Yes I agree- I told both the same thing but they think its going lower. I would never sell since I got in at $1.85 and will ride this baby to wherever BP eventually takes V
JT may state he isnt worried but believe me he knows shareholders are ticked off- if he doesnt- he isn't the man for the job
JT has got to be feeling the heat now. He could PR a buyout offer- he needs to calm the waters. Both my son and one of my friends have bailed. They say they will wait until label expansion and/or a BO to get back in
The sNDA is not going to be the cure-all for the PPS AMRN is a small company that will struggle to assert itself. The value is in V. I hope BP realizes this soon after label expansion and makes a fair offer that an embattled JT cant refuse
Yes I agree but a stock deal with the acquirer would be golden
I have no intention of selling. I bought in at $1.85 and will ride it to the top only it wont be called AMRN at that point
As much as they need to try GIA- it wont be cheap
Its naive to think BP wont “compete “ with AMRN They have a way of selling the bejabbers out of crappy drugs. They wont let AMRN have their way and fade into the night. GIA has many perils - the current dip is a preview of coming attractions
For you GIA advocates- don't think this is the last dilution. Its costs big $$ to compete with BP
The tutes must think that AMRN cant handle this alone- more of us are coming to that conclusion. If NVS made a solid BO offer after label expansion you would see a blast off in the PPS
Yes- you nailed it. BP has sold billions of $$ of crappy drugs. Imagine what they could do with the greatest drug of the 21st century???
I would take JNJ in a heartbeat- bring it on
Yes- they should be advertising on Sept 29th or sooner the expanded label indications. Let the courts decide who is right. Its called the first amendment
JL- well said. I have heard JT Say many times his first responsibility is to the stockholders. We just coughed up $400M to him. Give us a break
Yes completely agree. Wall St knows AMRN cant make this happen. V needs to be in the hands of a very imperfect BP who will make it happen. Look at all the crappy drugs they have foisted on the public. V is the real deal- a goldmine for BP
I am long with AMRN for sure nevertheless
if label approval came out today it would add about $5 to the share price. That would bring us to $22.00 a share. Lower then the high of the year. Add in a market drop of about 10-15 percent that is coming soon and we are back to $16-17 a share. Can we ever get ahead of this fixed game called the stock market?? Im bullish still but I do believe something more is going on here.
Which is exactly why a reasonable BO will spare the shareholders YEARS of hoping it happens
I think it sends another message- once label expansion comes BP will scoop up AMRN with an offer they cant refuse. Your $600k will suddenly re-appear
Nothing a legit BO offer wouldn't fix along with an expanded label
Not—— Maybe the market in general , not AMRN Trump derangement syndrome
Too stupid to be voting
Yes JT has said that repeatedly but most of us get V at a Tier 4 level which is way too expensive for most folks
Yeah if we could only go back to the glory days of the Marxist Barry Sorreto Give me a break
You are correct Sir and this is why AMRN needs to be BO ASAP after label expansion
Cash flow positive only after they steal from the stockholders to cover up their inability to become profitable
Maybe so. Wall St doesnt agree. Hope you are correct
JL is telling it like it is- he realizes that JT doesnt walk on water and that AMRN would be better off in the hands of savvy experienced formidable though imperfect BP. Its all about V. It has to be managed correctly so we all benefit. At least JL is willing to admit he might have misjudged - I know I have. JT may be a miracle worker- all I know is we have the greatest drug of the 21st Century and a $17 share price. Not good
Amen- in a heartbeat.
Welcome to the dark side JL. Its brighter over here. GIA is way too painful
On a day like today- which has been far too common- would you like to have an equal amount of shares of NVS with V onboard. Check out the dividend. https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NVS/
Now you know why most of us want a BO. The PPS is just too easily manipulated and has gone nowhere for 10 months in spite of many positives
Yes I agree with you. The question is how soon after label expansion will they know and does AMRN have what it takes to make it known?? This baby will get scooped up by BP after expansion either this year or early 2020.
I hope youre right. The bottom line is—-
Everything is going great with Amarin except the share price. What does Wall St know that we dont- or what dont they know that we know. I sure hope it is the latter case
V is the drug of the 21st Century. Its just in the wrong hands to reach its potential. Nothing personal JT et al. The PPS says Wall Street doesn't believe and they will continue to not believe for a long time. How long do you want to wait???
Well Jl- I agree with you -the PPS has gone nowhere in 10 months. Perhaps a good BO offer made public would get things moving. JtT is hardly one to inspire momentum
JL— moving to Fla in October. I look forward to our golf games where we can argue GIA vs BO- either of which will make us bloody rich
Welcome to my World JL. I was paying about $350 for every 3 months of V until my last 3 month refill was $120 for 3 months. AMRN has LOTS of work to do with the insurance companies
Yeah and if the number JT has in mind is near what BP thinks it s worth- VOILA! BO. Every company is for sale
The Cardiologist who shared this post seemed to buy it
Let me add this- I dont think JT would sell for less than $100 PPS. I BP is doing its homework they would know that
