I think if there is a big initial purchase order for the new "Cenergy" products that is a big deal. Of course retail outlets still have to move that product but hopefully early 2013 will round up some key athlete endorsers.

Goes to show that MMs don't have to "churn" a stock down. Nobody selling (except most likely a lender) really. Hopefully in January FITX will have some major news and MMs will let this go back to where it should be- .015 to .03

I would venture to say that's not insider info but common knowledge since we haven't heard from the CEO in about a year and when I have called he acts like its not his job to keep shareholders informed.
Maybe Dave thought a public company would magically take off. I do think this has potential to go back up. Low AS and low float. Just some good news could take it back to .02. IMO.

Not sure if I'm understanding your post right. I sometimes think these crazy bast#&^ds (MMs) will buy and sell each others order in an effort to "churn" the pps up or down. They need to cover but will sell naked short because one of the other MMs will buy to cover their position.

I would say that MMs still have shares to sell but we don't care as long as they sell them to us at a ridiculous low price. I'll take three mil right now at .001

MMs probably were naked shorting the stock even before new AS shares hit the market. MMs know companies need money and as soon as a company files paperwork to raise AS they start selling. They won't even try to cover knowing eventually the new AS shares will hit the market whether its the company selling or a lender trying to get some money back.
I'm with Venture on this one. AS raised to secure big time revenue and in due time CENERGY products will be, marketed, manufactured,sold, shipped, and then accounted for.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Huge potential here. We're just getting beat up a little by MMs and most likely some dilution.

We're green! Can't help but be a little giddy. As some of you know I had a 999K math boo boo the other day and have been a little tentative to post. Hopefully you all have forgotten by now.

Ive noticed that the SoS web site show 700K shares but then the Quarterly report shows 600K Common and 100K Preferred. I wonder if the SoS amendment just added em all together? Looks to me like the SoS amendment was just to change par value to $0.00. Anyone else gathering that?

Looks like nite is short and have no intentions of letting this go up until they get to fill at .003.
We all need to keep in mind nite may be in financial trouble and are going to try anything and everything to raise capital. I just hope they will cover and not just blow off all the penny stocks they've been killing.

I agree. There was some good buying this morning and the pps started to move up but them MMs churned it back down. Just not sure why MMs want to make sure this stays at rock bottom. Not fooling any of us, we know some good news is just around the corner.
