Eddy, you posted that you sold out at .077 on 2/22, how are you at .09 in if you sold out? This stock has not been at .09 since 2/14? If it had been, I would not be even thinking about selling. Now I am wondering if you are playing games here with all of us?!?
I had trigger finger when it hit above .12, pushed my ave way up, have averaged down but it has now gotten harder to rationalize that based on numbers of shares owned. Am in at .10 at present.
Finally!!! Someone who gets the name! Can't continue to live and die in 3/4 time my friend
ty manshoon, got it.
Glad to hear (should have figured that since all my Eddie posts got deleted). Just heard from Ducati on private email. Hopefully he will post again soon. glta
I don't agree. Not in his best interest.
Alot of the regular longs here have been awfully quiet, where ya at Manshoon? Ducati? Silkmaster? Spiderpiller? Retro? King B? Rayovac? ES 1? Rev?
I was close to pulling out back then also, but it only stayed there for a very short while. The trend is ugly at present, we are no longer maintaining a substanable base as in the previous "no news" periods. The decline is no longer gradual and unless we hear something quite soon, it will only worsen. .06 is my drop dead number, won't lose anymore then 40% on any stock unless there is overwhelming evidence to hold, I have none at present. 13 months and same old same old approach from company. I will be honest, it is this board and the continued encouragement/presumed info being provided that has kept me in this long. However, even though I agree with the majority as to the "potential" and the "strong players involved", this continues to be nothing more than a "research grant" or at least thats how i am now feeling with regards to the approach of the ceo over the last several months.
I think what really got me going was the "Joe Noel" involvement, makes no sense, in fact, I just plain don't get it. And then hearing some of us longs talking about it, made even littler sense.
I hope what Manshoon was told is accurate and we hear very shortly about a cc or at least news update, however, considering that I still have many unanswered questions related to "Ben", I can not base my position on this hope any further. If it hits .061, I will need to bail.
And I'd still like to hear from Ducati - where have you been and what about your continued research/follow-up? You seem to have disappeared.?!
Well we have dropped over $14mil in value the last 2+ weeks, I hate to throw in the towel but will be doing so on Friday if we do not hear from the company. The presumption of news with no official confirm from the company has worn out this 13 month long. At the current rate of decrease, it will be below my speculative loss limit by next week and without news or comment, I have to stay firm on my trading program. This board has been a great source of info and encouragement, as I have a substancial piece of this, I just wanted to let all know. I wish you all the best, even Edward
Hey Ducati, how about weighing in on your research and any update to it.
Please define your preception more thoroughly. What "tasks" and what "exposure"? I believe he has NOT done his job, regardless of what Manshoon has experienced. BTW, still no return emails or calls.
Manshoon - thank you, got it
LOL, ends in a D. Eddie boy, come back after .10, your comments add little to the board now. You decided to sell your 3 or 4 grand worth of stock, now ya want to bash...... Go play somewhere else please
thought you left Ed.
Thats what I thought. I believe they are the note holders in the 10 k filing with warrants. Thanks Manshoon
Where did you find it?
thought they owned warrants and could sell?
Well I still think we ALL should call. Maybe Mr. Thompson will get a better understanding of where we are coming from and feeling "unloved". After all, we do own a piece of this company, some of us more than others.
Ya know, we should all be calling either Mr. Thompson or Ben, not just Manshoon, albeit, Ben seems to only respond to you Manshoon, and emails do not get answered. Manshoon taking heat for company is not appropriate. I would and HAVE TRIED to get contact from IR with no avail, sorry you are in that position Manshoon.
I think that Mr. Thompson and million share Ben should be receiving contact from all longs and should answer or return emails related to our questions. Ask Ben/Mr. Thompson that Manshoon.
Thanks.
So Manshoon, what do you think Mr.IR Ben has to say, we gonna continue to sink because of the "quiet is good" approach or do we at least get some update to calm longs here. First time it has dropped below 8s in weeks and with some moderate volume. WTF and what big run up in Nov?
30167 at ask, then quick sell of 30100 at bid, sure appears to be price manipulation. This pattern going on with mms for several weeks now. They do not want this to push up, very curious with this low volume. If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck.......
