Mr. Bruce Barton is at the helm and has been for quite a while. We're just waiting for filings to reflect that. He wanted to make sure that it ws indicated that Mr. Marchi was completely removed before he and his associates take control. He already has majority control of the comapny, because of his owning 31 Million shares, now he just has to take over publicly as officer, or put in place responsible persons as officers for him.

Here's a run down of what's been going on:

Mr. Michael Morey used to be the custodian of AIMH, likely put in place by Peter Berney who went to jail a few years ago who co-owned the shell with Mr. Bruce Barton in the name of the company "North American Natural Resources". Mr. Morey was supposed to be looking for a R/M candidate but never really did. He was listed as officer up until 2011 on the NVSOS site for AIMH.

In early January and officer update was released on the NVSOS website. This indicated that Michael Morey had resigned and put E.G. (Elmer Glenn) Marchi into his postion as officer, secretary, president, and treasurer.

Jobynimble had the phone # of the 51% majority shareholder (Mr. Bruce Barton) and decided to give him a call about what was going on with the company. Clearly since he is the majority shareholder then any company changes would have to go through him. It was found out that Michael Morey acted without Mr. Barton's permission and gave control of the company to E.G. Marchi.

Mr. Marchi tried to use his officer position to try and complete a 1:300 R/S, but that was stopped immediately by all involved, since a R/S is the last thing Mr. Barton or anyone else wants. That is why the stock took a tumble back in January/February, but has since rebounded.

So Mr. Barton and his associates then got rid of Mr. Morey and Mr. Marchi back in February/March, but that only went on behind the scenes. This NVSOS update that we just found out about yesterday was the resignation of E.G Marchi executed by Mr. Barton. This filing is the first public information finally solidifying that Mr. Morey & Mr. Marchi have nothing to do with AIMH anymore, thus cleaning the slate for new officers to come in, and a R/M to be completed.

Investors had no reason to bid sit on Friday since they weren't sure what was going on "behind the scenes" and if a R/M would ever happen. But this first move towards a R/M (that wasn't discovered till sunday) shows that there is something going on and that will give people a reason to stack the bid.

(AIMH) According to my Accum/Distrib chart from Scottrade, in the past 5 years almost 60 Million shares of AIMH have been accumulated. That's pretty insane!

The O/S alone is about 61 Million shares, and the float is only 6.5 Million shares. There must be so many air shares are out there. Those MM's and shorts have got to give at some point. See for yourself. The volume over the years proves it. But the price has continued to stay in the 0.001-0.03 range for some odd reason.

On this chart you don't even notice that day back in January when a few million shares were sold on the fake R/S scare. Clearly that day did not effect AIMH that drastically since we're already aobve 0.01 once again, and have been for a while now.

An insane short squeeze is very likely if the float and accumulation numbers are accurate. And I have no reason to believe that they aren't.

AIMH went over $3 back in 1998, when the float was almost double in size (if my numbers are correct). The float is now smaller and more eyes are on AIMH than ever IMO. I think things are going to get quite exciting for those who have shares here over the next few weeks/months as more developments unfold regarding a reverse-merger.

IMO AIMH's float is already and has been locked for many months now. I don't know why the MM's are still holding AIMH down, but once we hit a certain price point, the MM's won't be able to hold it back anymore, and the pressure that has been building for 2+ years now will finally have to let go. I am almost sure that this will allow us to go to 0.30+ in the short-term and 0.50-$1+ with R/M news in the more long-term.

Mr. Bruce Barton owns 51% of the company (about 31 Million shares of the 60 million O/S). I've talked to him multiple times. Also the iHub poster "Larimar" has also stated that she is involved and she has also stated that more material updates are on the way. It's all speculation that there's going to be a R/M until we see news of course. But we're quite sure that that is there intent.
