With all that aside, what say you on Apple car being a CE product?
Let's take a vote of our peers. If I were on a jury I would vote nay. Automobiles are not consumers electronics!
What say the rest of the board?
Li will never get rid of those 8 cent shares if nobody steps up! Lol
I'm not saying I'm not voting. I'm waiting for an announcement. I'm not blindly voting for dilution without a solid contract and a plan. They have a month or so before I speak up. Not being a bitch, just giving them some time to win my vote or "no" it is.
I'm waiting for an announcement before they get my vote. They could care less about our voice so they can get my silence. While I realize that some may consider it "biting my nose to spite my face", sometimes that's the kind of guy I am.
Other times I bite their nose!
If so I can't imagine why, about time.
We've all got time enough to cry!
With you 100%
Thanks for the post! Cue the "But how will we get paid?" posts.
Broken clock is right once in awhile!
This analyst has a better record than Munster, I believe.
I was almost thinking the same thing but I had a Liquidmetal Death Star blowing up in the end.
Purely Science Fictional. Lol Just kidding!
Going to need a blockbuster announcement to get my vote. I refuse to show any support for dilution without one. I would rather them close shop and lose my money before paying those guys more for none performance.
My eyes eventually did recover. However, they have recently bulged out again after seeing the proposed 1.1 billion share count.
If we're being honest.
Does take the edge of the opportunity costs!
It was only a mater of time.... Lol
Maybe Tom just needs the 8 million until he retires. Maybe he will make sure the conditions aren't met and use Li money to keep the lights on. Pay him back his own money with interest, turn the lights off, and then retire to Los Gatos in style.
Just kidding Tom wouldn't do that!
I thought a Liquidmetal would be most useful for Apple because of Apple's green initiative. I thought they would just have that robot tear the phones down and reuse the material. Premium product that you can recycle and resell will help maintain those high margins.
Including the part that says bullish?
Just in case you misread it as bull$#!t
Best scam ever!
Could they have just authorize the remaining 220,000,000 shares at .25 and raise the money needed? Seems he is willing to pay a premium and give him an extra seat to sweeten the pot. 1.1 billion is far to many shares.
Thank you
Why does it say he bought at .07 but conference call says .08? 100 million at a penny is still a million dollars. What am I missing?
Watts, why didn't he just try and buy 51% at the .16, "100% premium" that he is willing to pay?
I thought Li bought at 8, am I reading it wrong?
My thoughts are, like others, that he probably has information that we don't. If he is willing to pay what Tom considered a 100% premium for the stock I have to believe something is in the pipeline.
We may get a bit of a sell off but we will rebound.
How long does that first 8 million last? I would almost vote no and put their feet to the fire. They should not be able to dilute the stock enough to give them 5-6 more years to screw off.
If they conditions aren't meet what do they have to pay back? Is it the 8 million at 3% or am I getting that wrong?
I just skimmed the filings so don't blast me to hard, and I've been drinking! Happy St. Phatchicks Day!
I'm not sure about tomorrow but I think we will get to .16 soon. Li's average price should be where we hover. When is the vote? I feel they will save an announcement shortly before the vote to cover themselves.
Please no Funeral March! Lol
Someone posted this link that sums it up for you.

Get well.
Just for discussion, if for some reason the conference call goes well and we get a big announcement and that price goes well over .25 does he still get that price?
Does anyone have any idea how we will be able to produce "significantly larger parts" with this deal? Seems like it is a key limitation that we will no longer have.
Thanks, must have skipped over that part. They more eyes we have on this thing...
I asked the board earlier if Apple knew about this deal and could gain access to their patents by buying us out. I'm interested in the little blurb on the larger parts.
Are we tapping that line of credit yet?
Thought they could do what they want as long as it does not infringe on CE deal with Apple. Not entirely sure.
Is it possible Apple knew of this deal and will just buy us out for the EONTEC patents we will receive for larger parts?
With the financials already out you would hope bad news is already reflected in the stock price.
I'm reluctantly optimistic that we are going to hear something positive or they would just skip the call. I just hope it isn't more of same BS. I could care less about new request for quotes.
Apple Watch band would be nice but I want MORE!
Six month extension and no "big" fall announcement last year. Still thinking something is brewing.
Saw this and wondered why they needed the extension. Seems we could get some news between now and August.
I really don't think so either. Just tired of same BS. Dodging conference call is Bush league and I'm waiting for the Big league!
Yeah something doesn't feel right. Why go to the trouble of issuing options recently just to go under.
