Nah, Musk is totally desperate, setting up a tent, talking about a pickup car, sending emails to his employees that happen to end up at Bloomberg.
I saw that his employees are working hard now, but it's not sustainable 80% of the employee cars in their parking lot are still there at 11 pm.
He just fired 10% which is a good thing for expenses but not for growth.
They will need more money in January.

Wow, I am so short Tesla. Bought in at 373,2. Below 300 soon again.
No more dilution? We could get another boring week, then I think things will start picking up a bit
Looks like we might get a raise tomorrow...
There's practically no difference in the pattern until MA100 is broken. We're clearly in a downtrend until that happens.
However, I feel much more confident now about the SP for this year and I am usually pretty good at buying at the bottom, even if it takes a few attempts sometimes, but I am fine with that as long as I'm not losing any money. There should be a solid support now thanks to the dividend and even if nothing new will happen time will eventually force the stock break out from the downtrend. I don't think we will see 23 cents ever again.

MA 100 is essential, and I can promise that a lot of technical buyers will get in as soon as it's broken and trade higher for a few days.

Stochastic is at the bottom already with a higher share price than it usually has been thanks to the buying we've seen lately.
I would like to get a PM about the dumping is over, and then a date for distribution for the TRW stock. That alone would let us trade in the $1.5 range IMO.

Thanks, I figure these are the numbers if they get financing?
When will siaf make larger money on consultancy again? What kind of yearly profits are you counting with?
It would be weird if we didn't receive an ownership SEC filing this week or on Monday next week.
I just hope and think the stock will go up soon, technical it’s a clear down trend as long as the down channel isn’t broken.
We have seen lots of dumping lately and lots of buying during the past 3 weeks, that calls for something since we haven’t really had any support at all since when Garrett added.
If Siaf has a need of $5m for this year and they now been dumping shares for around $6-7M, well all I’m saying is that it should be close to be done. Also I think they would like to get rid of the financial problems during Q2 and be able to tell the market that the dumping has stopped in the CC.
I also think we will get good news regarding the TRW dividend in the Q2 report.
It’s not weird if the stock goes up to $1.50 if the dilution stops together with the TRW dividend, we have seen a dozen of rallies (70%+) here in the past without any sell pressure.
I think 1 dollar could be possible if they stopped selling right now, we’ll see I didn’t like that the buyer couldn’t hold 39 cents. It makes me wonder if Solomon has to dump more shares than was told or we just had a buyer who thought it was too cheap.
On the other hand we should soon see who’s been buying, which could become very positive or get a smaller loan from the same buyer.
Btw, anyone who’s been asking Garrett about this buyer?
We should see a 5%> ownership filing any day now right??
Did the buyer just realize that he could have bought at 30 cents instead?
Back in the days when Siaf was trading at 40 cents before the RS it was trading the same way for a month or two. Solomon was dumping a lot of shares and the shareprice found a floor around 40 cents. Then came the Ecab loan.
Idk, somewhere in the CC. Some posters were writing about it here.
That Solomon may have said in the CC for 2018-2019.
Yes, the 40m shares estimate and that they’ve received more than $6m on this “financing round” now. And he said the need was around 5M in the CC right?
I think this could be it, for this time at least.
We'll see, they seem eager to get done with this and the price seems very fixed and agreed upon. All the people who have been buying here before in the downtrend should for sure pick up a few shares now because it's the first time we have seen some meat in a long time.
I am going to buy back the 50 k I sold at 43-45cents later this week, 100k = half position.

This is what I think is going to happen...
I’m guessing they need $6,8 million now since they’re paying a dividend.
They’ve been raising about $6M dollars now this year through dilution.
I guess we will see another raise tomorrow then with 215K shares.
All of their blaiseholmen companies are going worse than anything, but everything is always great...
Well, I am only holding about 50k shares for now. I consider 200k as full position.
And I bought those 50k at 0.34c
All I can say is that it looks better than ever during the past 2 years right now, but we’ll see.
Shouldn't we see a 5%> ownership filing soon?
I guess it could be ECAB buying, they would probably rather buy at 40 cents instead of at 3 bucks.
It doesn't matter much if it's 40M shares or 45M shares, I think the next couple of months could be really good. We will also get news about TRW stock dividend in the Q2 report, but we'll see. It's for sure a positive sign that we're seeing buyers now.
Didn’t Solomon say that they should have around 40m O/S for 2018/2019 in the CC?
At least we have a big buyer now, that probably will be buying the rest of that 0.55 cent batch. IDK, but the guys who’s buying now will get 25% return annually.
I guess this 40 cent level could get like the old 40 cents before the ECAB deal and they might have much more shares to print, but I don’t think so. Nisse seems a bit more happy about siaf, but you never know. Idk why they’re not buying, they’re probably hoping to receive that loan.
If we’re capping out at 40m shares for 2018/2019 this might be a good opportunity to buy.
There won’t be much shares available below 1 dollar when the dumping stops.
You better ask Solomon to issue another 400k shares..
If it’s Hansson that’s buying then we will probably get some positive news on finansavisen for a change.
It sure feels like someone who knows the company pretty well.. and they’re not in a rush. So yes, Hansson is probably a good bet, but who knows. Could be someone linked to Garrett or his company as well?
There’s more buyers on Merkur now as well.
I pointed out as soon as we got the Q report that someone big is buying. And another time on Thursday/Friday, that someone is accumulating shares. It looks good that someone larger finally buys. I'm guessing they have been buying around 1,5M shares by now.
These guys haven't been growing on trees around here so I think it would be safe to say that it's one larger investor/institution who's been buying.
Or this buyer knows how much shares that’s left in this 0.55 trench and will buy the last “on the market” dilution.
He’s been buying a lot so we might get a new 5% ownership soon, if it’s not Garrett’s company who’s buying back what they transferred to Garrett.

It's been more like a technical heaven :p
I would be good with both of these options.
I really like that someone actually buys shares here. It was a long time ago since we had any kind of support.
And as I said a week ago, OBV is the best indicator to see when it bottoms out.
However, need it to go above MA100 (the black line) to get a true buy signal.
Looks Good, I’m pretty sure it will be good to be bulking up with shares for the next few weeks.
If it’s only 1,4 million shares left then this is the time to buy.
We will probably get the trw dividend this year and a 25% return/dividend is quite good ;)
