If your planning to sell at a loss hoping to buy back cheaper, please keep in mind the "WASH" rules. I myself will buy an additional 5-7M shares and simply sit on them should we see a huge decline in PPS. Dont think I will see that, But it is my plan.

I would hope people investing here realize that BDPT isnt at the revenue building stage yet. We are very very early to the party. Hence the reason the PPS is only .002's. This is the time to accumulate stock. If your worried about todays or tomorrows PPS your probably not in the right stock. BDPT insiders have so far shown they are pretty good stewards of the SS. Correct me if Im wrong, but I dont even think the people behind the scenes are getting paid for their efforts. Thats the kind of dedication Im willing to invest in. The foundation is strong and their patents are, according to third party, worth 800M - 2B USD. You build wealth in the OTC by finding stocks like BDPT early and parking money in them. Given 80% of OTC trades are failures it makes no sense chasing stock after stock in hopes of finding a winner. Unless something traumatic happens I see the PPS going much much higher down the road. It's your money do as you please... certainly not going to change my opinion. GL

Listen, there are such things as people being paid to promote (pump) shitty stocks. I for one have been approached on more than 1 occasion to do just that! I have never taken a single penny nor have I ever taken a free shares from these corrupt individuals. PB and I are close. I have been to his house and broke bread with him, while discussing OTC stocks. The first time I told PB I was offered money for pumping a stock... HE TOLD ME NOT TO GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE. PB told me (as though I didnt already know) that it was illegal and IMMORAL. PB and I have had our fair share of fights in the past, However if there is one thing I know about PB its that he is guilty of it's being HONEST to a fault. PB has never taken money to promote a stock. BTW BDPT JUST PUT OUT A PR!... BTW, Please help clean up this board. BDPT went from being one of the finest boards on IHUB to one of the worst. IHUB will have no QUALMS about shutting down this board and taking posting privileges away. This wont help anyone.

Everybody put their big boy pants on and realize this is the OTC. Stocks raise money to stay afloat down here. How they use the funds is far more important, than the actual raising (offering). Stocks will little to no potential with billions more in their O/S are selling for 3-5 X what BDPT is. I for one will be sucking up shares, so the further down the PPS goes the better for me. I know in a few short weeks, this offering will be nothing more than a memory (speed bump).
1B O/S is not the end of the world... I have been accumulating low 2's this week and given my future intentions this news is a win/win for me. UP I make money, down I accumulate for recovery of PPS.

BDPT is on top of my list. As you well know, the number of shares someone has been able to accumulate at these levels is far more important than the current PPS. The PPS is only important when selling or accumulating for obvious reasons. The pot of gold is obtained when one has accumulated a substantial pile of shares making exit a life changing event at much higher PPS.

Many seasoned traders bought in the .004 range, whats your point. We are currently experiencing a sale on BDPT stock. If someone is too inexperienced to realize that, I cant help them. I promise you, those of us that added .004's are absolutely thrilled the PPS has temporarily lowered so we can add more shares to our pile. I look forward to reading your posts in multi penny land.

THE FACT BDPT IS HOLDING 700% GAINS SPEAKS VOLUMES TO BOTH YOUR POST AND TO THE STRENGTH OF BDPT.

The OTC has been in a slump for what feels like forever. Finding fundamentally sound stocks with potential, like BDPT, during this period is absolutely crucial. The OTC will once again come back roaring, as usual, and being ahead of the 8 ball is paramount.

I have been trading this market for 50 years and have yet to understand the average traders mindset. If you have done your DD and think BDPT has potential, why wouldn't you accumulate as many shares as possible.

Trust me, my vast experience doesn't in and of itself make me a better trader than anyone else on this board... It only means I have found a system that works for me. I liken this problem to a car dealership running a 50% off sale on a brand new automobile. Does this diminish the value of said vehicle? Smart money should be lining up for the sale, buying two if possible.

Listen, if your tired of getting your ass handed to you, year after year... Change you way of thinking. I have been accumulating since trips and bought more as recent as yesterday. Thanks to PB alerting me of BDPT I will be receiving a fortune of spin off shares alone. Previously, PB and I entered a spin off play where he netted some 40K worth of free shares. I didn't count mine, but it was a fantastic deal.

Product has not changed, only the PPS has gotten better. Instead of bitching why PPS dropped, take advantage of it. Fact of the matter is, you know who is.
