That was me buying some more at $0.6655... (-:
Wow... the volume....
This scenario is especially realistic if you consider the possibility that approval from ANY RA would trigger a partnership with BP (read $MRK)... again, those Series C shares weren't created for nothing....(-:
Hey Mav! Everyone knows more about this than I do, but I believe the pathways to reimbursement will not be an issue that NWBO faces, or not one they will face alone. I believe MAA approval in the UK triggers partnership... and buyout in the near future after that... jmho
Also, I haven't seen Thermo posting here in a while.... would love to hear his opinion of where we are now....
HB4CT wrote:"Another might be for shareholder approval of a business matter such as a merger or acquisition or spinoff."
Does a partnership require a majority vote??? Based on the establishment of the Series C shares, that's what I think they will do...
Well, a lot of those timeliness depend on this: 3. Acceptance of Application to manufacture and sell DCVAX-L ....
And that depends on if / when the application has been (already?) submitted... iirc, the submittal doesn't have to be PR'ed.... when the application was/will be submitted is not known to us (yet). My guess is that LP is keeping that information hidden to f$$k with the shorts...(-:
Let us also not forget the Series C shares... created, I believe, for partnership. This is how I see the next few months going...
1. Peer Reviewed Journal Article
2. Commercial manufacturing approved in UK
3. Acceptance of Application to manufacture and sell DCVAX-L for Brain tumors in UK (MAA?)
4. Approval of said Application
5. $MRK buys all Series C shares for $2 Billion (or more) to partner with NWBO... common goes to >$8 instantly
6. NWBO uplists to either DOW or NASDAQ
7. Institutional buyers push pps over $20
8. $MRK buys NWBO for multiple of $20... maybe stock trade of 2 NWBO for 1 MRK...
Well said! The next argument I win with my wife will be my 1st.... the best I've EVER done was break even... smh
$32-$34
I appreciate your candor... for myself, I am not sharp enough to see it coming... so, if you see another May 10th on the horizon, I'd appreciate a heads up.... tia
I'm hoping for an 'expected' catalyst before then... the peer reviewed journal...
This is only my opinion (and that doesn't mean much) but it is truly what I think:
I believe it means: we've entered into a partnership agreement with MERCK that is triggered by RA approval in GB, which we anticipate will occur in November, and will conclude with MERCK buying 10 million Series C shares, but we can't talk about it, and don't have the shelf to sell those shares, and can't ask our shareholders to raise the shelf without a valid reason, which we can't talk about until it's triggered, so we are waiting on RA approval to have the meeting where we can give the reason for increasing the shelf.
So while A=Annual, it doesn't mean 'The same time as last year'... hope this helps..... and again, it's just my opinion...
What I believe happens:
1. Nov 2022: GB approves DCVAX-L for GBM
2. MERCK partners with NWBO, buys all series C shares for an amount that gets common >$5 per share.
3. NWBO uplists to either DOW or NASDAQ.
4. Institutional buyers compete for shares and push pps >$40....
Regardless, NWBO will be making their OWN MONEY, and won't have to rely on borrowing money or selling shares to keep the lights on. As you said... they will be in a much better position to negotiate either a partnership or a buyout...
Yeah, so what happens when GB approves DCVAX-L and Sawston starts producing this vaccine which is a leap forward in cancer therapy...??? It has been calculated that it will generate $2 billion per year in sales. Where will NWBO be with respect to negotiations when they have a product to sell and are making their own money... hmmmmm???? (-:
$7-$12 billion is a fair valuation for where they are RIGHT NOW.
Throw in RA approval in GB, and the value should double or tripple..... throw in approval for DCVAX-L in another targeted country and it goes up again.... etc, etc, etc...
Gritstone does NOT equal
Grit stone...!!!
Being from the south it is OBVIOUSLY
Grits tone which is off-white, or yellowish-white if you like butter....
Hope I didn't get too cerebral for you folks....
