Maybe the order's too dam big and Andy couldn't fill it with available inventory. I was afraid this would happen. Terrible problem to have...need money to purchase inventory. I imagine filling 9800 stores and 1100 MinuteClinics with 37 million patients visits would be difficult. Hope they can keep up with exponentially growth that just may be beginning.

strange indeed....a tug-a-war between human health and the almighty dollar. It's just a backasswards system if you ask me. Imagine this...doctors getting paid only when people remain healthy...you'd see everything change then. They'd be less practicing going on and fewer patients dying for dollars.

How about placing ads on social media. Take advantage of the fact that it's where the younger folks are at most of the time. Teach them and they will tell their relatives in pain about it. I've read somewhere that you get the most bang for your advertising buck on the internet. Maybe Gramps could whip up another one of his great short videos for this audience.

Could use Twitter to spread the word too. I like their Social Targeting Ads program. It looks interesting and could be a great way to get the word out more effectively.

The way I see it, is this...Big Pharma has a lot to lose if this little company becomes successful. These patches cause people to take fewer pills, not good for their business. So, what would you do if you were them? Lean on the FDA to stall them. Maybe it's all designed to make Andy think, hey, they're coming around and maybe we'll get a partner soon. NHS kept OTC sales from flowing.....Maybe Big Pharma knows exactly what they are doing.
Trick them, trip them up and run them out of business quicker!

It's way past time to begin advertising them but better late than never! The focus should have been on generating sales and not FDA clearance. Once the FDA hears this company won't be going out of business they'll approve.

That's the best news I've heard in a while. Multiple CVS brick and mortar stores are beginning to sell Actipatch. Finally it's available to the general public. It's about time!

Just thought of something. Why not different color patches. Women wear blouses that are semi transparent. If they wear a black blouse and they turn a black patch around the light won't show either. I bet these people would buy several different colors to match their apparel. See, complains should be welcome because they sometimes spark ideas.

No doubt they are influencing the stall. They will lose money if Actipatch becomes popular. They know it works and will do everything in their power to protect their market share. I've been around long enough to know our government is corrupt. It works off bribery via lobbyists and back door deals. I would have been shocked if the FDA approved whole body use when they allow heel and knee. The back is a very big problem with so many people that it wasn't allowed and may not be for sometime. It's simple. The FDA is controlled by big pharma. I'm sure they were told to delay, stall move to the bottom of the pile Actipatch's whole body clearance until Bioelectronics goes out of business. It's BS that DHS is happening so slowly and someone has put the heel patch on hold but the Knee is still free to be advertised OTC but isn't. Why Andy doesn't allow it to be advertised is beyond me. If I was CEO advertising just this one product indication would have made it a household name like Band-Aid by now. IMO he's wasting time waiting on the ever stalling slow slithering BP owned FDA. It's frustrating to watch this product and stock go nowhere when they both have such great potential.

If they advertised it wouldn't matter when it went off but otherwise who knows when the FDA will make this extremely difficult decision.

I've heard AW state that the products just don't sell well. IMO this is AW's problem. He doesn't have faith in his own products. I say BS, THEY DO SELL, he just hasn't been able to target the USA. When they were on Dr Oz for just a few minutes they sold like crazy until someone alerted the FDA and they stopped sales. We Americans have pain and expendable cash to spend on pain remedies. Bioelectronic's just needed the FDA's okay on 1 product for over the counter sales in the USA and what does AW do with that green light? He decides it's time to educate doctors about Actipatch? Yes, sometimes you have to just throw in the towel when it becomes unbearable. The FDA should give Actipatch full body approval soon. It sure would help with this pain pill mess they helped create. I doubt it would solve it but it will help. Good luck!
