet side...WHY???!! How does the CEO not realize that once IDE is approved, share price goes way up, and he can toss out another offering to sell shares at a much higher price so he can generate more capital with less dilution. To me this is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG thinking and actions. Funding should be 100% to complete pre-clinical testing necessary to file the IDE...so frustrating!
"We currently intend to use the majority of the proceeds we receive from this offering to expand our animal therapy business to new regional clinics and to complete the pre-clinical testing necessary to file the Investigational Device Exemption (“IDE”), which will set the stage for clinical trials. Our intent is to initiate and target to complete the Phase I, Pilot trials. This is dependent on the responsiveness and timing of FDA comments on the IDE. In addition, we intend to apply certain proceeds towards international patent protection, up-listing, the repayment of certain debt, offering expenses, public company and corporate costs, research and development and other application development, and working capital. See the section entitled “Use of Proceeds” for additional details regarding out intended use of proceeds."
