Great question, as I'd be in that same boat. Personally I was going to call my broker and tell them sell at X, keep Y shares, but break up that sell so I don't eff up the market...
Good luck!
TGLO$$$
LOL, yeah buddy!!! Look at him move his sells up...so predictable.
Good luck my friend!
TGLO$$$
Right! ASCM is known shorter! NOOBs don't fall for the walk-down and sell into the bid... When he's on the ASK, slap the s##t out of him! There are no shares and MMs are preying on weak hands for them!
Look at ASCM camped out at .155 on the bid! He wants it to go down there...don't do it!
TGLO$$$
Sprycel, can you explain the cross-trades at higher PPS?
Thanks! and GLTU and all of us longs here!!!!

Here's some basic info. Lower right corner should give you some insight.

Good luck bud.
Hope we see you again!

Agreed! When I slapped the ask yesterday at .10 to take out CDEL w/ 19665 shares, I owned up to it. Granted some noob immediately sold into the bid and killed the run, but if you're (not you PNS) gonna espouse trading tips, put up or shut up.
We can all check the trades. All those 5000 trades at .08#, what for ~$400 per, or that 50k block between 2:30-3:30 for $4k? PFFFT....lol, c'mon man, "profit" ....what profit? You're getting short-term-cap-gained... unless you're trading inside your IRA like I do. But then, it's rare to trade on margin in an IRA, especially with the $2.50 rule hanging over you. I have to call BS, too.
And just in case (for NOOBs) you're wondering what the $2.50 rule is...
http://tradetheticker.blogspot.com/2014/02/question-what-is-250-rule.html
The $2.50 rule applies when you are short selling stocks that are priced under $2.50. Basically, the rule states that for every share you are short, you still need to put up $2.50 of capital, even if the stock is priced lower.
Why does this matter? Let's say you have a $1000 account and you want to short sell pennystocks. If the stock is under $2.50, you will not be able to take a full $1000 position, even if you wanted to. Here's the math:
You have a $1000 account;
For ANY stock under $2.50, you must still put up $2.50 in capital.
Divide $1000 by $2.50, and the MOST shares you can short is 400 shares, REGARDLESS of price.
This can be a huge frustration for small accounts. You might have the perfect supernova chart and the stock is trading at $1, but you can't short 1000 shares. You can only short 400 because of the $2.50 rule.
Here are a few examples of the MOST shares you can short based on your account value:
$1000 account - 400 shares max
$2500 account - 1000 shares max
$5000 account - 2000 shares max
$10,000 account - 4000 shares max
$25,000 account - 10,000 shares max
TGLO$$$
And the MM games continue...someone sold into the bid w/ 25,000. #weak
TGLO$$$
EFF it...that was me, took out that 20k from CDEL.
That remaining 5000 is "fake"
Let's Go!!!
TGLO$$$
If someone takes out NITE, I can take out CDEL with what dry powder I have left! (that's ask slapping folks)
Let's go!

For NOOBs (not intended for you trademax42)..Level 3...I'm guessing NO!
Level 3 is the highest level of quotes provided by a trading service and gives the institution the ability to enter quotes, execute orders and send information. This level of service is restricted to NASD member firms that function as registered market makers. A level 3 quote allows a person to enter into best execution trades as prices are being updated in real time.

hey Mr 300K @ .11 ...yeah you...break up your sell !!! NOOB
Stepping off that ASK will let it breathe and run!!

No gaps please...I need to pick up another 100k or so, as well as other fine folks here, too! :)
GLTYA!!!

Not to beat a two-week-old dead horse...remember LFIN$ and its $5 to $145 run in two days (settled in around $54 now) ...that's an NQ ticker folks...granted difffffffferent industry, but this is even more solid than the volatile crypto market.
Hold on...this ride is gonna be something else based on all this new DD!!!!
Those folks holding multi-thousands, hundreds-of-thousands, millions- ... of shares ...well done...well f##king done...
TGLO$$$
Sorry Sprycel, wasn't referring to you. I don't like calling people by name - you check my post history...anyway...
TGLO$$$
PS: I'll let your counterpunch through...I deserved it.
Agreed! To the OP (who trades w/o L2), explain how they intend to R/S 441MM shares?
If you propose an R/S, can you work the hypothetical numbers (any range will do) for us? Not trying to be facetious or argumentative... companies with billions of shares are the candidates for an R/S...
TGLO$$$
Hahaha...$7/50 share brush stroke (@ 3:59:35) ...#fail ...man, I hope it was no one on this board because no matter down the stock is for some, that just looked bad and pathetic.
Patience friends, patience...and if you don't have it...move on...
TMPS$$$
Trading Pinks or not, you should have L2. Period. ... that's like going to war with a rifle without bullets...but knowing that your ammo is only 15 minutes away!!! LOL
Here's some homework for you (maybe a refresher) but a good reference when you see certain MMs on the bid/ask

320k with CANT (Cantor Fitz)
147k with CSTI (Cannacord)
I hope you have L2 access somewhere my friend. TD is free with thinkorswim
Good luck!
If things line up like we all think they are...we could see another LFI$ ...remember that gem from not too long ago? $5 to $145 (albeit a different market) in TWO DAYS...settled down and is now around $54!!!!
But first things first...HEY MR TEN CENTS...learn how trade, break that ask up...noob! smh

Less expensive than traditional IPO.
https://www.investopedia.com/articles/stocks/09/introduction-reverse-mergers.asp
The Bottom Line
A reverse merger is an attractive strategic option for managers of private companies to gain public company status. It is a less time-consuming and less costly alternative to the conventional IPO. As a public company, management can enjoy greater flexibility in terms of financing alternatives, and the company's investors can also enjoy greater liquidity.
TGLO$$$
Can you clarify just a little please? Are you saying, for example, 4:1 R/S (200,000 > 50,000 shares) then it could possibly (possibly folks) go to $20? (thus your 50,000 @ $20 = $1MM)
TGLO$$$
Let it ride... :) ...which I think you posted earlier...

You always smack ASCM when they're on the ASK! Fake wall!
TGLO$$$
Hah, you beat me to it. $2819.52 more or less...not really a dump...at all...just an eBAY sniper move...LMFAO ~148,000 shares
TGLO$$$
Trading 101...for every sell this is a buy and vice-versa! Whomever 'dumped' dumped into eager and willing hands at .019 ...
TGLO$$$
Every buy is a sell as a sell is a buy. Trading 101. It's how the MM closes the order on its books. Some end up as red or green. You need Level 3 quotes (who was that guy on here who kept saying he had that?) ...but thats only for institutions and market makers...to really see into the hidden bid/ask (2500,5000,10000 shares, etc.)
With NITE on the bid/ask...he'll make that spread the typical +16%, so if you slap that ask, that'll most likely end up somewhere in the middle. Float is wound super tight here.
TMPS$$$
Yep. anyway.....took a small position today...saw ASCM on the ASK this morning and should've been more patient. lol. Chased to high 3s...grrr... lol

ANDDDD because of the $2.50 rule...I guess you could if you're trading outside of the US...

Agreed... Remember I had 115k out there for sale the other day @.25 just to see if they'd bite ... Hundreds/thousands more where that came from... but those shares go at a way, way higher price... Anyway, looking forward to everything getting wrapped up in a nice little TMPS bow!
LOL...good luck. Bid sitter has cash...we've got shares...come and get 'em...I'm pulling it in 5 minutes, tho.
Oh man...might have to sell one GBT$ to pick up more TMPS...decisions/decisions...LOL.