Thank you Manshoon, look forward to seeing it! You have the inside track Maybe they should just remove any email link on the webpage. Doesn't seem smart to have if they do not regularly check them or they don't wish to respond via email.
Manshoon- Still no response from IR on my email, guess maybe you have the "in" with Ben. Could you try. Have copied text below.
Thanks
Good Morning,
I am a shareholder and have a question regarding the current financial statement related to the 20 mil share warrant provided to a consultant. I have been informed that it is for IR provided by Ben H. Is this correct? If so, can you provide a bit more specifics as to (1) Warrant strike price - it is implied that this is .01/share (= $200,000 contract value) but not indicated in the Notes section; (2) term of contract - it is implied that the warrants are good for two years but not in the note section; (3) Any warrant restrictions imposed, and; (4) Can you please provide a general description of the scope of the contract in respect to serviced to be provided.
Thank you.
Buying a manufacturing company seems like a long shot, need capital or capital backing for that, not in the current picture for the company. JV/Partnership/Deal more likely
I think its a great idea!
Hey Spiderpiller - you got the weather yet? Just starting here in Chicago
Ask the IR guy, great frickin question
Thanks, I'll do that... Have a great night
No, why would I read the letter. Of course I read the letter and no it did not provide any update since the conference call. Were you on that - nevermind. If some of you are going to talk down to me, expect a rebutt. I am no where near stupid and have read and tore into everything about this company. Please don't dis me like that.
You be patient, I would like some verification and return responses on my contacts for my $150k worth of ownership. Cheerlead all you want for Mr. Thompson, that seems to be an ongoing trend on this board. I have said nothing bad about him nor the company beyond appropriate questioning and DD. I not only think updates are appropriate, I believe they are good IR and business sense. Not interested in DETAILS, just that things continue to progress as indicated. How hard or unreasonable is that?!
Maningreen- Company did not give IR 20mil of stock, gave them warrants for 20mil, they still need to exercise (purchase) the warrants. My problem with the warrants isn't the amount, it is the lack of IR from this consultant. It took weeks to fix the video mistakes, I have yet to receive an email back from my inquiries (past and present). The only one I have been able to talk to/converse with is the CEO. So why are they (we) paying for such crappy service.
Yea, 2 1/2 - 1 sell over buy. Regardless of patience we all have had, we need an update/news/pr. Today is becoming too typical/norm. Isn't helping once so ever. Still no response to my email.
Not liking today's move in spiderland
Thanks Manshoon, will let all know if I get reply. I would hope in the next couple, if not, will let you f/u. As far as your explaination, until we get more details on the warrant, I can't ASSUME anything.
Steve
I just sent this, I guess we will see if I get a response and how quickly. If that is correct, it is ALOT, but warrants need to be purchased by the person they are given to. So, at the least, we should see some $$$ increase on next financials in stock warrant section if any of the warrants were acted on, at most, we have 20 mil in dilution. If there were no restrictions on the warrants, Mr. Ben could have bought and sold quickly for a very nice profit. That would concern me.
Need more clarification on this arrangement before any opinions should be made. AGAIN, just doing good DD, nothing meant at present so please don't shoot me again. I continue to be long!

Still can't find it??? This is what I see -

Manshoon - could you please direct me to where you found that the company provided 20mil warrants to Ben H. I have looked and do not see that, may be blind on a monday. Thanks.
Retro - guess we can agree to disagree.
Am curious as to what your DD turned up please?
Guys - please be cautious with this Ben H. person and anything he says. See my previous DD posts - "The Ben Hansel you are talking about I talked to in Oct 2010. Not very informative and more of a sales pitch. Did some DD on him and the "PR/IR" firm, came back to a Tiny Torque Financial services with an almost empty webpage/blog looking site, phone is to a cell # in CO. Figure he is a pinky wanabe promoter or knows someone in the insiders of the company and may be one of the "consultants" paid by company, although no documentation has been found yet on this. Probably used to coordinate cc calls, prs, etc... Not unusual for a micro-cap company to do, nothing to read into this, so don't jump on me, however I do not consider this a valid PR contact, that is why I believe that CEO is the IR person."
And yes, since he was conmpensated, he should answer the phone. Can we add this to the to - do list - Fix video, have a legit IR person who answers phone.
