WOW!!!! Such a surge in price this morning LowFloats$. Don’t you agree simmons? “Why yes. This stock is booming! Betterl load up now!” LOL
Must have hit a nerve exposing that you are a paid pumper. No response other than a insult.
No I am not dumb. I can spot paid pumpers from a mile off. This was a mining company a few months ago. All MJ stocks should be moving due to what happens next month if that was an only factor to judge by. You guys all of a sudden pop-up out of nowhere acting so excited about this company posting "load up posts". Please. LOL
WOW. Where did all of these people show up all of a sudden with all the excitement and big predictions? Hmmmm. Does something smell?
Its here! Today is the day money will be made or lost or remained tied up. Don't doubt me on this.
Anyone ever hear of an appeal. How long are you willing to wait for your money?
Here is what I found.

Full disclosure. I have stock in this company at $1.10. That is why I am watching it.
Positive news out:
Test Results
Been in for a couple of days now. Bought at $1.10. Will hang around for a while to see what happens.
I think. It could be. What if? Would it not be great if?........The fact is a suspension is not a positive thing regardless how you spin it. I am just glad I don't have skin in this game. I am pulling for the ones who do have skin in the game, but if you knew this was going to happen....you you have still invested?
paidbasher123. Please tell me you do know you could never do this....right?
Don't like to see anyone lose money. Hope this works out for you guys.
We will see next week you say??? How about we will see today. LOL
Darn....Wished I had bought in when it was at $70 like some people did.
Darn....I missed it. I should have bought in when it was $70 like the people that bought in at 50 cents were pumping people to do.
Would not be shorting from here. PT Barnum say a sucker is born everyday. Not that this company is good.....but.....well.....lets see what happens with stock price from here.
What I know is Wolf pumps RARELY move 2 days in a row. Usually they are one and done. In fact usually 15 minutes and done. I will buy a pump of his now and then,(maybe 1 out of 10) but never hold longer then minutes. Has served me well in the past. So I miss one. So what. I rarely lose money.
I went ahead and bit too. This is a real company with quality leaders with a successful history. I was invested in this company a year or so back and made some money, but got out when it did not progress like I felt it should. This company is in a great position to utilize the blockchain craze to make money.
JBCT is another stock currently being pumped. This pumper, unlike the WOLF, usually manipulates the price over weeks instead of just one day. Watch this stock price continue to rise for a week or so then crash as shares are being dumped. He usually rises the price for a week or so, dump stock then rise it even higher then do a final dump. The first dump has already happened. Not he is working on the second and final dump.
Wolf has moved on to pump another stock. WNDM stock price is likely to slide down as bagholders from the pump liquidate their position. Not saying the company is a bad one. Just saying pump buyers don't give a **** about the company they buy and will be selling if the stock price goes up so they can reduce their loss or if the price does not go up they will eventually liquidate and take their loss..
Will the venture into the fantasy money ring make a difference in this company? I will keep an eye out.
I just got another education e-mail from Wolfy. So we will see how long Wolfy continues to educate people about this stock. He usually only educates them for 1 day.
Yes. You are right. Wolfy is not a stock promoter and has not been paid by someone to pump the stock so shares can be dumped at higher prices. He is a professional annalist and goes on shows like CNBC, FOX, and CNN to review his view on the potential of a stock. Don't pay attention to the disclaimer at the bottom of his e-mail that state what he was paid to promote the stock.
With that said. Every now and then Wolfy promotes a stock for a longer period than just one day and the price is manipulated (ah...increases in value) over a longer period of time. It looks likes this stock may be one of his longer promotions (ah...educational period) as he sent out an e-mail yesterday saying this stock is not done yet. You will know within a few days if he is done or not. If he keeps sending e-mails and the price is manipulated higher (ah...increases in value) before the a final dump (ah....I mean before the investor who paid him to educate people about the stock decides to take his honest and final profits) then you will know the stock price may run for a little while longer based on his continued "education".
