ALZN 9.68 - Alzamend Neuro Submits IND Application for AL001 for Dementia Related to Alzheimer’s Disease
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/alzamend-neuro-submits-ind-application-103000785.html
What a gig for DPW's "Milton C. (Todd) Ault III"? Got his fingerprints all over this...from ALZN S-1-filing:
Milton C. (Todd) Ault III, our Founder and current Executive Chairman, and our other directors and executive officers will beneficially own approximately 45.6% of our outstanding common stock after the completion of this offering.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=15027404&guid=oGRkkpdTpElnDth
As fishy as I've seen any in awhile BUT "Todd' has built up a sizeable B/S-treasurechest at DPW and I took a starter in DPW (which also owns some ALZN) as the robinhooligans remain in their present drunken stupor...
BSQR 6.55 - took a small starter here premarket strictly on the high-option-premiums. The TEASE of 30% juice in 2-1/2 weeks writing covered-calls for the higher (7.50) strike is just too huge...robinhooligans-gamble gamble gamble
SNFCA - so assuming the pps remains approximate $9 pps then the dividend will amount to approximate .45 per share?
SNFCA 8.95 - not sure how to interpret "5% stock dividend"? What if the robinhooligans catch a rumor of dastardly 'shorts' and run the pps to $500 today or tomorrow? Would shareholders be rightly entitled to $25 per share "dividend"?
FRD 13.72 - LONGVIEW, Texas, May 25, 2021...Friedman Industries announced guidance for its fourth quarter ending March 31, 2021, and expects to issue audited results in late June.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/friedman-industries-provides-fourth-quarter-130000003.html
The blockbuster estimate was made almost two months after the fact. I'm sticking with trusting FRD management not to be outright liars. Blunderers yes, with that insulting .02 dividend announcement immediately prior to a blockbuster report...
Very impressed with the Mach E and added F to my stockwatchlist. The new Bronco is also sharp and the EV-F150 truck no doubt will be a winner.
Never crossed my mind previously but the sound&smell, or almost total lack thereof in the EV, are just too clean...
FRD 14.80 - steady climb...is that you doing all the buyin, wade, or possibly some other institution deciding to grap-a-holt...
Took delivery of my "Mach E" a week ago and absolutely love it. Having sold my small business a year ago and in need of more hobbies than solely the hobby of fleecing robinhooligans of their RIDICULOUS option-gambling-drunken stupor, trying to figure out how to charge up while driving an EV cross-country (or anywhere actually) should prove to be a challenge.
I'm seeing a group of 5 or so wannabe nationwide-charge-station-companies with most/all private and showing aspirations of going thru SPAC listings (EVGO, Chargepoint, ElectrifyAmerica, etc. Seeking the next public company similar to a Shell or Exxon in the EV-charge-station sector...
ORPH 8.57 - joined you and wrote the July$10 at 2.20...unreal...25% premium for 4 week investment with a substantial higher strike...the robinhooligans have flatout lost their minds, gamble gamble gamble
GRAY 5.50 - added here and wrote the July$5 call at 1.20...
NWHM 5.80 - picked up a few stragglers in afterhours on the LEN filing which I thought was very positive...

FRD 13.90 - making it's move or still a flipping proposition? Last I read results are scheduled to be reported 'late June'...
https://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=frd&insttype=&freq=7&show=&time=3
GRAY 4.95 - took a starter in this 'ipo bust?' with a current BV of around $4 and wrote the July$7.50 for .50. Normally I'd write the lower-strike but this one looks like it could bounce back more easy...
https://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=gray&insttype=&freq=1&show=&time=8
TD working fine for me
I guess a bit of dementia-creep is expected at my age but no full blown alzheimer's...not yet anyway...hahaha
Haven't looked at SKAS in awhile...anything there?
NWHM - ha, the nasdaq 'revenue/eps' worked for once:
https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/nwhm/revenue-eps
I was using this as my main reference to 'recent earnings suck'. I like the stock and all the fundamental potential that you mention.
nasdaq.com was my go-to-site for years until they changed the layout. Now it sucks too and I've since been using otcmarkets.com...
But you do like the Big-Six-Wheel plays such as TZA?
https://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/quickchart/quickchart.asp?symb=tza&insttype=&freq=2&show=&time=13
One could throw darts at a list of ceritified pinksheetscams and find a better looking chart than most of this 3x-ETF-nonsense...
SNFCA 8.23 - what's your take on this stock? Pound for Pound, SNFCA has the best mathematics I see in any stock!
Added today in 8.20's...
NWHM 5.95 - another homebuilder that I've been watching closely. Flipped it once today on the brief selloff & bounceback. Their recent earnings mostly suck but it's got a fat Balance Sheet trading in a potential hot sector.
Looking to re-enter low 5's...
OCGN 7.88 - my buy was right-on but I sure fumbled that sell at 6.50...and yes agree, the high-option-premiums-TEASE is a bit huge.
OCGN 6.75 - my 5.55 bid filled in premarket and I sold them within an hour at 6.50...nice little wake up call. Not sure of my next move? The news is bad BAD, imo, having the "emergency use" rejected by the FDA and told to seek a more formal, much more time consuming (and as the corona-kookout fades), BLA?
My new sitting bid is at 3.15 - what's your take?
SNDL & OCGN are two other extreme-high-risk stocks that continue offering super-high option premiums. What I'm noticing is that the preferable low-risk stocks are offering lower & lower premiums day by day. From owning lucrative covered-call positions in 5+ stocks for each of the past several months, I'm kinda down to one now, an NXTC covered-call position. The gravy train is slowing...as my trading poke has moved to about 75% cash.
Maybe the downturn of fat-option-premiums will prove a determining factor in trying to time a market collapse?
AMC put premiums are ridiculously high...maybe sell some?
NICK 10.50 - very boring report from a very boring stock. Next...

