Has anyone seen the product the stock CADY has .. it looks like the same thing the GPSNQ had prior to the so called BK they had.
I am sitting on shares so would like to know if any one else sees the same thing. If so how did CADY get the product,>> Patent fee or purchase of product via a back channel?? any speculation??
If anyone finds out please pass it along to the posted SEC folks someone put up a few links below..
Thanks.

“Honor never grows old, and honor rejoices the heart of age. It does so because honor is, finally, about defending those noble and worthy things that deserve defending, even if it comes at a high cost. In our time, that may mean social disapproval, public scorn, hardship, persecution, or as always, even death itself.
The question remains: What is worth defending? What is worth dying for? What is worth living for?”

I am stating that Fujistu is the primary maker of the MMR-PRO while there may be some Kodak left in inventory The firm that makes them is Fujistu. So with that in mind and the information coming from the 10Q I say yes the pr was correct and in line with revs..
I doubt we will ever see Fujistu sold ____ mmr_pro systems in any Q. Why because as far as I know that is not the primary focus.
They build it we sell it. Can they sell it.. figure that they can if they want.
Rain yes indeed there is more income coming into the balance sheet.
There are more Pro systems being ordered and placed into service that anytime in the history of this firm. There is also a
huge blue chip firm who is letting their value added reseller group have a crack at it. And this crew is not just one or two folks they are a group of Pros. The name of the firm is in the last 10Q,,
And I am willing to bet more than one person here has that firms product sitting on their desk right now.
I know I do and did prior to even reading about them in the 10Q..

If there was one thing that I could scream from the rooftops.
It would be this Quote from Bob..
Our strategy is to enable patients to get the benefits of our untethered products so that they can access their personal health information wherever they are anywhere in the world.
This is the bottom line of this firm to me. They are working on something so well though out that could really change the face of the medical industry. This was not brought out on a wim.
It was brought out due to a personal health crises with the CEO..
He had to deal with the mass of records and the frustration of trying to get the medical records into some sort of logical sequence. Just to save his life. Pretty darn blunt on his reason if you ask me. He saw a major failure in the doctors offices around this nation and it still is a failure. Who here has been to the doctor in the last year and tried to get the records from the primary the x-ray the lab results all into one folder.
And let's not even get into finding out what the cost of the treatment will be after they code the billing so no one who is not in the inside can figure it out. It has is and will be a frigging mess.. And Bob saw it. I see it and you see it. .So getting the records into one place is a huge step in the right direction for this nation and your health. We as a nation had better wake up. The Medical industry makes more money on the way they do business than many a nation around the world.
And they have a open access to your wallet because of the glass mirror way of doing business. And I am sick of it. And a lot of others are also. This little company is hitting that mirror and is going to crack it. With the Obama care mandate the crack is there. This little company is poised to profit from helping people save not only lives but money when they figure out they don't have to take such and such test over and over again...
they will have it on there mymedicalrecord account and can just print it out. And say no I just took that and here are the results.. So yeah He hit it right on the head with his quote...
I plan on doing so. Tiff. It does not take into account a lot
of things. It is way off because it is just raw math. And
one can not assess value based on math alone.
There are to many things in the pipeline that were not added into
that.. Anyone who has the ability to read and research can discover that Celgene is still very much in the pipeline for revs.
One can see the Patent issues are very much in play,
One can see the MMRPro sales are picking up.
One can see the Visi connection getting traction.
One can see the Alcatel-Lucent, product offering..
So yes Tiff I plan on keeping that little bit of not so informed math.. And pulling it back when these and other product hit the bottom line..

Congrats Blue!!

Good day.. This is part of public record but figured some might want to see. I can't convert PDF so had to take a snapshot..
but it is out there online.. see below..
And this is still in Arbitration..
And Mr. Lorsch has been an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
http://blog.mmrglobal.com/tag/kira-reed-lorsch/
Speculation only here so take it with a grain of salt ok..
Now if I was to make a deal with a firm and put in writing that
I was going to pay them 30 Million for their product.
And then I wrote a 5 Million buck check. But wanted to change the
wording of the contract to make things sweeter for me. But found out that the CEO of the firm I was dealing with had more business savvy and long term foresight. So I pulled my 5 Million but ended up in Court and after almost a year of court I find myself coming up to the next court date still without a leg to stand on.
Would I want to device a plan that would keep the stock of the firm I owed money to pretty darn low and in doing so buy as much as I could so when the court aka. arbitrator makes a judgement I could sell those shares to try to recoup my money after the stock price responds to the arbitrator final judgement??
Just a thought.