Pulling for ya. Hope you make a lot of money. Will check back in a month or so
I tell you what. Here are the last 5 first of the year pumps the Wolf did. Take a look at look at what they did right after the pump and where thet are now. 2017 KPOC. 2016 HKFI. 2015 DTST. 2014 EACR 2013 TLPH. There you go. Facts not opinion. I don’t care what you do. I am just trying to be helpful. Done with this now
Someone paid the Wolf to pump so shares could be dumped. That is all I need to know about the company. All I am saying is there are a lot of bag holders that will be selling the stock over time that will bring the price back down. Seems to me the smart move is to take your gift of the stock being pumped. Take your profit and buy back in later when the price is down if you are so in love with the company. That way you can get more stock using your profits. Me. I have never seen a company involed in a pump and domp do anything aver time
Take some advice. Take your profit and get out. Wait a week or month and get back in when the price gets back to pre pump level if you like the company. Because my friend. It will get back to pre pump level as bag holders sell
scarecrow. Why don't you hang in there for a month or longer. You will make millions.
Pump worked nicely. Don't get greedy or suffer the consequence. Mark my words.
Is UltimatePennyPicks picking this stock next week?
New wireless had a filed pump today. LOL
I bought this stock a year ago around the time Obummer was working Cuba relations. There was postings about the stock on chats and the anticipation and hype drove the stock to 50 cents then came down when things chilled. Looks like the same thing is happening again. Talk...chat hypes.....and stock going up to around 50 cents. I sold at a loss. Roll the dice guys. This is a long shot. Just get a book or books and keep yourself busy waiting on this one and treat it like your money is gone already and IF it hits you will do well. But this will be a LONG wait. Maybe even years.
Scam or not she is going to fly today. Watch
Watch her run today.
Correction
I meant the stock price will "now" go back up, not will "not" got back up.
Interesting the stock would fall on 87% increased earnings. Its not like there was a run up of the stock price prior to the earnings report. Over a million in cash, earnings increasing every quarter. What are people looking for for crying out loud. LOL
The drop flushed the get rich quick fly by night investors. The stock price will not go back up as the ones that are left are in it for the long run and will not be selling.

Annual Summary of Results
Tapinator recorded gross revenues of $2,448,051 and a net loss of $1,924,008 for the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2015 . This compares to revenue of $943,449 and a net income of $7,892 for the same period in 2014. The net loss was primarily attributable to an operating loss experienced during the year, coupled with increases in financing related charges associated with the Company's $2.0 million convertible debenture financing completed during the second quarter of this year and more fully described within the accompanying notes to our audited financial statements.
For the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2015 , the Company incurred an operating loss of $893,714 , as compared to operating income of $61,946 for the comparable twelve-month period in 2014. The reduction in operating income is primarily due to increases in depreciation of capitalized software development, general and administrative costs, marketing and public relations costs, and a $584,479 impairment of acquired software assets taken during the fourth quarter of this year and more fully described within the accompanying notes to our audited financial statements.
For the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2015 , the Company achieved adjusted EBITDA (a non-GAAP measure of earnings discussed below) of $522,894 , as compared to adjusted EBITDA of $101,762 for the comparable twelve-month period in 2014. The five-fold increase in adjusted EBITDA is primarily due to operating leverage on the higher level of revenues.
Tapinator's cash balance increased to $1.5 million as of December 31, 2015 from the period ended December 31, 2014 when the cash balance was $122,000 . The increase in cash is attributable to the $2.0 million growth financing transaction that the Company completed during the second quarter of 2015.
Quarterly Summary of Results
Tapinator recorded gross revenues of $692,682 and a net loss of $1,048,465 for the three-month period ended December 31, 2015 . This compares to revenue of $370,806 and a net loss of $30,211 for the same period in 2014. The increase in net loss was primarily attributable to an operating loss experienced in the quarter, coupled with increases in financing related charges associated with the Company's $2.0 million convertible debenture financing completed during the second quarter of this year and more fully described within the accompanying notes to our audited financial statements.
