My remark resulted from a lack of the usual paper trail of SEC filings. I haven’t located a form 4 or 13g that indicates the G shares transfer. That would also include the 2000000 common stock transfer if it was included?
I also was not specifically asking you to dig it up. Slashnuts did mention some of this material in his post 48997.
It was posted in June 2019.
Oldrogue.
I’m not sure....all I was concerned with was being able to trade from my Schwab account. To my knowledge GERS was never put on notice of having their shares suspended by the SEC. If you find something let me know.
Oldrogue.
Thanks, I didn’t see that filing.
Oldrogue.
I don’t believe Greenshjft has been paid the $18 million from Attis. All indications of any transfer was the 500000 shares given to GERS from Attis.
Oldrogue.
GreenShift has options Rehearing or Writ of Certiorari. Rehearing is the better option. GreenShift was also granted the Patent or Patents. There is a lot on the table at this time. Mexican Standoff?
To compound the issue Attis Industries is being pressured by the SEC to cough up the delinquent 10q and 10ks.
To make it worse Saudi oil price fight with Russia. Tough situation for GERS and Attis. I’m waiting for word as much as you. GLTA.
Oldrogue.
I own both Atis and Gers shares. It’s strange that the SEC goes after Atis for not filing when Gers has been longer out of date?
Oldrogue.
This is not to harass or mean spirited.simply a request to honor
the statement below.
Slashnuts: Post 48997
But to answer your question, I believe we're waiting on ATIS. GERS owns ATIS series G shares convertible into the money that will eliminate GERS remaining debt. My assumption is ATIS needs to be current with their filings so that GERS can convert the series G shares, or ATIS can pay with cash from the new refinery to minimize dilution to ATIS.
Once GERS is debt free and the threat of dilution is eliminated, GERS will update their filings, IMO. The success of ATIS is important. The Sunoco acquisition is key. $150MM in revenue is a great starting point with a series of exciting upgrades coming. Upgrades that would've enabled the ethanol industry to be profitable today, had they had the wisdom to work with GERS.
With only 20MM shares out, every $1MM in profit would be EPS of $.05. Whether it's cannabis oil, corn oil, CO2 to ethanol, earnings from the ATIS JV, etc...

I respect what you have said Nobody but, I prefer to hear it from KK. Also wasn’t it you or someone posted a remark from Kevin that “ even if we lose the appeal GreenShift will still be in fine shape “ ? That’s not the exact wording. Close enough.
Oldrogue.
The recent questions are why we need GreenShift administrators to have a communication with this board. There is too much confusion on the issues.
Oldrogue.
Continue the fight don’t give In until all options are exhausted!

Skunk has posted on his site...maybe important to say the least!
Oldrogue.
Thanks nobody, you saved me some work later on this evening.

I have to get to my desk top computer I’m not real adept using an IPhone. Maybe a while sorry about that.

This is of interest of what we have discussed:
How to Handle New Evidence During the Pendency of an Appeal.
By Benjamin McCoy
Foxrothschild.com .
Give it a read I found it interesting.

The only thing “ green “ this morning is the VIX, so yes the markets are really getting the attention this morning.
I’m wondering if this new revelation / information would be the trigger for the SEC filings? Just curious.
Oldrogue.
It’s a strong guess and assumption.
Oldrogue.
Thanks for the DD Slashnuts. Great job and well done!
Oldrogue.
It would seem that GERS’s Appeals attorneys have already notified the Appeals court! That’s their duty to represent GERS as it is new evidence not presented in the December hearing.
Oldrogue.
Slash has posted on PEIX so does this also affect all defendants? Who needs an appeals court when the US Patent Office can do it for you at less expense and without a contrary judge snarling at you?
Oldrogue.
Slash, would you please elaborate more on what you have posted? I’m somewhat lost on the meaning here.
Oldrogue.
When all assets are thrown in its closer to 100 million? I have figured it should be close to a ratio as Green Plains. Of course when the 10Qs and 10Ks are filed???? Yes I know saying that will open another can of worms!
Oldrogue.
The videos to the right on my smart phone lists lists two partners, White Buffalo Hemp and Artizen Hemp. At White Buffalo Gers CEO KK is listed as an employee.
That’s right to the message board on my smartphone. White Buffalo’s Facebook ? site lists Kevin as an employee.
Oldrogue.
If I were a short I wouldn’t be worried if my stock was falling in the red!
Oldrogue.
MM’s and shorting. It’s a classic example from text book perspective. There hasn’t been any bad news or any news recently that would reflect a downward drive?
Oldrogue.
Reverse Mergers and Shell Plays? Check it out on ihub, you may get some idea of a possibility.
Oldrogue.
I listened several times to the appeals court discussions and would have to acknowledge nobody’s opinion. That’s been 2.5 months ago. A slam dunk decision that’s it’s a negative ruling would have been posted by now you would think?
Oldrogue.
Someone dumped at the end of the day!
Oldrogue.
It’s probably those “ Transient Shorts “ ( post 20624 ) That’s the problem;)))).
The Nebraska Ethanol Rack Price site has been a good indicator for me for direction of ethanol prices. That coupled with ethanol futures prices gives the month of January a black eye, ethanol prices seem to be at their lowest in winter.
This uptick in GPRE looks like ATIS may follow along to move back up. Ethanol rules Atis profit making ability and Attis’s projected $1.39 per gallon cost to produce ethanol will be in question. Can Attis produce ethanol at $1.39 / gal?
Oldrogue.
February seems to be the month in past years that RJDG began its climb. Looking good for now!
Oldrogue.
Hope you’re correct on this.
Good luck.
Oldrogue.
I did the same thing between the two, a month ago . Used the P/S to come to a close approximation. I admit the use of your earlier Attis revenue and asset from old quarterlys. My price for Attis came to $7.00 a share. That was with Green Plains P/S as a guide. Nice job!
Oldrogue.
I’ve done some DD on SWRM it seems legitimate. They hired Indian nationals to boost their software team.
The hiring occurred last summer. Yes, both Rabbit and Brewer manage the business. OISoft has posted a notice last year that they ( OISoft ) we’re partnering with SWRM. I would like Ron Brewer to elaborate on the both units business relationships with RJDG.
Oldrogue.
The site designated 1 day. Then again you only mentioned shorts there was no hair splitting.
Oldrogue.
No shorts?????...go to ( otcshortreports.com ) plug in RJDG.
Great job on the Intro for RJDG Ihub. Obviously done by a sober person!!! Ha ha.
Oldrogue.
The OS Count you have used In your Attis essay / analysis used the OS from the YAGI 13d which is the latest share count. Go ahead and use that one.
By the way your Attis analysis was well done. It’s great to see young people put some work into their investments.

I used the 13g submitting from GERS receiving 500000 shares then divided that by 0.088 to get 5,681, 818 shares. Remember this 13g was submitted to the SEC, there should be some integrity there?
Oldrogue.
I have emailed corporate IR departments and CEOs. It’s not unusual for them to mention good information to a shareholder. They of course were micro caps.