FRD 13.25 - joined in last week. The math and the management are kinda upbeat...
Friedman Industries announced guidance for its fourth quarter ending March 31, 2021, and expects to issue audited results in late June. The Company expects fourth quarter net earnings to be in the range of $9.5 million to $10.5 million, making it the most profitable quarter in Company history. The estimated net earnings translate to estimated diluted earnings per share in the range of $1.37 to $1.52. Comparatively, diluted earnings per share for the third quarter ending December 31, 2020 was $0.30.
“As we enter our 2022 fiscal year, we expect further improvement in operating results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2021 compared to the fourth quarter, due primarily to further escalation of steel prices, which has created a strong margin environment,” Taylor continued.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=14984593&guid=ANGUkpjTIcXmu3h
NICK 10.50 - holding my poke into the Q4 results - expected as early as this coming week - with the math and the management kinda upbeat...
“For the third consecutive Quarter we recognized near-record low losses and strong portfolio performance in terms of organic delinquency control,” stated Doug Marohn, President and CEO of Nicholas Financial, Inc. “We continue to enjoy these results without any increase in deferments and without the use of any special Covid-19 related customer assistance programs. Indirect sales finance originations continue to be soft, but our direct loan originations are strong.”
“The increase in core earnings is exciting and is a testament to our successful implementation and execution of Nicholas’ business strategy,” Marohn continued. “This unique and disciplined business model is being replicated in new markets as we look to continue our expansion. We have just completed several new offices expansions, and continue to initiate expansion in several others states including Texas, Arizona, Utah, Idaho and New Mexico. This will allow us to be prepared to maximize originations potential when the market starts to return to normal levels.”

Went to see Rich Little at the Tropicana a few weeks back. He's still got it and one of his newer impersonations is the 'my pillow' guy - hilarious...
When is this value-group going to do another vegas trip? How long since the last one?
sombreado...en espanol
OCGN 8.70 - yes, but as you previously stated, 'very-high-risk'. I'm out with a tidy overall gain from the covered-call-premium even after selling the underlying stock at a loss.
Like to see it fall some more...I'm currently offering a 5.55 bid.
Ford offers a superfast charger for $799:
https://www.ford.com/buy-site-wide-content/overlays/mach-e-overlays/ford-connected-charge-station/
And I found this (generic?) "Juicebox" online:
https://www.verishop.com/juicebox/camera-electronics/wifi-enabled-40-amp-smart-ev-charging-station-plug-in/p4436192362519?variant_id=31480733663255&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=F50015001000100&gclid=Cj0KCQjw7pKFBhDUARIsAFUoMDZNiorV4NUBR8T1ItU7jtQ-5CuImVg2AVzt_3SaLH_wDI0ZxYyY51kaAnohEALw_wcB
The Mach E just a toy for me now so I'll be content charging at the 3-miles-hour chargerate with the factory included 110V charger for the time being...but these "lunchboxes" as you referred to them do look to have a promising future as 3-miles-hour chargerate ain't gonna cut it for 99% of owners...
We will require additional financing of an estimated $26,000,000 to enable us to proceed with our plan of operations
and, for 5 million bucks, they sold exclusive rights to everywhere "...excluding North and Central America...".
Then you need a ~$180 dollar charging station, which is smaller than a lunchbox.
Any manufacturers of these 'lunchboxes' trade public stocks that you know of?
Nice writeup as I just ordered the Mustang Mach E and consider myself a total novice to EV's. Thanks
AATV .53 - posted .0049 eps for Q-1 on Friday:
https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/283226/content
With no follow-up pr as of yet...from what seemed like weekly revenue-chirping from management for the past several months. Glad to be out! Rebuy in the .30's maybe...
SNFCA - pr is in...Scott M. Quist, President of the Company, said: “I can’t help but admire the execution excellence our teams have accomplished in the first quarter. Overall earnings are up 1,000%. The low interest rate environment has provided our Mortgage Segment a favorable tailwind but note that every segment’s earnings are up triple digits.

CPSS 4.35 - also getting some (overdue) love this morning...
SNFCA 8.93 - Q filed but don't see the pr yet. Pondering why wade doesn't like this oftentime board favorite? Maybe he's waiting until it spikes above $20's pps?
CPSS 4.22 - I'm showing the previous 4 quarter's eps in a steady rise - $.13, $.16, $.17, $.21
Book Value = $5.50.
And a looming possible buyout offer previously rejected -
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/consumer-portfolio-services-board-directors-223500340.html
CPSS and SNFCA are the two lowest-risk-stocks on my board.
CPSS 4.18 - in with .21 eps...
“We are pleased with our first quarter results and look forward to continued recovery from the effects of the pandemic for the remainder of 2021,” reported Charles E. Bradley, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer. “Our first quarter 2021 originations were the highest quarterly volumes since the onset of the pandemic, our credit performance is as strong as any time in recent memory and our January 2021 securitization resulted in the lowest aggregate cost of funds of any securitization in our history.”

And the used-car-sector should be hot, hot, hot for the foreseeable future? Really liking this one - any other opinions?
Am I to assume that you failed to google the company NBIO just announced funding from?
40 days after the "material" fact!?