For the three-month period ended December 31, 2015 , the Company incurred an operating loss of $639,599 , as compared to operating income of $23,819 for the comparable three-month period in 2014. The reduction in operating income is primarily due to increases in depreciation of capitalized software development, general and administrative costs, marketing and public relations costs, and a $584,479 impairment of acquired software assets taken during the fourth quarter of this year and more fully described within the accompanying notes to our audited financial statements.
For the three-month period ended December 31, 2015 , the Company achieved adjusted EBITDA (a non-GAAP measure of earnings discussed below) of $149,707 , as compared to adjusted EBITDA of $52,184 for the comparable three-month period in 2014. The increase in adjusted EBITDA is primarily due to operating leverage on the higher level of revenues.
Tapinator's cash balance decreased to $1.5 million as of December 31, 2015 from the period ended September 30, 2015 when the cash balance was $1.8 million . The decrease in cash is primarily attributable to a $95,573 interest payment related to the Company's $2.0 million convertible debenture, coupled with increases in expenditures relating to new game development.
Forward Guidance
Tapinator expects to achieve annualized revenue growth in 2016 in the range of 50%-75%, resulting in a forecasted revenue range of $3.7 million - $4.3 million for the year. The Company expects to achieve near break-even results at the operating income level, and is targeting an Adjusted EBITDA (a non-GAAP measure) percentage of 22% for 2016. Assuming, the Company achieves break-even results at the operating income level, the Company expects to incur net losses in 2016 of approximately $1.6 million , primarily as a result of financing related charges associated with the Company's $2.0 million convertible debenture financing completed during 2015, including $1.3 million in expected non-cash charges.

Key Operating Metrics
We manage our business by tracking several operating metrics: 'DAUs,' which measure daily active users of our games, 'MAUs,' which measure monthly active users of our games, 'Downloads,' which measure non-unique downloads of our games, each of which is recorded by third party systems and our internal analytics system. The numbers for these operating metrics are calculated using internal company data, based on tracking of user account activity. We believe that the numbers are reasonable estimates of our user base for the applicable period of measurement; however, factors relating to user activity and systems may impact these numbers.

Non-GAAP Financial Measure
We have provided in this release the non-GAAP financial measure of adjusted EBITDA, as a supplement to the consolidated financial statements, which are prepared in accordance with United States generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP"). Management uses adjusted EBITDA internally in analyzing our financial results to assess operational performance and liquidity. The presentation of adjusted EBITDA is not intended to be considered in isolation or as a substitute for the financial information prepared in accordance with GAAP. We believe that both management and investors benefit from referring to adjusted EBITDA in assessing our performance and when planning, forecasting and analyzing future periods. We believe adjusted EBITDA is useful to investors because it allows for greater transparency with respect to key financial metrics we use in making operating decisions and because our investors and analysts use them to help assess the health of our business. We have provided reconciliations between our historical 2015 adjusted EBITDA to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures below. Some limitations of adjusted EBITDA:
-- Adjusted EBITDA does not include the impact of stock-based expense,
impairment of intangible assets previously acquired, acquisition-related
transaction expenses, contingent consideration fair value adjustments
and restructuring expense;
-- Adjusted EBITDA does not reflect income tax expense;
-- Adjusted EBITDA does not include other income or expense, which includes
foreign exchange gains and losses and interest income or expense;
-- Adjusted EBITDA excludes depreciation and amortization of intangible
assets. Although depreciation and amortization are non-cash charges, the
assets being depreciated and amortized may have to be replaced in the
future; and
-- Other companies, including companies in our industry, may calculate
adjusted EBITDA differently or not at all, which will reduce their
usefulness as a comparative measure.
Because of these limitations, you should consider adjusted EBITDA along with other financial performance measures, including revenue, net income (loss), diluted net income (loss) per share, cash flow from operations, GAAP operating expense, GAAP operating margin and our other financial results presented in accordance with GAAP. See the GAAP to non-GAAP reconciliations below for further details:
