Wow seems to want as many shares as our steadfast consultant hmmm, wait that was 30 million he was asking for, to hype the ship in a bag in the corner office?
8 million dollar debt? Are you suing as a disgruntled ex employee? Or are you now posting as your counter part? lol
Are you still peddling that unsubstantiated poppycock that was threatened to become an issue at last years shareholder's meeting ? Guess what put to bed, went nowhere amidst no shows. All talk no walk, among the disgruntled.
Good Cole, perhaps since Eastcor is conducting the tests with DOD you can ask how uninvolved they are? I'm sure they are anxious for your call.. go dog...
Hurry Cole call DOD certainly you are on to something these tests should have been shut down. Only you know the wind properties. Better call L-3 and Eastcor too, no more testing of their engineering or equipment on this platform, hurry Cole you are on to something go dog go... Only Cole knows better than DOD or the companies involved with WSGI, wow do we need you now... Hurry send Acumen to the field with his new coolpix, we are so ready for proof and shiny reflections.
I see well then you have 0 respect for the SEC then as well? You are certain Clark and Estrella came aboard to perpetrate a fraud? This is why the SEC settled and why WSGI continues to be in business? Logical assumption niapoc makes great sense call your congressmen today the SEC is in cahoots with criminals! Read all about it!! Perhaps you and Cole can expose it all, clean up the SEC and win a Pulitzer?
Thanks for your humor filled post, yes cole just returned a sure sign of a bottom. Perhaps in your world DOD and demonstrations are "pretend" as well?
I do hope everyone purchased some shares when Cole graced us with bash? A sure sign that the stock has bottomed is when cole appears.
No I think you missed the refutation.
Wow this volume tells you testing did no go well? How astute, and I presume you think that restricted selling of 13 million shares by Hudson has not impacted the share price as well? Whatever..
Twelve million shares + of Hudson, yes they are... Would I prefer positive news and blowing them out?... of course, but at least glad they are down to a slow trickle left.
Wow perhaps we could also get a light into who is buying? Seems the shares are being picked up?
I happen to think this management team have already performed better than any predecessors. The UML partnership is a case in point. How you would have a clue about Yuma at this stage is beyond me. Easy to be a sideline basher. Did you buy your shares back after you announced you sold? I think your stake is more interesting than mine which is as a shareholder and a sizable one.
Or the disgruntled could be entirely wrong which is my bet. Let us see as year end is still 45 days away.
Bingo! I'm sure that is the goal and intent. Hopefully this short term bridge helps yield a contract and loan financing.
Agreed WW, management are not quite the fools some of the bashers and disgruntled ex employees would have shareholders believe. As they invest their own capital I have just found these comments rather amusing. When the people that actually have a clue what is going on are investing their own resources it is rather obvious "imo" they believe in end results. Will be an interesting picture unfolding to year end.
Well interesting since you have no contact with anyone that now or has been with the company lets officially put your "resources" in the "hogwash" hearsay pile
Maybe we should get our former IR director and "consultant" to drum up some valuable information gathering? Or perhaps they could do another round of funding and extol Dr. K's motorless ship in a crate?
Oh please bring back the good old days.. How FINRA and SEC friendly..
Why don't you prove they have no money to fund a trip there? Maybe your consultant buddy can find the information lol as if anyone would let him know.
Sell it off then if you have a share.. Yuma is not dead in the least.
Thanks agreed..
I think perhaps instead of endless dribble about this management team we ought to look at the crate in the box team that ran our little hole in the wall? A consultant with 0 Finra registration enlisting an IR director to call and change placement valuations on a moment's notice? All to move forward with a ship that sat in the corner. Promises of flights and testing ongoing when some likely knew the airship of Dr. K's was not even in any servicable position for testing?
Seems the disgruntled like to bully about with very little real knowledge of the situation other than to hear their bellows. If you really think some team from yesteryear was better at moving this company forward you are very mistaken.
well whatever, you can call the company and inquire...
What makes you think they know anything about the current company?
They are a vulture fund that got .02 warrants, they are just taking their profits. They have not even communicated with the company other than via lawyers to settle a lawsuit and judgement.
We had no ship, there was no contract available from FEMA at the time, nor was the setup call anything but a low level preliminary. Besides it is long put to rest now, those that contemplated mutiny did not even show their faces nor opinions at the SH meeting. So water under the proverbial bridge imo.
Well since he was the chief funding source for Helmut's efforts thought you might think it meaningful?
Call the company Cool ask those questions, will relax your worries here imo.
Well don't be too worried about the share price it allows some of us to average down which I have done before by the way. They (Clark and Estrella) inherited a mess and Hudson bay a vulture fund is unloading 13 million shares in a non news pr cycle. Hudson is almost done and the share price will recover nicely. So don't fret dear non existent shareholder. Yuma testing will resume and more news will cycle the next couple of months.
You do know of course that Estrella, Clark and Johnson know more about corporate and SEC compliance than you can hope to learn?
You certainly don't get it that was for D Eyes. And no I won't fill you in, take your bald conspiracy theory for what its worth.
Yes the same SH meeting in which Raymer Maguire stood up and thanked management for their contribution to the company. Surely you know the the largest shareholder spoke out on behalf of the current governance?
Just as with the SEC settlement you will be proven wrong once again.. Since you know so many important people on the space coast perhaps you can make a bald rendezvoux? Haven't had the joy of that laugh in a while.
OK wise investor, WSGI represents less than 1 % of my portfolio yet I have a goodly number of WSGI. Do I think we are close to contracts? Yes finally. Am I happy with the share price, no but I don't expect significant improvement until revenues are generated. Do you also post on other message boards where you own no shares? Sounds like a fun time.
wow I see you were so right on Erdberg selling all this time with endless three little pigs drivel... The disgruntled and the misbegotten draw a pair in penny land.. Leinwand and Seifert have nothing to do with the company any longer..
Pathetic reasoning, there is no preparation for dumping here, just allowance to sell through registration. When you see form 144's then make your pronouncements.
No prs or new news acumen, anyone who has done an ounce of DD knows Hudson is unloading their 13 million shares, with likely 2-3 million left. Why not let the stock drift down on low volume so they can sell 40-50K a day? No reason to give the vulture more vulture money. Yuma testing resumes this month and will likely lift the stock. When Hudson is done unloading likewise the stock is likely to rise. I've added some shares on their selloff but overall concerns are with the general market as I would think all real investors.
Yes and Hudson is forced to sell in tiny lots by agreement. Guess nobody wants to pay them much?
Contracts and revenues GS, any other questions?
Thanks be real, I feel secure about their previous pr that indicated payload packages would be tested in Oct. yes. Would think anyone that has dealt with goverment would know that protocols follow beurocratic scheduling.
I know exactly what the chairman has taken, how about you?
