Who has ever seen a live demo of anyone's personal robot (like GOSY's CareBot) doing anything at all?
I have. Many times. The Arctec Gemini, RB Systems' RB5X, Heathkits' Hero, Mobile Robots' Pioneer at a Machine Vision conference, and GeckoSystems' CareBot at a Dragon*Con convention!
If not, how would one know how hard the tech is, how many patents are available and probable, how impressive the benefits are, or how HUGE the market is without having seen at least one live demo?
GOSY is pre-revenue as a Development Stage company and has succeeded with only $8M in 14 years what iRobot and others are still attempting to do.
Even Colin Angle admits that after 20 years and tens of millions of dollars that their AVA is not ready for prime time. Wonder what battery life is, for example.

So Angle of iRobot also agrees with why Bill Gates, Founder and CEO of Microsoft, who says:

Ignoring discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses of GOSY's financial pro formas lowers the net present value (NPV) of future net profits of GOSY regardless of hurdle rate (minimum ROI) determined as sufficient for the level of risk.
Wonder what a realistic market cap should be for GOSY? Certainly not just a few million plus.
Why has GOSY's pps more than doubled in the past month or so?

110,000,000 homes is the market size according to the Census Bureau. At $12K per robot, with a Robot in Every Home, that is $1,320,000,000,000 to be sold over 20 years to achieve saturation in the US alone. If GOSY does only 1/10 of that over 20 years, that is $132,000,000,000. That's $132 BILLION in sales over 20 years for GOSY at 10% market share.
No wonder iRobot is still spending millions and millions after 20 years of failure and only having a RC 'bot called AVA.
There really is a trillion dollar industry emerging here larger than the PC.
European Union (EU) accounting standards, if applied to GOSY's financials, would portray the true economic condition and performance of the company much more realistically.
This is due to the requirement to expense only 50% (not 100%) of all R&D in the year incurred. Hence since not a 100% writeoff, 50% is carried as assets on the balance sheet. This fairly reflects the net worth of a Development Stage company from the EU perspective. The EU requires only a 50% writeoff of all R&D expenditures. This simple accounting change would dramatically flip GOSY's net worth and stockholder equity deep into positive territory.
The required compliance with FASB's GAAP forces GOSY as a Development Stage company to place no assets on their Balance Sheet on the proprietary Intellectual Properties (IP) regardless of the level of probability of future revenues from their R&D activities.
Since GOSY has IP, uncapitalized on their books, worth several millions of dollars indicates minimal dilution should occur when Nanle and GOSY swap stock.
