i just did
per the filings
after the merger:
Kistler is out
Onxolix owns 66% of outstanding shares in AEPP (roughly 93 million total issued)
AEPP will be completely debt free
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001584137&owner=exclude&count=40&hidefilings=0
it's all in the filings with the SEC. not just kistler talking.
kistler is out once the deal is done.
over $15 Million in VC backed capital raised to date...
Redman is the face of Oncolix but Payne is the money guy. Payne, not once but twice a summa cum laude from big time academic institutions is seeing all of this through.
I'm just saying...these guys really know what they're doing and have a tremendous track record as a team.
folks should looks around at the biotech investment world and see where companies with similar stage products are trading. then consider this is a cancer drug which could add a tremendously higher long term value...
our $5 million market cap will get crushed. this could certainly get to 500 million in the not so distant future based on all of the catalysts we've mentioned alone. future valuations on promising drugs in the biotech world can get crazy.
if the merger goes through, oncolix doesn't screw over the shareholder, the drug keeps progressing positively, and they keep finding folks to fund this, there really is no reasonable limit to where this could go.
About ProlantaTM
ProlantaTM is a therapeutic protein with a novel mechanism of action called autophagy, or autophagocytosis. ProlantaTM targets human prolactin, which is implicated in proliferation of cancer cells, and has the potential to treat ovarian, breast, prostate and other solid tumor cancers. Prolanta's mechanism of action was described in a publication (Cell Reports) in April, 2014, written by scientists at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. "Prolactin is a potent growth factor for many types of cancers, including ovarian cancer," said senior author Anil Sood, M.D., professor of Gynecologic Oncology. "When we block prolactin signaling, it sets off a chain of downstream events that result in cell death by autophagy."
keep in mind that they've already received over $15 in VC funding. if and when this merger completes...good grief. this really could be the opportunity of a lifetime if...
this will go well beyond a dollar if all holds up...
whatever is there will go fast too.
only about 30M float
upcoming catalysts
1. Finalization of deal next week
2. Tell the world about Oncolix
3. Ticker change
4. Prolanta update. They will absolutely tell us that Phase 1 is going well.
5. Announce Phase 2 details.
6. Possible discussion of licensing/partnership.
Remember, this is no fly by night biotech. They're working with MD Anderson and the team in charge have created previous biotech startups that went to NASDAQ.
The only question here is if the deal is really going to go through. Wait and you'll still make plenty of money. Don't wait and you can make a fortune.
5 hours left. who's in and who wants to wait?
don't trust kistler at all
jeez, they're still at it!
unreal.
although more eyes are upon this now so i could see a friday afternoon run this time around.
doesn't matter. the pr after the deal is done will be plenty to light the spark.
with that said, if last time around was any indication, we'll probably trade around these levels until monday.
market makers want to bring this one up right now...any buying at all and we're in the 20s
i love the story that they're setting up here.
they're getting all of their ducks in a row to get this thing ready for a really powerful push.
they may have sold some shares, but that's kind of the point, right? better to get it out of the way early and get them out there. now the story continues to develop and with so much volume in recent days, we're so primed. just a matter of time now to watch this story unfold...
$$$film
company is moving quickly here too. looking good
there should only be about 30 million shares to trade here...
just saying this isn't a risk free play like some are trying to say.
don't worry, i'm holding a ton though the merger...
AEPP just downgraded to PINK.
anybody know why?
company could issue tons of shares too.
there's a ton of risk here. onxolix could be in a terrible financial mess. why are they going pink right now?
they can't sell any of their 5 million dollar block offered last year either.
plus we're worried about a potential law suit holding things up.
and we've already been delayed once. not to mention the ceo trying to sell the company doesn't have the best of reputations anyway.
this could crash in a week just as easily as it could rise...
why on earth would you be looking to buy then?
30 million float...
sell if you want, this will run like wild before long.
that bid really really really wants to swell. bid wackers have cost themselves a fortune today.
monster base forming at these levels.
if you wait too long you could find yourself on the sidelines here. all it will take is one motivated buyer to take away those shares you were hoping to get cheap next week.
i don't know what will happen, but that's the risk you take by waiting. this traded at .3 (.1 with dilution) recently as an empty shell.
oncolix, to say the least, has assets worth more than a dime.
friday trading.
nobody is really selling here. the market makers seem to be intent on keeping the price around .043 for a while. MAXM bidding.
this is the calm before the storm for sure.
this was over 7 last friday as we awaited possible news monday.
i agree that we'll be back up there in a week if not higher provided no more scares are brought here.
bid getting pretty big. buyers want to know if the dumping is done. when it is this goes past 3 quickly.
3rd straight day of massive volume here
if how this went last time we thought we were headed to the deal, i don't really see this stock doing much of anything until after the deal is done.
doubt it really drops, but i'm not expecting a ton of buying. no matter, it'll just give you a chance to pick up more along the way. this is easily going to a quarter once the deal is done, probably much higher.
they also printed a 66 trade that looked like the signal. selling stopped and giant trade was printed right after.
FDMF was for sale and the sale didn't go through as promised?
what else do you know?
is there not going to be a lawsuit? i heard so many rumors i don't know what to believe.
this company could shut down any minute.
according to the company just a few months ago. no filings or releases since.
PUMP AND DUMP
strange they keep going through the trouble of changing the directors but won't get the accurate share count in place.
