I just sent this, I guess we will see if I get a response and how quickly. If that is correct, it is ALOT, but warrants need to be purchased by the person they are given to. So, at the least, we should see some $$$ increase on next financials in stock warrant section if any of the warrants were acted on, at most, we have 20 mil in dilution. If there were no restrictions on the warrants, Mr. Ben could have bought and sold quickly for a very nice profit. That would concern me.

Need more clarification on this arrangement before any opinions should be made. AGAIN, just doing good DD, nothing meant at present so please don't shoot me again. I continue to be long!

Good Morning,

I am a shareholder and have a question regarding the current financial statement related to the 20 mil share warrant provided to a consultant. I have been informed that it is for IR provided by Ben H. Is this correct? If so, can you provide a bit more specifics as to (1) Warrant strike price - it is implied that this is .01/share (= $200,000 contract value) but not indicated in the Notes section; (2) term of contract - it is implied that the warrants are good for two years but not in the note section; (3) Any warrant restrictions imposed, and; (4) Can you please provide a general description of the scope of the contract in respect to serviced to be provided.

Thank you.

Dr. Steven Slawkin