PM, I believe we get partnership after UK approval.... either end of 2022 or 1st quarter of 2023.... partnership via Series C shares, which will instantly put our pps into a range that gets us uplisted.... which in turn will bring forward several institutional buyers....
What's your guess for closing price??? I'm thinking $0.774
Also, if peer reviewed journal article comes out, without anything else in the next week or two, does the price continue to climb, or is it pushed back down after initial run up...???
Well, you'd be in much worse shape if she used a lob or sand wedge.... course, my wife uses a 38 special...8-/
So... let's see: More than double average volume and the pps goes up 0.18% after being up over 10%.... no manipulation here.... nope, none at all.... /-;
$nwbo looks like some major manipulation going on in the past 25 mins or so with the stock, sell volume of about 400K pushed price down between 2.55 and 3.20pm...by just over 6 cents a share.

Yep... stop loss is a great way to lose all your shares....)-:
Looks like a bear attack to me...
In other words: The writing is on the wall...!!!
(Sorry SP)
Nope.... $56. Each Series C share is worth 25 common... $1,400/25=$56
This is an EXAMPLE of how LP could (potentially) destroy the shorts by bringing on a partner...
Vikinginvest wrote:"This has absolutely nothing to do with the JA, but it is very important for the approval timeline. Definitely a huge positive when it comes to the approval process."
Thanks bigly.... really appreciate your expertise...(-:
Hey BB!
Glad the MM's threw those million shares, for 2 reasons:
1- longs got to feast on 1,000,000 shares at </=$0.63 and
2. More incentive for LP to put the smackdown on those SOB's when the time comes!!! NWBO still holding those Series C shares???? Thought so... (-:
If, after MHRA approval, some BP gives NWBO $14 billion for 10 million Series C shares, that's $1,400 per Series C, or $56 per common... what are the shorts gonna do then, besides go bankrupt???
Is this just a twisted need to feel like you made the correct decision, or are you 'secretly' accumulating...???
Sorry Sir Pump... one day you will regret your decision re NWBO.... May 10th showed us that they HAVE the goods.... and they HAVE to take this path to be successful... you'll see in the coming months.... I wish you had been more patient.
Yep... ole scotty plans to sell at top of wave after peer reviewed journal comes out, then buy back at bottom after bear raid...
Scott wrote:"actually just bought some more."
Hypocrite!!!!
I'm not bitter, or despairing.
One narrative (by longs) was that Series C shares were created to sell to a partner at much higher than 25x current market price, which would instantly increase nwbo pps. When a respected poster said that he was offered all he wanted for a 5% discount, it shot that theory in the head, and after holding nwbo for over 7 years, I'm ready for a dramatic return on my investment... Maybe you can understand my disappointment. No, I haven't sold, and no, I'm not jumping off the nearest cliff. I will continue to hold and accumulate....
Umibe5690 wrote:"When I inquired as to how many preferred I could buy, I was told “as many as you want.” The number of shares in my subscription agreement was left blank for me to fill in."
This is starting to ruin my day.... if true, it kinda blows the "the Series C shares are being saved for a partnership" out of the water....)-:
Wowza!!!
I agree C/O.... so many here are worried about the value of their shares, but they forget that the board members of NWBO hold, or are promised, more shares than 99 percent of the people who post on this board. It seems reasonable to assume that the board members care as much about their shares as we do about ours...
ae kusterer wrote:"It’s my belief they’ve been tipped by the MHRA that they’re going to approve the commercial manufacturing. So, then all NWBO has left is to send in the MAA and when it’s accepted by MHRA the 6 work items will have been satisfied and Advent gets their shares..."
Question: how many shares does Advent get, does Advent they buy them or are they given to Advent by NWBO, and how do you think this relates to the Series C shares...???
Geez... I represent all 3 investors, plus bought around $1.50 on May 10th just before the shorts took over.... so I guess I'm smart AND stupid...
Perhaps the Series C will be used to both bring in a partner AND sell at a price which would move the common into a range which would qualify NWBO for a major index, like NASDAQ...???
How many Series C shares did they create???