Hey Tiffer,,
As for day traders a lot of people have a bitter thought process with them.. But what I have found is that there are a lot of very good thinkers in the day trading fold who not only pick up shares and buy and sell, But depending on the Firm they are trading in and out of they will start accumulating shares for future use as the firm grows. I see that happening here a lot.
There is a lot of value in the firm and the patent part of it is
so huge that it takes time to sink in. I really don't know a lot of
people who can sit down and read and understand patents on the first read. second either. But I do know that the patent issue here is a solid case that is being kicked up the food chain in the IHealth fields and they are going to have to deal with it.
Either by coming to the table in a good faith program.
Or by settling in court.
Either way to me it is a win win. Re.. coming to the table and paying the user fee helps the bottom line.
Court. the firm who reps mmrg is doing so by results only so no
real out of pocket for mmrg until cases are settled.
Someone can correct me on this if I am seeing it wrong btw.
This patent issue is why imho a lot of people came in this last week. Some traded in and out but I am seeing not only here but in other places people going wait a sec. This one has a lot more upside to it. And when that happens they start the DD phase..
And that is where I think a lot of good people are right now. They are taking a second look and trying to weigh the good and bad
of this firm as to how it can affect their bottom line in the market. Glad to have them aboard and I do hope they take a very long and hard look at this over the weekend and beyond.

Step over to the MMRF board.
The new standards require hospitals and individual "eligible providers" to offer 50 percent of their patients access to their own health records through a portal, up from 10 percent in Stage 1. And, 5 percent of patients actually have to use the portal.
http://bit.ly/VwQuVe
This is important to understand.
One of the core components in the second phase of Meaningful Use regulations was the need to actively engage patients in their health. The use of health information technology is a mechanism for patients to view their medical information in order to become more educated and empowered consumers of health.
For anyone who provides that medical information they are going to end up
knocking on the door of this stock to get patent agreements in place.
And that is going to be the bottom line of this whole deal.

Hey Recon4 troll term is used out of context here..
MMRG is the rightful owner of the patents.
They have spent years and a ton of hard earned capital
to create a viable product backed up by the patents.
They had the foresight and vision years ago to see the
future of connected health care needs and went to work..
That work is paying off and will pay off big time as soon
as each and every hospital and doctors office is mandated by
the government to use a PHR..
And you and I and a lot of folks who are seeing this are going
to be sitting very nice for a very long time.

Start here Irish..
http://ducknetweb.blogspot.com/2012/12/mmrglobal-patent-portfolio-bob-lorsch.html
Then take time to visit mymedicalrecords.com
Then look at the collaboration of VisiInc PLC
this is an old pr DD it forward to this month..
http://prn.to/jBr4Cw
Then
On December 21, 2010, MMRGlobal, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), entered into a Non-Exclusive License Agreement (the "Agreement") with Celgene Corporation ("Celgene").
And for the end of a quick DD.
(Alcatel-Lucent, ) read there TeleMedicine platform with MMR Global PHR.
Hope this helps some.
And the if you have any questions that your not finding on the net take time to call the main office and ask away. they are responsive to the investing public. imho.

Good to hear you say that three...
I wish I had more to add but I did the basic research and vision some time ago and moved onto other areas although within the same field.
But my research is pointing back to the phr side of things again so will most likely become more active in following what is going on here.
Well here is another I told you so folks. Well Longs that is.
Sigh.. About tired of the predictions and goals presented being
taken up by other firms. Glad it is happening for the betterment of this
nation. But this put on the darn front door with ribbons and a piece of
cake. Not the direction they wanted to take. I figure. Oh well ..

FJ you and I are of the same mind on this. While the process I hope for is other firms seeing they are in infringement on the patents when they get the notice letter and come to the table to work with mmrg. I also feel there are going to be those who will not and if they have not really looked at the CEO of this firm and his ability to win the important things. I feel they are going to be in for a big disappointment when they walk away.
Time will tell

look at bob's FB page.. Tulaz..

Now if Bob and Company can indeed enforce the patents in court..
Then your sitting on a you make the call on price stock.
Call him a patent Troll or a super forward thinker. It has
to play out in court. And when the dust settles well
we are either very very rich. Or not.
Pilot
Yes and No.. I am of the conviction at this point and time in this firm that they need to focus exclusive on getting the support products into the market. The VisiPro and the Alu tech needs to be reproduced in a way that the medical community can see it in action. The VisiPro is a powerful tool. And lets not forget the live doctor thing that is simmering on the side... Of course they need to put that into a kiosk like I said a few years back. But hey they will learn.. Hope they figure it out. But Yes we are in the right place and there has to be a change in the way things are done in the medical practice field. There is a big change a coming and if the medical industry does not keep up tech heads and free thinkers will take over a lion share of the market.
The come feel my head and stick my finger doc is going to be a thing of the past as tech will take that place. A good ol lpn and a kiosk will do just fine thank you. A computer will tell you what is wrong with you and direct you to a local professional. If one is not local you will be given one off the list that matches your insurance provider. bet you a buck it goes this way. Has to.. Not enough doctors. They need upgrade the primary care docs into experts in areas of a field of study. ASAP.. or there is going to be a major failure of health care in this nation. Yeah it is that important.
oh well rambling.
